The KKK, Black Genocide and Abortion - They Are All Connected Says Day Gardner, President of National Black Pro-Life Union
- By Day Gardner, President of National Black Pro-Life Union
In 1865, the Civil War ended and the Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution officially abolished slavery. That same year, a group of Democrat ex-Confederate soldiers formed the Ku Klux Klan (KKK). They were domestic terrorists that sought to overthrow the Republican state governments in the South during the Reconstruction Era by using violence and intimidation against freed former slaves and their white supporters. They prevented African-Americans from voting, getting an education, competing for jobs, or owning property.

Who Benefits From Democratic Control?
- By Walter Williams
In 1976, Gerald Ford won 15 percent of the black vote. That's the most of any recent Republican presidential candidate. In most elections, blacks give Democrats over 90 percent of their votes. It's not unreasonable to ask what have blacks gained from such unquestioning loyalty to the Democratic Party. After all, the absolute worst public safety conditions and other urban amenities for blacks are in cities that have been controlled by Democrats for decades. Let's look at it.

South Carolina taxpayers last fiscal year shelled out more than $50,000 to send 27 lawmakers to “educational” conferences across the country, travel records reviewed by The Nerve show.
Most of those lawmakers who took trips in 2017 didn’t specify the reimbursed expenses on their latest annual income-disclosure reports, The Nerve’s review found – nor are they required to under state ethics laws.
Fact-Free Politics
- By Thomas Sowell
In this era when there has been more information available to more people than at any time in the past, it is also true that there has been more misinformation from more different sources than ever. We are not talking about differences of opinion or inadequate verification, but about statements and catchwords in utter defiance of facts.
Among the most popular current catchwords are "climate change deniers." Stop and think. Have you ever -- even once in your entire life -- seen, heard or read even one human being who denied that climates change?
They’re Going After Your Guns, Again! What Did Your Forefathers Teach You to Do? It’s Time to Resist!
- By Bradley Dean
“When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.” -President Thomas Jefferson
Do you remember in elementary school or in high school when there were mean and unruly kids who were constantly bullying students into submission because they did not go along with them and their rebellious ways? Everyone knew that these bullies were wrong, and yet, within themselves, they were always anticipating when that bully was going to get his (Psalm 94:16). Of course, for some reason or another, that bully getting his was not going to be from their hands.

Karen Pence: The Teacher and the Religious Test
- By Tony Perkins
It was supposed to be a day celebrating religious freedom in America. Instead, liberals decided to show everyone just how much our First Freedom is at risk. For Christians, who've tried to warn people that these last several years were about a lot more than marriage, the attacks on Second Lady Karen Pence certainly seem to prove their point. Three years after Obergefell, all of the lies about "love" and "tolerance" have been eclipsed by the court cases, articles, and editorial demonizing people of faith. What Americans see now is the truth: the Left is coming for our freedom. And they have no intention of letting up.

Chairman Lindsey Graham must not forget South Carolinia
- By Mitchell Gunter
This year, will South Carolina’s abnormally high number of judiciary dilemmas finally disappear in one fell swoop?
With Sen. Lindsey Graham, one of the Palmetto State’s own, taking over the Senate Judiciary Committee next week, it certainly appears so. Or, at least, that’s what one would hope.
Many South Carolinians remain concerned about the continued assault on freedom of speech from local government, social media giants, and public universities alike.

The President Must Continue the Shutdown or Risk Losing in 2020
- By Erick Erickson
The shutdown is going to get more painful as it continues. Lots of conservatives had said they haven’t seen any signs of the shutdown affecting them. Only the most willfully naive will continue to say that as the shutdown continues. Ever longer lines at airports, etc will start to become more noticeable. Economically, things will become more noticeable.
But the President has to see this through.
First Freedom: A Day to Celebrate

He heeded Congress's call to set this day apart, so that we could honor what sets our nation apart: religious freedom.
