Notice has been sent out to all the Greenville County GOP Precinct Executive Committee Officers and Presidents.
Make note of the following dates:
Greenville County GOP Precinct Reorganization is Monday, March 18th, 7 p.m.
Greenville County GOP Convention will be Monday, April 22nd, time TBD.
The responsibility for Precinct Reorganization belongs to the President. Most precinct officers work together to get the job done. If you do not have a president, then the Exeuctive Committeman is responsible for the meeting. But the Committee will be available to help if needed.
The precinct reorganization meeting is where you meet with others in your voting precinct and discuss what is best for your voters – staying with or near your polling location or going to the Hilton. You may find several other precincts in your area who want to go in together. The deadline to get your location to Dianne Mitchell, 3rd Vice Chair will be February 20th.
On Monday, February 4th at 7 p.m. at the Hilton on Orchard Park.
At 7 p.m. there will be a Legislative Panel with SC Speaker of the House Jay Lucas and Greenville state representatives. Invite your precinct members to this informative meeting.
At 8 p.m. there will be a Business meeting – we will have more info on Precinct Reorganization including training session dates.
