In Memory Of A Titan: Bobby Dill
- By W.H. Lamb
We all know it is inevitable—that instant that we breathe out our final breath, perhaps knowing that there is no more “breathing in” the next breath, and we take that first step into Eternity when the “thump, thump, thump” in our chest makes its final “thump”. When our Creator made “man”, we were the only living creature on this planet that realized its own mortality—that knew from our youth that our lives were finite, that we had only so many “heart thumps”—so many sunrises and sunsets—so many changes of seasons—before we joined that vast number of humans who have gone before us, ever since our Creator made the first male and female in His beautiful Garden. That instant, for Col. Bob, came in the early morning of August 14, 2023.

5 Things You Should Know about Human Trafficking
- By Arielle Del Turco and Alaina Cothran - The Washington Stand
“Sound of Freedom” tells the true story of Tim Ballard, a Homeland Security agent who quits his job and joins forces with local Latin American law enforcement and underground contacts to rescue children caught in human trafficking. The film portrays Ballard as he sets up a sting operation that successfully frees a young Honduran boy and reunites him with his father. When the boy tells him about his sister who is still in captivity, Ballard becomes determined to find her. The heartfelt thriller has proven surprisingly successful, beating “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” at the box office on July 4.

MinistryWatch Offers Advice for Those Who Want to Stop Human Trafficking
- By MinistryWatch
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Human trafficking, either for sex or for forced labor, is a horrible crime.
Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), including many Christian ministries, raise hundreds of millions of dollars to fight human trafficking.
Indeed, sex trafficking has become something of a cause celebre for evangelicals. International Justice Mission's revenue has doubled in the past five years. Operation Underground Railroad didn't exist a decade ago, but has now grown to the point that it was able to pay its president Tim Ballard more than a half-million per year.

- By GFA World
WILLS POINT, Texas -- A new three-month campaign aims to help some of the poorest families in Africa and Asia "sew their way out of poverty" -- one stitch at a time.
Texas-based mission GFA World's "Sewing Their Way Out of Poverty" campaign aims to provide 500 new sewing machines and vocational training for 500 desperately poor families struggling to survive day-to-day.
"Countless people trapped in grinding poverty literally live from hand to mouth," said GFA World founder K.P. Yohannan, also known as Metropolitan Yohan. "It breaks my heart each time I see an ocean of slum dwellings in major cities, or when I watch children digging in garbage heaps for food scraps."
