ERIC – the Epicenter of Voter Fraud
- By Kat Stansell - American Policy Center
The American Policy Center has been kicking over rocks in the election fraud jungle for the better part of the last year. ERIC, the Electronic Registration Information Center is under every one, buried in the slime of intransigence, ignorance, and plausible deniability.
Most state officials choose to defend or ignore it. Even some supposed “conservatives” want to wash over the truth. This MUST stop. America MUST recognize ERIC for what it is – the epicenter of the voter fraud in the nation today.
Since early February, 2022, we at the APC have been reporting on ERIC. I personally have written six articles on election integrity, showing what ERIC is and what it does, as well as what we can do about it. I have learned a tremendous amount from experts along the way. My writings are listed at the end of this article.
The Dumbest Union Ever
- By Stephen Moore
In September 2020, at the first presidential debate between him and President Donald Trump, Democratic nominee Joe Biden infamously declared, "Nobody's going to build another coal-fired power plant in America" if he won the White House against Trump.
Even with comments like this, the United Mine Workers of America endorsed Biden for president. It was a head-scratcher, for sure.
Biden and the Democrats hate coal, and they hate mining. Their endgame agenda is to put every miner in America out of a job. The Biden Interior Department is vetoing most mining permit applications.

Winners and Losers From the Ukraine War
- By Pat Buchanan
"There never was a good war or a bad peace," wrote Ben Franklin at the end of the American Revolution.
But that depends on the war-makers and the causes for which they fight.
Six months into the war in Ukraine, launched by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Feb. 24, when he could not get the U.S. or Kyiv to rule out admission of Ukraine to a NATO alliance aimed against Russia, who appear to be the winners and who the losers?

Russians Ramping Up Major Campaign in Ukraine
- By Mike Scruggs
Combined Air, Rocket, and Artillery Attacks
On August 27, the Russian Federation Defense Ministry announced completion of major combined air, rocket, and artillery attacks against Ukrainian forces, It was led by Russian Air Force bombing and major rocket and artillery forces bombardment on key Ukrainian military positions. The fact that the Russian Air Force led such a significant combined attack is strongly indicative that the Russians are launching a major campaign to defeat and drive out Ukrainian forces in Eastern and Southern Ukraine. All information in war is subject to emotional bias, distortion, and perpetrated deception. A Sherlock Holmes approach to interpretation is advised.
At Least 13 U.S. Hospitals Perform Gender Transition Surgeries on Minors
- By Joshua Arnold - The Washington Stand
After Libs of TikTok exposed the Boston Children’s Hospital last week for performing gender transition surgeries on minors, the hospital rushed to contain the fallout, revising its website to remove the evidence. Leftist media organizations pitched in, with formerly credible news organizations running “fact checks” debunking the claim and articles designed to twist the narrative into one about “threats” made against the hospital, rather than the outrageous behavior that provoked them. Facebook also piled on, permanently suspending Libs of TikTok without warning or explanation. Even the American Academy of Pediatrics went into damage control mode.
History Does Teach Us To Hope
- By W.H. Lamb
Those of you who have read my “ancient” columns in the now “extinct” print copy version of The Times Examiner (from 1999 to July, 2018), and in its digital version since July of 2018, know how much I love classical music. But as I’ve said several times, I also enjoy other genres of music, particularly the “Big Band” music of the 1930’s and 1940’s (Glenn Miller—oh yeah), Dixie Land jazz, the music and songs of George and Ira Gershwin, the music of Sigmund Romberg, and especially much of the wonderful music of Rogers and Hammerstein from their great Broadway musicals over many years; and I adore the “old-timey” music of George M. Cohan, that “Yankee Doodle Dandy” who wrote hundreds of great songs for his musicals over the decades that stretched over the first half of the 20th century. And I love the music of the Christian Church, which is a musical genre all its own. All of this glorious music was written during “the good old days when music was musical”. Too bad that it isn’t so in our day and age.
SC Joins National Battles Over ESG Power Plays
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
South Carolina is among a group of states investigating a major investment management and ratings company for potential violations connected to liberal environmental, social and governance (ESG) activities, The Nerve has confirmed.
Last week, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced that 18 other state attorneys general had joined his state’s investigation of Chicago-based Morningstar Inc. and its subsidiary, Sustainalytics.
“These ESG investing firms are playing politics with pensions and real people’s livelihoods,” Schmitt said in a prepared statement.
The release didn’t identify the 18 other states. In a written statement last week to The Nerve, Robert Kittle, spokesman for Republican S.C. Attorney General Alan Wilson, said the S.C. Attorney General’s Office “signed onto that,” though he declined further comment, citing the pending investigation and referring The Nerve to Schmitt’s release.

Congress’s Push for an Article V Convention is Naïve
- By Eagle Forum
The country’s distrust of the federal government is not a new sentiment. For decades, massive spending and unchecked powers of the White House and Congress have put a strain on our economy and pocketbooks. Not only has the bureaucracy gotten more powerful, but also more politicized. While Eagle Forum shares the frustrations and tirelessly works to mend the divisive nature of our national politics, one naïve “solution” continues to be advocated in both the states and in Congress: an Article V Constitutional Convention (Con-Con), also known as a Convention of the States (COS) or a Convention for Proposing Amendments (CPA).

7 Ways Biden's Student Loan Bailout Is Immoral
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
President Joe Biden announced Wednesday that he will force U.S. taxpayers to bail out college students for up to $20,000 of student loan debt and further reduce repayments — a policy that sounds superficially compassionate but which victimizes the innocent, rewards the guilty, and violates biblical morality in a plethora of ways. Here are the first seven that come to mind:
1. It incentivizes the bad behavior of borrowers. The Bible tells us to fulfill our promises, but Biden’s new program encourages Americans to renege on their legal obligations. When the news of Biden’s student loan policy broke, Claremont Institute Lincoln Fellow and Daily Wire reporter Megan Basham responded by tweeting two Bible verses:
- “The wicked borrows and does not pay back” (Psalm 37:21); and
- “It is better that you should not vow than that you should vow and not pay” (Ecclesiastes 5:5).
Biden's Student Loan 'Forgiveness' Is an Unjust, Cynical Abuse of Power
- By David Harsanyi
"No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law." That's what it says right there in the Constitution. And yet, without any legislation, President Joe Biden now promises to "cancel" up to $10,000 in student loans per borrower ($20,000 for Pell Grant borrowers), limited to those with annual incomes of less than $125,000.
Let's start by pointing out that Biden isn't "canceling" or "forgiving" any student loans. Those are preposterous euphemisms favored by Democrats and the media. The debt in question already exists, it has been lent and spent, and those who borrowed the money of their own volition have already received services. This debt isn't cancelable.
As Washington Gives Us 'More,' Americans Want 'Better'
- By Veronique de Rugy
Congress' annual August recess is a good time to think about the big picture. Most Americans want government reformed for the better. We notice its many breakdowns, dysfunctions and failures to deliver on promises. Yet politicians of both parties usually only talk about more new programs, more spending and more regulations. Will either party listen, or will they continue down their destructive and unpopular path?
In case some of them are listening, I have a few ideas.
Stanton Healthcare Calls Upon the White House to Include Life-affirming Clinics at the 'United We Stand Summit' Against Violence on September 15
- By Stanton Healthcare
WASHINGTON -- Just last week, the Biden Administration announced President Biden will host the "United We Stand Summit" at the White House to "counter the corrosive effects of hate-fueled violence on our democracy and public safety." See link: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/biden-hosting-unity-summit-against-hate-fueled-violence/
In an email sent to the White House and Domestic Policy Advisor, Susan E. Rice, Stanton states:
"Since May 2, life-affirming centers like Stanton Healthcare and churches all across American have been subjected to violent and hateful attacks because of their pro-life beliefs and values.
'God Has Spoken': Church-Run School Stands Firm Amid Death Threats
- By Joshua Arnold - The Washington Stand
Grace Christian School “fielded hundreds, probably thousands, of phone calls Thursday, Friday, over the weekend, with just some of the most outrageous things: People threatening to burn my house down, threatening to kill my family,” said Barry McKeen, school administrator and pastor of Grace Community Church of Valrico, Florida, which runs the school.
The threats came in reaction to an article by NBC News, which published several paragraphs of a June 6 email in which McKeen reiterated to school parents the school’s commitment to biblical sexuality. “We believe that God created mankind in His image: male (man) and female (woman), sexually different but with equal dignity,” read the email, and continued:
Convention of States - the Great Flimflam
- By Catching Fire News
The drive for an Article V Convention of States is assaulting state legislatures at an intense level. Proponents of such an action are counting on the discontent of Americans who naturally want to reign in the massive federal intrusion into all aspects of our lives. On the surface it sounds like a good plan right?
The problem is that the Article V Convention of States strategy is a false hope being perpetrated by forces pretending to be conservative in order to trick us into opening the door into rewriting the Constitution.
Listen as my guest Wynne Coleman, Founder of No Convention of States, North Carolina, reveals the details of their devious plan, and why their solution is the problem.
Young Latino Protestants on the Rise; Conference to Support Hispanic Church Leaders
- By Christian Newswire
LA MIRADA, Calif. -- Young Latino protestants are rising as the fastest-growing segment of evangelicals in America. Biola University's 43rd Biola Hispanic Conference, held on September 24, 2022 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., aims to prepare church leaders to serve this rising generation.
"Hispanic American Protestantism in the US as a socio-religious phenomenon of the 21st century is expected to become not only the largest in demographics, but also the youngest as a movement," said Oscar Merlo, director of Biola University's Center for the Study of the Work and Ministry of the Holy Spirit Today and the conference.
Texas Fire Dept. Chaplain Axed for Biblical View of Gender
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
The former chaplain of Austin’s fire department says the liberal city dismissed him from his position over a blog that said it is unfair for men to compete against women in sports events — basing its views in the Bible. Now, he’s suing the department.
Andrew Fox served as chaplain of the Austin Fire Department from 2013 until last December. Fox had posted a three-part blog, titled “Willy Woke and the Chocolate Factory,” on his personal website, which reportedly has just under 1,000 subscribers. He dedicated the second article to “gender identity and how ridiculous it is becoming,” highlighting “the lunacy of men competing with women as women. The transgender ideology is blatantly hijacking the platform of athletic sport.” He explicitly grounded his views in biblical faith by citing numerous verses from the Book of Proverbs concerning fairness.
Blue Ovals and Infrastructure Boondoggles Are Targeting Tennessee
- By Kathleen Marquardt - American Policy Center
Tennessee is being overwhelmed by global public/private partnerships that are pretending to be green while, in truth, they are damaging to the environment and their real purpose is to redistribute middle class wealth.
Earlier this year, local activists in Tennessee, along with Mississippi and Arkansas, fought off the GlobalPublic/Private Partnership (GPPP) of “RegionSmart Development District that would cast a net of control over portions of all three states. Now we are looking at another big GPPP incursion into the Volunteer state. Ford announced that it is building 3,600-acre ‘campuses’ called cities that will be “the home of 6,000 new jobs, and will be total carbon neutral by the start of production.”
Lie Down With McChao and You'll Get Bit
- By Michelle Malkin
Here's the thing about Mitch McConnell and Elaine Chao. The granddaddy of Republican Beltway barnacles has inhabited the nation's capital in one form or another since 1968, when he worked as a Senate legislative aide. His wife, the daughter of a Beijing-kowtowing shipping mogul, snagged her first job in 1983 as a White House fellow under the Reagan administration. For a half-century, this Swamp duo has done out in the great wide open what Swamp things do:
Grift. Rinse. Repeat.
