Rep. Jason Elliott Pledges to Support Congressional Term Limits
- By Scott Tillman, U.S. Term Limits
U.S. Term Limits (USTL), the leader in the national, non-partisan movement to limit terms for elected officials, is gathering support from state lawmakers across the nation. Its mission is to get 34 states to apply for an amendment proposal convention specific to term limits on Congress. South Carolina state house Rep. Jason Elliott (District 22), has committed support for term limits on Congress by signing the term limits convention pledge.
USTL President, Philip Blumel, commented on Elliott's pledge saying, “Jason's strong support of term limits shows that there are individuals who are willing to listen to the majority of voters who want term limits. America needs a Congress that will be served by citizen legislators, not career politicians.”

Evert’s Electables - GOP Presidential Preference Primary - February 24, 2024
- By Evert Headley
PLEASE NOTE—
- For candidates already in an office, I have been able to check voting records. My comments reflect their voting records over the course of their tenure.
- For those who have never run for office before, and who claim a position, I will state their claim, but understand I have nothing by which to verify that claim.
- Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. A photo ID is required to vote in South Carolina.
In this Primary it is extremely important that REPUBLICANS show up either early or on election day and vote. The Democrats had their primary on Feb 4th, and they had over 400,000 fewer voters show up and vote in their primary. We live in an open primary state (as open as President Biden has our national borders) and, as such, many of those voters WILL be voting in the GOP Primary. So take the time to vote and remind and encourage your fellow republican to vote, Take them to the polls if needed, Republicans need to show up and vote or the Dems will swing the election to their choice in our primary

PERKINS: An Open Border Is an Open Invitation to Terror
- By Tony Perkins - The Washington Stand
Nineteen people. That’s all it took to completely upend the world. Even now, 23 years after 9/11, America looks dramatically different from that sunny morning when a handful of radical Islamists slammed their planes into the beating heart of our nation’s freedom, its commerce, security, and way of life. We vowed then, never again. But the lessons of the past have been forgotten under this administration, as millions stream across our open border — hundreds of them with a single goal: to destroy us.

Can We Stop the WHO’s Pandemic Treaty and Health Regulations?
- By Kris Ullman, President, Eagle Forum
WHO on First?
As the World Health Organization rushes to put the finishing touches on amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) and the Pandemic Preparedness Agreement (ie “treaty”), it is important to remember the goal of the WHO is not to facilitate coordinated reactions to public health emergencies but to dictate the world’s response to “all risks that have the potential to affect public health” including non-medical risks like food choices, biodiversity, gun violence, and climate change. Despite their protestations to the contrary, the amendment to the International Health Regulations and the Pandemic Preparedness Treaty are threats to not only our national sovereignty but to personal sovereignty as well.

Dr. Ben Carson Is Leading the Fight for America’s Strongest Asset–The Family
- By Christian Newswire
“We Are in a Battle For the Very Soul of Our Nation,” Says Carson
Carson’s New Book, The Perilous Fight, Offers Solutions to Reverse Negative Culture Trends
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Strong families are the cornerstone of strong communities that go on to build a stronger nation as a whole. Unfortunately, widespread divorce rates, the erosion of traditional marriage, the popular rise of radical ideologies, attacks on faith, and government interference in our daily lives are resulting in a breakdown of the family, robbing us of the country we love. Dr. Ben Carson says it doesn’t have to be this way. Recent polls show a large proportion of the country agree and are signaling a move back to conservative principles rooted in faith and family, of which Dr. Carson is a foremost proponent.
In his new book, The Perilous Fight: Overcoming Our Culture’s War on the American Family (Zondervan, May 14, 2024), one of the most influential conservative voices, Dr. Carson offers inspiration and action-packed answers needed to restore the family as America’s key foundation. Like many of us, Dr. Carson fears we are losing the country we love and encourages readers to return to the biblical and familial values on which our nation was founded.
