Eagle Forum Applauds Appeals Court Decision to Allow Alabama to Protect Vulnerable Children
- By Eagle Forum
Children in Alabama Should be Helped, Not Harmed by Irreversible Treatments
Eagle Forum, together with Alabama Eagle Forum, applauds the decision of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to lift the injunction against the Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection (VCAP) Act and allow the law to go into effect pending a decision on the merits expected later this year.
“We are grateful for the decision by the 11th Circuit to allow Alabama to enforce protections for vulnerable children suffering from gender dysphoria. The so-called ‘treatments’ with puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones permanently alter the healthy bodies of children and impair their futures. The action by the Court yesterday will finally allow the VCAP law to go into effect after more than 18 months of delay,” said Eagle Forum President Kris Ullman.
Huge Win for Liberty! But It's Not Over...
- By SC Freedom Caucus
Yesterday, grassroots conservatives across SC won in a major way!
Earlier this week, establishment Republicans and Democrats attempted to ram through a major rules change to prohibit conservatives in the SC House of Representatives from being able to offer amendments on legislation in certain situations. The rule was straight out of the Nancy Pelosi playbook. Thankfully, we had just enough time to sound the alarm to grassroots leaders across the state.
Because of YOU we were able to stop the rule change! ... But only for now ...
Defining Courage and Character
- By Mike Scruggs
The Dust Off Patriotism of Patrick Grady
On December 24, 2023, the Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association (AVVBA) released a 47-minute video, entitled The Truths and Myths of the Vietnam War. The video is introduced by Academy Award-nominated actor Sam Elliot. The first section of the video beginning at about one minute and 14 seconds and lasting a little over a minute features retired Army Major General Patrick Henry Grady, a Vietnam Medal of Honor recipient, explaining the significance of the Vietnam War and the importance of understanding it on a factual and truthful basis. In a later portion of the video, beginning at 9 minutes and 10 seconds , he narrates many of the tremendous and unprecedented humanitarian accomplishments of the American military in Vietnam, but which were largely ignored by the media. He has often said that “humanitarianism was our great victory in that war.”
What Have You – What Have I – “Earned”?
- By W.H. Lamb
Before we begin our foray into this topic, let’s examine how Webster’s Dictionary defines the word: “earn”:
- To receive as return for effort and especially for work done or services rendered; to bring in by way of return;
- To come to be duly worthy of or entitled or suited to—i.e. ‘she earned a promotion’;
- To make worthy of or obtain for—i.e. ‘the suggestion earned him a promotion.
Seems pretty cut and dried, doesn’t it? But what does it really take to “earn” something? Obviously it takes an expenditure of time and/or effort. Often an outlay of money is involved, as in investing in more education in order to “earn” a higher income in future years (or so it used to be). According to the dictionary definitions above, there are also non-monetary ways of “earning” something, such as earning another person’s trust. This type of “earning” requires a degree of character that is sometimes more difficult to attain, and can be more challenging to accomplish.
The 15-Minute Trap
- By Amy Mek - Eagle Forum
In order to seize more control of people’s lives, Globalists are pushing the false idea that “15-minute” cities will “save the planet” and help all of humanity.
Fifteen-minute cities are popping up everywhere, and the World Economic Forum is wildly enthusiastic about them. Last year it was announced that Paris, France, would become a 15-minute city, and now the British city of Oxford is next. However, outraged Brits are fighting back.
The Oxford city council has announced that it will divide Oxford into 15-minute neighborhoods, or small 15-minute towns, which are billed as “greener, cleaner and safer.” These new “green” cities, which make services accessible to residents within 15 minutes of their homes, are supposed to “save the planet” and help all humanity.
A Case For A National Religion
- By Michael LaPierre
The excessive and overwhelming intrusion of the secular humanist belief system is dominating the spirit of America toward unhealthy conditions.
The American citizen's attachment to the secular humanist belief system found in the Secular Humanist Manifestos I, II, and III have reached a religious fervor in our country that breaches the sacred veil “established” in the First Amendment and is on par for being defined as a national religion. i.e. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof….
In other words, America is currently defying the Constitution by serving at the altar of Secular Humanism (America’s Nationally Established Church) and its well-documented offerings.
Human Life International at March for Life to Open Eyes to America's Role in Worldwide Abortion
- By Human Life International
WASHINGTON -- The United States most prolific export is not petroleum, automobiles, or electronics, but abortion, according to Human Life International, the largest global pro-life authority. The US-based organization works worldwide to end abortion and will be present at the national March for Life Expo, January 17 to 19, 2024, to help open American eyes to this country's role in the global massacre of preborn children.
"Pro-life Americans are very aware of abortion's horrific impact on our country," explained Human Life International Chief Advancement Officer John Martin, "but I wonder how many are cognizant of the devasting toll that abortion is wreaking around the world."
King's Dream for 2024
- By Alveda King
New Year 2024 begins with the observance of the Annual Martin Luther King Holiday LET FREEDOM RING, followed quickly by the Annual March for Life. I believe if my uncle were here, he would remind us to "learn to live together as brothers [and sisters] and not perish together as fools."
As to the March for Life, I'm reminded of Uncle M. L.'s words in his last Christmas sermon: "When we value the human personality, we won't kill anybody." Human life and human dignity matter; from the womb to the tomb and beyond.
If at all possible, and where applicable, we should focus more on The Gospel of Jesus Christ rather than politics. Let your dreams, visions, prayers and plans align with God's Plan for you. That includes voting responsibly; for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Congress Has a Laundry List of Tasks to Complete in a Short Amount of Time
- By Eagle Forum
Congress’s Jammed Schedule
Usually, in an election year, the House and Senate take it easy. Members are hesitant to move forward legislation that may be perceived as controversial in their districts or states so that they can retain their seats. However, this year is different. Congress has a long list of tasks that they have to check off. But with two recent resignations of Republican members, one expelled from Congress, and the House Majority Leader out receiving cancer treatment, the hope of passing conservative legislation seems nearly impossible.

Populist Politicians Aren't So Divided on Economic Issues, and That's Bad News
- By Veronique de Rugy
The political landscape is often portrayed as deeply polarized. The two sides, it is said, can't agree on anything. Even worse, if one side supports a position, that's reason enough for the other to oppose it. While this picture is largely true for cultural issues, the rise of populism on the right is making some of the two parties' economic policies remarkably similar. That's bad news for Americans.
In a new piece for The Unpopulist, Rachel Kleinfeld reminds us that until recently it was relatively straightforward to categorize economic and political systems. Economically, they ranged from left-wing to right-wing, while politically, they varied from authoritarian to democratic. Most American businesses could easily stake out their position. They generally favored right-leaning economic policies -- relatively free markets -- which included business-friendly regulations and management-centric approaches.
Explainer: WHO's Pandemic Agreement Threatens National Sovereignty, Free Speech, and Life
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
Americans have just days left to weigh in on the Biden administration’s plan to adopt a dangerous international accord that gives the World Health Organization (WHO) greater control over the way the U.S. responds to global health pandemics like COVID-19.
As this article will demonstrate, the WHO Pandemic Agreement:
- Threatens national sovereignty;
- Equates the health of humans with animals and plants;
- Calls on nations to “combat” any “misinformation” that reduces “trust” in the government or its measures, such as social distancing;
- Would empower private-sector forces such as social media companies to ramp up censorship of disfavored viewpoints;
- Worries citizens will have “too much information” about pandemics;
- Supports quotas and “gender diversity”; and
- Aims to create equity-driven national health care systems around the globe.
To make matters worse, the Biden administration lobbied WHO to rename the Pandemic Treaty, so it can adopt the measure without the Senate’s ratification (which a treaty requires).

Is There Any Evidence for Biblical Creation - Part 3
- By Charles Creager, Jr.
For the first actual piece of evidence for the Biblical creation we will discuss the single biggest piece of evidence for the Genesis Flood. That piece of evidence is the fossil record. But the fossil record is used to support evolution you may say. It is true that is because they interpret it under the presupposition of universal common descent evolution. At its core, the fossil record is actually a record of the Genesis Flood.
To understand how the fossil record is fundamentally evidence for the Genesis Flood, it is first necessary to understand that this flood if it occurred would have been global in scale and not some teeny weenie local flood. Then it is necessary to consider what would be the primary thing we would expect if there had been a global flood sometime in the past. The primary piece of evidence would be billions of dead things buried in rock layers laid down by water all over the Earth. This is actually a perfect description of the fossil record.
Religious Profiling of Chick-fil-A
- By Bill Donohue, President, Catholic League
The war on Chick-fil-A has been going on for years, though in recent times it seems to have dissipated. The typical complaint is that because it closes on Sundays—to allow its workers to spend time in church and with their family—this is an antiquated Christian model that should no longer be tolerated. The fast-food chain has been closed on Sundays since it first opened in 1946.
The war was reignited recently when two New York State lawmakers, Democratic Assemblyman Tony Simone and Democratic Senator Michelle Hinchey, co-sponsored legislation aimed at forcing the evangelical-run company to open its restaurants on Sundays along the New York Thruway. They are saying that closing one day a week along the 570-mile-long highway gravely inconveniences travelers.
A Nation Dr. King Would Not Recognize
- By Star Parker
This year, 2024, marks the 60th anniversary of the signing into law of the landmark 1964 Civil Rights Act.
Soon we observe the national day set aside to note and honor the leader of the movement that led to that act becoming law: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
We must ask how, after 60 years, with vast changes in the world, with developments in technology unimaginable 60 years ago, that we remain obsessed with race. How is it that claims of racism, injustice and unfairness persist like nothing happened?
SC Establishment Bringing Nancy Pelosi-Like Rules to SC
- By SC Freedom Caucus
If you thought the incumbent protection pledge was bad, you won't believe what the RINOs are trying to do now.
For those who don't know, the moderate establishment kicked out the 16 most conservative members of the Republican Caucus for refusing to sign a soviet-style loyalty pledge.
Listen to Glenn Beck discuss the issue HERE.
The pledge sought to silence members of the SC Freedom Caucus by prohibiting us from posting photos of the public voting board, endorsing more conservative challengers, or informing the citizens about how members of the House break their campaign promises.
House Voting on Legislation to Stop China’s Takeover of American Manufacturing
- By Eagle Forum
This week, the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on legislation to nullify a rule that allows China to manufacture electric vehicle (EV) chargers. S.J. Res. 38 uses the Congressional Review Act to reign in the powers of bureaucrats who try to use the power of the pen to rewrite existing law. Our Representatives are taking action to protect American manufacturing through this process.
The Trump administration put America first by creating policies that move American businesses away from China and prioritizing American products. When Joe Biden saw that the American people wanted this, he rode President Trump’s coattails and introduced his “Buy American” campaign plan. Some of these policies were placed into the 2021 infrastructure bill, including requiring EV chargers to be made mostly of American-made materials. Now, he’s clawing those provisions back.

WAKE FOREST, N.C. -- GriefShare, the globally recognized Christian grief support group, is honored to announce its inclusion in the upcoming second season of AFFIRM Originals' popular series "Going Home." Ballot-Blocking by States - Blue Versus Trump and Red Versus Biden
- By Winston McCuen - South Carolina
In a truly federal structure, any constituent member — whether a state or province or canton or whatever -- has the constitutional right — rooted ultimately in the sacred right of self-preservation and self-protection -- to block or to bar from the election ballot candidates it deems inimical to its interests.
This fundamental political right -- once clear and universally understood in America — is now unclear because, in the 1860s — by force of arms rather than by voluntary consent — the United States stopped being a free republic and became instead a centralized and consolidated "indivisible" empire.
Fifteen Local Executive Committeemen Presents Full Evidence Against Greenville County Republican Party Leaders
- By GCRP Executive Committee Members
On September 14, 2023 15 ECs called a Special Meeting in which four motions were presented to the body. The body voted by majority to pass each motion presented to them. Since that time the GCRP Chairman has failed to fully comply with all the motions. In addition, many narratives have been put forward that inaccurately present the facts related to those motions, the status of compliance with them, and the motives of those who continue to seek compliance from the Chairman. In order to provide clarity, we have documented a more detailed explanation of the facts related to each motion and included the supporting evidence that was discussed during the Special Meeting and that has occurred since.
We thank you for reading through the evidence. We hope that you will fully educate yourselves on the facts of this situation and become part of the solution of holding the GCRP officers to the standards of integrity and transparency that we demand from our other elected representatives.

Ben is a man of faith who understands that people want the opportunity to work, keep more of their money, be proud property owners, and enjoy a quality of life in their safe and secure communities.

Should There Be a Trump Litmus Test?
- By Nate Leupp, Chairman of the 4th Congressional District
On July 19, 2016, I was proud to cast my vote as one of South Carolina’s 50 delegates to the Republican National Convention, 1 of 4 delegates from Greenville County, and 1 of 2,472 from across America and our territories, to officially make Donald J. Trump our party’s nominee. Since that time, the conversation surrounding many of our candidates and grassroots activists is not who they are or what they stand for, but a fight to prove who is “more Trump.” In attempting to prove who is more Trump, the argument really isn’t which candidate is the most like him in personality or principles but has become simply who supports him the most and when they started supporting him.
In the past few primaries in South Carolina, we have seen this used as a campaign strategy at all levels. U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham would not be considered a “Trump Republican” by friend or foe, but has become a strong ally of President Trump, publicly endorsing him, and receiving his endorsement in return. While Sen. Graham strongly supports many aspects of President Trump’s agenda, his campaign message was not that he was like Trump or he shares an identical agenda, but simply that he supports Trump.
Defense Sec. Austin’s Vanishing Trick Stuns and Vexes Both Sides
- By Suzanne Bowdey - The Washington Stand
When people criticize the Biden administration’s lack of leadership, they usually don’t mean it literally. But Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s decision to keep his days-long hospitalization a secret from everyone (including the president) has rocked the D.C. establishment. Not since the Supreme Court leaker — a mystery that remains unsolved — has the political world been so stunned by a breach of protocol. What possible “elective surgery” could have made the chief of America’s military operations AWOL at such a critical time? And why on earth wouldn’t he tell his team?
Vietnam War Statistics
- By Mike Scruggs
Truth versus Propaganda
A few days before Christmas, the Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association (AVVBA) released its new 47-minute video on The Truths and Myths of the Vietnam War. A few days later the AVVBA sent me an excellent collection of statistics on those who served in the war, including their present adjustment to American society.
As I wrote in my book, Lessons from the Vietnam War: Truths the Media Never Told You, and emphasized in an interview that became part of the video, the Vietnam War was a two-front war. There was military action going on in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and offshore, and there was a propaganda war going on in the United States to influence public opinion against resisting what was essentially a Soviet financed and sponsored North Vietnamese subversion and invasion of South Vietnam. The U.S. and other SEATO (Southeast Asia Treaty Organization) members were bound by the 1955 Paris Peace Treaty ending the French-Indochina War to defend South Vietnam, Laos, and if required, Cambodia, from further Communist aggression.
Anti-humans Are on the March — and They Want You GONE
- By Selwyn Duke - The New American
After it was asserted that cow flatulence contributes to “global warming,” some greentopians concluded that all animal agriculture should be ended; this, of course, means eliminating most of the cows on Earth. Given this, with a new study claiming that human breathing also contributes to global warming, should most of our planet’s people be gone, too?
Actually, this has already been suggested, with a World Economic Forum (WEF) advisor saying last year that we “don’t need the vast majority of the population” and that there was a growing class of “useless people.”
So first we heard the pejorative “useless eaters.”
Is it now “useless breathers”?

This session will deal with what many historians call the beginning of the end of civilization on the Great Northern Continent. Similar evils were perpetrated on the Great Southern Continent during this time also, but we’ll limit the scope of this delving into man’s evil nature just to the GNC and to Euro.
