Just Say Something (JSS), formally Greenville Family Partnership, has been awarded a $500 grant from the Greer Centennial Lions Club to support the “Strengthening Families Program” (SFP), which serves parents and families through Victor United Methodist Church in Greer, South Carolina. These funds will be used to provide program materials, activities, and refreshments.

National Law Enforcement Museum Hosts Free Family Fun Day

WASHINGTON, DC — The National Law Enforcement Museum at the Motorola Solutions Foundation Building will introduce visitors of all ages to transportation used by law enforcement as part of its upcoming Free Family Fun Day.
"We believe that exposing more people to the Museum through educational activities will not only help them learn more about the many facets of law enforcement, but it will also help them have a greater appreciation for what these brave men and women in law enforcement do every day to help keep us safe," said Lori Sharpe Day, Interim National Law Enforcement Memorial Fund CEO.

“P.F. Flyers has been servicing aircraft in the Upstate since 1999. We thrilled to have them based at GMU”, stated Airport Director Joe Frasher. P.F. Flyers is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 Repair Station certified to work on aircraft instruments and radios as well as many other things. “Many aircraft used out of and in to GMU, and other airports in our region, still need to have avionics installed. P.F. Flyers can help aircraft owners meet the compliance date,” Frasher added.
