Corporations are big and have a lot of economic clout, so there is justified concern about them abusing this economic power.
It's why there are such strict lobbying laws in Washington. We want to make sure that corporations don't step over the line of representing their legitimate interests in legitimate ways.
China Must Come Clean on COVID

If a plane goes down, there has to be an investigation. Otherwise, no one would feel safe flying again. But a virus from China has killed 540,000 people in our country so far -- equal to two thousand jumbo jet crashes -- and the Biden administration is doing nothing to get to the bottom of it.
Scientists worldwide are divided over whether the virus jumped naturally from the animal world to humans, or whether the virus accidentally leaked from a lab such as the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where biowarfare research is conducted.
Biden, Not Trump, Driving Border Crisis

Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas summed up our border crisis in a statement he released March 16: "We are on pace to encounter more individuals on the southwest border than we have in the last 20 years."
According to The Wall Street Journal, Border Patrol agents made about 75,000 arrests of migrants crossing illegally in January.
And, the Journal reports, "the government is seeing more children arriving each day than ever before, with an average of 523 children taken into custody by Border Patrol agents each day over the last three weeks ..."

The Biden administration is scrambling to shelter thousands of unaccompanied minors crossing the southern border from Central America. The media are declaring the crush at the border a "crisis."
Truth is, this crisis could be heading to your school district. If your kids are in public school or you pay school taxes, you need to know the facts.
The media show photos of young migrant children. Don't fall for that. Three-quarters of these unaccompanied minors are young men ages 15 to 17. Think tattoos, not teddy bears.

President Biden accepted the withdrawal of his initial nominee for director of this substantial enterprise, Neera Tanden, when the numerous members of Congress she has personally attacked and disparaged over the years via her Twitter account expressed their displeasure.
