Patrick "Pat" LaVughn Ramsey passed away 23 January 2022. Pat was President of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 523, and a charter member of American Legion Post 214 Taylors, SC. Pat was a Vietnam Veteran and received an Honorable discharge from The U.S. Air Force and U.S. Marines.
