George Soros Approved to Purchase Stake in Audacy

Billionaire globalist George Soros has been approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in a fast-tracked deal to become the largest stakeholder in Audacy, the second-largest chain of radio stations in the United States. Audacy owns 220 American radio stations that reportedly reaches 165 million listeners per month.

In February 2024, Soros Fund Management purchased $415 million of debt in Audacy after Audacy declared bankruptcy.

Soros Family Connections

To learn more about George Soros, check out this three minute video from 1998 that discusses the power he has over the market, his Jewish heritage, and his collaboration with Nazis during World War II.

In 2023, George Soros handed over the control of his empire to his son, Alexander Soros. Alex is openly “more political” than his father. Alex has openly and actively supporting democrat candidates, especially Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign.

On September 27th, Alex shared several photos of him with Hillary Clinton, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, and Alex’s new fiancé Huma Abedin (ex-wife to Anthony Weiner) who was the vice chair of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and Hillary’s chief of staff when she was the US Secretary of State, attending the 2024 annual meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City. This meeting coincided with the UN General Assembly which Alex also attended and documented on X.

In January of 2024, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Alex Soros stated that Donald Trump “either winds up in prison or he winds up in power.”

Soros Bypasses FCC Rules

Under FCC rules, foreign company ownership of US radio stations should not exceed 25%. According to the New York Post, Soros “took foreign investment to make his bid and then made a filing asking the commission to make an exception to the usual review process, according to public documents.”

The fast-track of this deal is a first in modern history that has been approved by the Commission without running the national security review process which usually takes up to a year or more to complete. According to the New York Post, Soros’s company has stated that they “will come back to the FCC at some point in the future to run that process.”

South Carolina’s WORD 98.9

Popular South Carolina conservative talk radio show WORD 98.9 is one of the radio stations owned by Audacy. I reached out to the Steve Sinicropi from WORD 98.9 who directed me to speak with David Heim, the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and PR. David confirmed that Soros Fund Management did purchase Audacity and is the largest stakeholder of the company but stated that Audacity has no comment on the situation or how it impacts conservative radio stations like WORD 98.9.

It is unclear how this move from Soros will affect radio stations like WORD 98.9, but we can hope that the conservative talk show hosts will hold their ground and call out the uniparty even if it includes their new stakeholders. This purchase comes at an interesting time as the presidential election is almost a month away. Will Soros use this newly purchased power over American radio stations if (or when) election malfeasance occurs during the 2024 voting process? Only time will tell.
