A reception was held at the home of Tex Small for State Rep. Tim Scott, a Republican candidate for Lt. Gov. of South Carolina. Rep. Scott resides in Charleston and represents District 117 that includes Charleston and Berkly Counties. He served for 12 years on Charleston County Council.
