Although the four men captured after the Crocus Center massacre of over 140 people near the Russian capital of Moscow were Muslim immigrants from Tajikistan, and on the surface, the style of killing was typical of fanatical Islamic radicalism, at least two highly regarded retired CIA analysts believe the ISIS narrative is a FALSE FLAG.
