Free coaches clinic to feature five MLB Alumni
Colorado Springs, Colo. – Local coaches will have an opportunity to learn from former big league stars at the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA) Legends for Youth Coaches Clinic Series on Monday, June 24th, 2019. The free clinic features former Major League Baseball players who will instruct local coaches, parents, volunteers and students on proper fundamentals, drills and techniques of coaching and running a practice.
Players attending* include eight-year MLB veteran pitcher Todd Coffey, as well as Brian Buscher, Jon Coutlangus, Morris Madden and Kurt Seibert. These five players combine for 16 seasons and 712 games in Major League Baseball.
The clinic will take place at Carolina Indoor Sports, running from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., located at 1103 North Main Street, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. The evening will conclude with a Q&A session for all participants.
