All the Executive Orders Trump Signed on Day One
- Details
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
In his second inaugural speech Monday afternoon, President Donald Trump promised that a series of forthcoming executive orders would implement the 2024 election’s “revolution of common sense.” He immediately proceeded to sign an avalanche of executive orders repealing the Biden-Harris administration’s promotion of transgender ideology, ending the weaponization of government against pro-life advocates, safeguarding freedom of speech, securing the southern border, emphasizing American energy independence, and ending imperious government decrees by the federal bureaucracy.
President Trump wasted no time signing executive orders on all these subjects, and many more, after being sworn in as the 47th president of the United States. Trump began signing the first several executive orders in front of cheering MAGA supporters inside the Capital One Arena, throwing the pens he used to sign the orders — a cherished and sought-after collectible — into the audience.

As 2024 came to a close, the battle to save America begins anew with the inauguration of Donald J. Trump on January 20, 2025. The battle shall prove, and already has, to be a serious, multifaceted, diabolical and aggressive set of acts to stop President Trump at every turn, and to collapse the United States into the New-World Order where national sovereignty no longer exists. Make no mistake about this, if America fails all currently classified "free countries" shall fail, also.
Will Biden Create a Constitutional Crisis?

To Preserve, Protect, and Defend
A group of 48 Democrat U.S. Senators have called on President Joe Biden to order the Archivist to “certify and publish the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment” to the U.S. Constitution before he leaves office next month.
The problem with this scheme is that pretending that ERA is a part of the Constitution would violate the clear U.S. Supreme Court 1982 ruling in National Organization for Women v. Idaho that ERA is legally dead. In 2021, a federal court judge affirmed in Virginia v. Ferriero that the late ratifications by Virginia, Illinois, and Nevada were null and void. Even ERA proponent Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg said that for ERA to be a valid amendment to the Constitution, then the process must “start over.” Constitutional amendments require a supermajority to ratify and there is no public support for this controversial amendment that seeks to redefine sex.
America’s New Mental Health Crisis: Trump Derangement Syndrome
- Details
- By Jared Bridges - The Washington Stand
Many could see it approaching, but veteran political journalist Mark Halperin called it with clarity.
Mere weeks before the 2024 election in the middle of a two-hour interview on Tucker Carlson’s podcast, Halperin predicted that if Donald Trump won the vote, America would face a mental health crisis unparalleled in its history:
TUCKER CARLSON: A lot of Democrats, maybe the majority, believe that Trump becoming president again is the worst thing that could ever happen. So how do they respond to that?
MARK HALPERIN: I say this not flippantly, I think it will be the cause of the greatest mental health crisis in the history of the country. I think tens of millions of people will question their connection to the nation, their connection to other human beings, their connection to their vision of what their future, and the future for their children, could be like. I think it will require an enormous amount of access to mental health professionals. I think it’ll lead to trauma in the workplace. I think there will be some degree of…

The Constitutional Alliance’s observations on the 2024 election presents our thoughts of the progress of our efforts relative to eliminating the mandated biometric enrollment.
We will be referring to President Elect Trump as President Trump because the public and media must look forward, not debate the past and what could have been. Those that do not accept President Trump has a mandate are being intellectually dishonest. President Trump won all swing states, and the Republicans also took back the Senate and held the House. This document will address the surveillance state.

Trump Will Make Families Safe Again
President-elect Donald Trump has boldly proclaimed his plans for his first 100 days in office. In fact, last year, he made videos announcing his Agenda 47 initiatives which he reiterated over and over on the campaign trail. Trump outlined a conservative vision in stark contrast to the radical stances of the Harris-Walz campaign that caused them to lose the election. Now, with Republicans leading these efforts in the House, Senate, and White House, we can bring some sanity back to our nation.
Johnson on Trump’s Win: ‘The Woke Left Went Too Far with Their Crazy Ideology’

Despite a nagging budget deadline and rumors about his job security, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) was “all smiles” this weekend when he sat down to talk with Family Research Council President Tony Perkins. “It does feel very much like we will have a new morning in America,” he said with more energy than someone who’s been on the campaign trail for months should have. “The team in Washington is very excited,” Johnson pointed out. But one thing they shouldn’t expect, he warned, is a break.

If there’s anything more gratifying than watching conservatives win, it’s watching celebrities lose. The pampered, out-of-touch A-listers who shilled for Kamala Harris have not coped well since Tuesday’s results (if threats of death-by-Drano are any indication). But in every meltdown, one thing is clear: their despair isn’t just that the vice president failed, but that the country is too stupid to understand that famous people know better. It’s the same campaign of condescension that led to the demise of woke corporations. And with a little luck, celebrity endorsements will meet the same fate.

Innovative Data-Driven Strategy Defeats Florida Abortion, Ushers in New Era of Pro-Life Advocacy
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- In a historic pro-life victory, Cogency Strategic, working with clients Keep Florida Pro Life, Pro-Life Action Ministries (PLAM), Action for Life, and the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AAPLOG), deployed advanced digital strategies to defeat Florida's Amendment 4. This amendment sought to enshrine abortion rights in the state's constitution, posing significant risks to essential safeguards.
Cogency's data-driven approach focused on key demographics, including the pivotal "mushy-middle," using the language of Amendment 4's supporters to expose its true implications. Through thought-provoking ads that posed ethical questions like, "If abortion is 'healthcare,' shouldn't it be regulated like healthcare?" The campaign delivered vital perspective to centrist Floridians on what was truly at stake, effectively shifting public opinion and securing a crucial pro-life victory.
Trump’s Win ‘Isn’t the Finish Line - It’s the Starting Point’

While it isn’t what every American wanted, the election did deliver something every American needed: clarity. The results that handed Donald Trump his second term supplied exactly what this weary and fractured country had to have to move forward — an unambiguous winner. A straightforward path. A fresh chance to be the nation its people, and the world, deserve. But none of that will matter, some are pointing out, if we don’t seize the reprieve God has granted.

Florida Stands Firm for Human Life: Amendment 4 Rejected by Voters
NAPLES, Fla. -- The citizens of Florida have resoundingly affirmed their commitment to the sanctity of human life by rejecting Amendment 4. This amendment, which sought to enshrine abortion rights into the state's constitution, was narrowly defeated, marking a significant moment for the pro-life movement not just in Florida but across the nation."For far too long, dark money has flowed into state ballot initiatives with little accountability for the authors." said BC Cloutier, Chairman of the Board for Action for Life, Inc. "The culture of death will stop at nothing to push their radical agenda, but today, Florida voters have rejected this plan."Key Points from the Defeat of Amendment 4:
In Historic Comeback, Donald Trump Defeats Kamala Harris to Become 47th President

- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
Former President Donald Trump has won the 2024 presidential election, as a coalition of evangelical, pro-life Christians, parents, Hispanics, and others carried him to victory over Vice President Kamala Harris and into a second term he promised will become “the golden age of America.”
President Trump outperformed every metric of the 2016 and 2020 elections as he held traditional Republican states, prevailed in a majority of battleground states, and raised a red column deep inside the Democrats’ blue wall. Trump exceeded the 270 Electoral College votes needed to win the presidency by dominating the swing states of Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, and Wisconsin. Although Trump held a lead in Michigan, Arizona, and Nevada, none had officially been called as of this writing. If trends hold, Donald Trump may also become the first Republican presidential candidate to win the popular vote since 2004.
Mandate from the People

In light of the overwhelming victories secured across the country and in our state by Republicans, voters clearly spoke and gave their government a mandate to legislate like Republicans instead of kowtowing to the woke left, tax and spend liberals, and the special interests.
President Trump’s winning message, which is shared by the South Carolina Freedom Caucus and voters alike, is to cut taxes, improve our infrastructure, decrease regulation and spending, shrink the size of government, protect individual rights, and end the woke mind virus which has infected our institutions of higher learning and government schools.
