One of the most revealing things about the leftist mindset is the usual leftist's lack of self-awareness about his own intolerance, hatefulness and inclusiveness -- unless you distort all those terms to whitewash the reality.

I will never forget reading (and writing about) the unfortunate experience of Professor Janice Price, an education instructor at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. The school suspended Price and cut her salary for subjecting her students to a "hostile environment." Her sin was placing issues of Teachers in Focus magazine on the table in the back of her classroom that contained articles written from a Christian viewpoint. One of the articles offered suggestions on how teachers should approach the issue of homosexuality in public schools.

I don't know about you, but I'm a little tired of Rep. Adam Schiff and the Democratic horde's portraying every charge against President Donald Trump as Trump's effort to interfere with this or that election.

In his opening statement at the Senate impeachment trial, Lead House Impeachment Manager Schiff, puffed up with false indignation, did it again. President Trump made an "attempt to use the powers of the presidency to cheat in an election," said Schiff, and he must be impeached.

I'm almost as upset that Democratic presidential candidates are squabbling as I am that Prince Harry and the former Meghan Markle apparently don't want to live in Los Angeles until President Donald Trump leaves office. Double bummer.

Speaking of doubles, did you know that Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders have accused each other of lying? How can this be? Progressives don't lie. With that in mind, one of them must be lying.

Did you notice how presidential President Donald Trump appeared at his press conference on Iran? It was a fitting symbol for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's colossal failure in withholding the impeachment articles from the Senate.

Whatever Pelosi's loony strategy -- her unorthodox decision to withhold is only about strategy and not principle -- she has ensured that the hyperpartisan impeachment will be viewed for exactly what it was. For all the Democrats' manufactured impeachment drama, people seem to care less and less about the their shameless effort to affix a scarlet letter to Trump's presidential record.

Have you ever wondered why the political left is so inconsolably angry these days? Why does it consider President Donald Trump to be such a threat and his supporters so contemptible?

This isn't my imagination. While most people expressed their New Year's greetings in positive terms, the celebrity left defaulted to its Trump-hating form. Every day is a new day to rage against Trump, so why should their New Year's Day pronouncements be any different?

David Limbaugh is off. The following column is by Terence Jeffrey.

South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, who is seeking the presidency, wants to facilitate "choice" when it comes to killing an unborn child but not when it comes to educating a born one.

In his America, the government would pay for abortions and the child care of millions -- from birth onward.

Nothing has done more to unite Republicans -- from GOP congressmen in Washington, D.C., to malodorous Walmart patrons in rural America -- than the Democrats' quixotic, vendetta-fueled crusade against President Donald Trump.

Trump's election was a seismic blow to the left, which has paralyzed it with hatred and reduced it to a gigantic mob of bloated self-importance and radical opposition.

If cosmic justice were to prevail, Democrats would drop their impeachment sham in confessed disgrace and move to give President Donald Trump a second term by acclamation for having ceaselessly abused their power in trying to nullify his first term.

Though cosmic justice won't prevail, the Constitution will, including its prescribed Senate check on impeachment and its provision for election of presidents through the Electoral College.

The Democrats have given new meaning to the term "overplaying your hand," and their witch hunt will continue to backfire. They will fail to remove Trump from office and, through their egregious overreach, will have probably ensured his re-election.

Law professor Pamela Karlan did more than cross the line in taking a cheap shot at President Donald Trump's son, Barron Trump, in her pro-impeachment testimony. In openly demonstrating her strong personal animus against Trump, she disqualified herself as an expert witness.

Don't get me wrong; I'm not intimating that these proceedings have anything to do with evidence. They are merely a ruse to formalize the Democrats' pre-ordained conclusion.

Is it just me, or has it also occurred to you that Democrats, in this all-important year leading up to the 2020 election, rarely talk about policy issues? They are exclusively focused on removing President Donald Trump, and they only discuss policy during their somniferous debates.

In the Democrats' defense, their mainstream media bosses cover nothing but Trump and Trump crucified. Also, some Democratic Party leaders probably realize that their ideas don't fully resonate with the people and so it is in their interests to keep the focus on Trump.

You know what doesn't pass the smell test in the Democrats' sham impeachment crusade? Their main beef is that President Donald Trump abused his power to interfere with a presidential election (2020), yet that's all they have been doing for the last three years.

Interference with a presidential election (2016) was also their allegation with the Russia-collusion hoax. Oh, my, how they revere the integrity of the election process.

Trump Derangement Syndrome is not merely a cute-sounding phrase to deflect criticism of President Trump. It's real. It's palpable.

Case in point: The American Prospect's Paul Waldman gives us an earful about President Trump and how Trump is destroying everything that's good and decent in America. Let me share some of his words, which speak for themselves -- but I'll speak for them, too.

People seem shocked that recent polls show millennials are enamored of socialism -- an economic system that reasonable and educated Americans have long known is disastrous. They shouldn't be; this has been a long time coming.

The latest survey by Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation shows that 70% of millennials are likely to vote socialist. Adding insult to injury, only 57% believe the Declaration of Independence "better guarantees freedom and equality" over "The Communist Manifesto." The worst part of this is that it is real, not a parody piece in "The Onion."

While Trump-haters keep obsessing over his tweets and "manners," we are witnessing the Democrats' ongoing rejection of President Donald Trump's constitutional right to govern and the people's sovereign choice in electing him. Let's check our priorities.

You may regard Trump's tweet "#StopTheCoup" as political theater, but it's not, and we need to take notice. Ever since Trump's presidential announcement, leftists have been plotting and scheming against him.

The left is becoming more unapologetically totalitarian every day. Every freedom-loving American should be alarmed.

From hounding conservatives out of restaurants to spitting on Trump supporters at rallies, from firing employees for politically incorrect statements to fining people for "misgendering" a person, the left is on a path toward absolutism.

Joe Biden's rhetoric grows more inflammatory with every new Democratic presidential poll, as rival Elizabeth Warren has surpassed him in the national polling averages and he realizes pretend moderation won't sell.

In surveying his multitudinous rivals, Biden doubtlessly sees himself as a man of superior wisdom, experience and gravitas. By gosh, he's wanted this job a lot longer than some of these upstarts have even been involved in politics, and he's paid his dues with scandal-ridden, failed efforts and an eight-year deferential stint as Barack Obama's vice president. In short, he's paid his dues just like Hillary Clinton did, and it's his time.
