SALTY SEZ: How Do You Spell U.N.

I seldom hear anybody talking about the United Nations (UN) these days. I guess that’s just one of those things people don’t think ‘bout any more, but we ought to. It didn’t go nowhere—it’s still there, and we are still its major supporter. Lots of stuff them democrats still talking about comes from there. That old “New World Order” got born there. We’re living in the year 2020 and I bet most of you don’t recall a “Project 2020” that was being discussed all around in 1999 and 2000. It outlined bunches of plans to be worked out and completed by year 2020. There was an article back then (June 1999) by Jane Chastain for “World Net Daily” titled “The U. N. In Your Backyard.” Its first paragraph said this: “Don't look now, but the United Nations has its sights on your back yard. No longer content to regulate our population, automobiles, air, water and parks, the global Gestapo now wants to regulate that little plot of earth covered by the grass you mow and the trees that shade your lawn chairs.” That was just one thing they was talking about back then to control how much greenhouse gas was being produced—now we call that part of climate control. The UN also has an agreement in our Congress that if approved might let the government take our guns. There’s lots of things they’ve been working on that democrats will approve if they win this election, and that’s no scuttlebutt.
Salty Sez: THE LIE

A few years back I was visiting some friends in Houston, Texas. My visit ran over the weekend and I got invited to go to church with them. It was a strong Christian church and I said I’d go. This was in the midst of Obama’s Administration and the Pastor didn’t mind talking about some of the political craziness going on. I know Obama said he was a Christian, but he seemed more like a Muslim to me. I don’t remember the Pastor putting a title on his sermon but I’d call it “The Lie”. Many times he said American people are believing the lies they are being told -- and some of those lies are coming from the church pastors. We know these lies have been coming at us many years because a lot of preachers don’t want to talk politics. Much of what Jesus talked about when He was here we would call political today. We need to know what’s going on and pastors need to be helping us recognize the lies. In the early days of our nation churches were where much of the news came from. We’re just poor-little-sheep out here and the wolves are everywhere around us—and most of those politicians are part of the wolf-pack.

According to U.S. Attorney General William Barr, Antifa’s ultimate goal is world Communism, and their primary immediate goal toward that end is to bring down the Trump presidency.
Antifa is most active in the United States and Western Europe. Their common initial tactic in the subversion of democratic governments in both the U.S. and Europe is to employ extreme violence and the destruction of public and private property to create political disorder, discredit, the police, and intimidate the public and democratic leaders. They often try to goad police into reactions that might be used to undermine their credibility and authority. They have made local police forces their especially hated enemy. Lately, Antifa has stooped to threatening and harassing the families of police.
It's Not Wrong to Love God, Family and Country

My wife and I on 9-11-2001 were on Capitol Hill in Washington DC, beginning the gospel ministry there to the House and Senate members as well as staff personnel. We were in the Longworth Congressional Building doing the work of the ministry, going from office to office when the Muslim terrorists flew the plane into the Pentagon. I remember what happened very vividly on that infamous day.
What Are We Earning?

Before we begin our foray into this topic, let’s examine how Webster’s Dictionary defines “earn”:
- To receive as return for effort and especially for work done or services rendered; to bring in by way of return;
- To come to be duly worthy of or entitled or suited to—i.e. ‘she earned a promotion’;
- To make worthy of or obtain for—i.e. ‘the suggestion earned him a promotion.
Seems pretty cut and dried, doesn’t it? But what does it really take to “earn” something? Obviously it takes an expenditure of time and/or effort. Often an outlay of money is involved, as in investing in more education in order to “earn” a higher income in future years. According to the dictionary definitions above, there are also non-monetary ways of “earning” something, such as earning another person’s trust. This type of “earning” requires a degree of character that is sometimes more difficult to attain, and can be more challenging to accomplish.

The more I see of what’s going on in many Democratically controlled States and cities -- how so few of the BLM and Antifa aggressors are arrested (and the ones who are arrested are often immediately released), but conservative citizens who are trying to protect themselves and their properties are arrested and charged. Then I look to see who has been arrested in the deep state’s group that the world knows was involved in the Trump/Russia fiasco and other non-supported efforts to remove Trump from office and find one “patsy” has been charged and has confessed and maybe received a six month sentence of some kind, while the guilty felons remain untouched. I can’t understand how Lady Liberty still stands holding her scales in balance. Maybe the Durham report will be submitted before the coming election -- and that’s a questionable maybe. If non-governmental investigators can unearth truth why can’t the government? Could it be they just don’t want to drain the swamp?

Here on the home front, American people, regardless of skin color or gestational age, need economic security, safe living conditions and human dignity. With America first, POTUS is impacting the globe with his moves towards peace. Here at home, President Trump is boldly redirecting years of somewhat unsuccessful federal spending for racial sensitivity training towards programs that unite rather than divide.
