Arkansas Passes First State Ban on Abortion Recognizing it as a Crime Against Humanity and Accepting Every Unwanted Child
- By Christian Newswire
SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Allan E. Parker, President of The Justice Foundation, who represents thousands of women hurt by abortion states, "SB 6 is an excellent vehicle for improving the health and safety of women in Arkansas and moving towards a more just and humane society. Since Arkansas already has a Safe Haven law, as does every other state in the nation, no woman in Arkansas will have to take care of an unwanted child when the bill becomes effective. Senator Rapert and Representative Mary Bentley's SB 6 is an excellent vehicle for challenging the Supreme Court's current view on Roe v. Wade, Doe v. Bolton, and Planned Parenthood v. Casey. The freedom of Roe can be preserved now for women without its human cost – killing children and injuring women.

Pushing The Great Reset
- By William F. Jasper - The New American
As a senator, Joe Biden wrote an op-ed called “How I Learned to Love the New World Order.” Now, as president, he is showing his love for the NWO and his hatred for the Constitution he has sworn to defend.
On April 23, 1992, the Wall Street Journal published an op-ed from then-Senator Joe Biden entitled “How I Learned to Love the New World Order.” In that piece, Biden extolled “collective security” through the United Nations and called for arming the UN with a “permanent commitment of forces for use by the Security Council.” “Why not breathe life into the U.N. Charter?” Biden asked, not mentioning that the same life-breathing action for the UN Charter would mean toxic death for the U.S. Constitution, which he has taken an oath (repeatedly) to uphold and defend. Not to mention that it would also be the death knell for American sovereignty, independence — and freedom.

Evangelicals for Biden Lose Faith in Joe
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
They can't say they weren't warned. Everyone in America knew where Joe Biden stood on abortion -- because he told them. In 13 debates, multiple campaign ads, and a Planned Parenthood townhall, no one had any doubt that if this man won the White House, his folksy faith talk would take a backseat to his political deal with the far-Left. If Evangelicals for Biden want to say they never saw this COVID bill and its abortion funding coming, then they were the only ones.

House Targets Budget Law for Repeal; Other Old Laws Remain Untouched
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
In South Carolina, it’s still illegal to challenge someone to a duel with a sword, pistol or other deadly weapon.
Other laws on the books that date to the last century or earlier ban such things as, for example:
- Robbing a train after stopping it;
- Swindling in card or dice games;
- Committing adultery or fornication; and
- Operating dance halls on Sundays
Although a number of old laws are no longer observed or enforced, lawmakers have done relatively little in recent years to revise or repeal them. But they’re moving quickly now to eliminate a longstanding law that they routinely have ignored but which supporters say would provide greater transparency in the state budget process.

No, Virginia, ERA is NOT in the Constitution
- By Eagle Forum
Alton, IL – D.C. federal district court judge Rudolf Contreras, an Obama appointee, put yet another nail in the coffin of the long-dead Equal Rights Amendment.
Contreras held that Congress acted within its power when it imposed a seven-year deadline for ratification when the Amendment passed in 1972. In so ruling, Contreras has derailed ERA advocates’ recent effort to revive the Amendment. “The Court will not pull the rug out from under Congress’s long-accepted practice of declaring ratification conditions in a proposing resolution’s preamble based on a technicality,” wrote Contreras.
