‘Hungary Produced Pagers That Exploded And Killed Hezbollah Members’
- By Stefan J. Bos - Chief International Correspondent Worthy News
BUDAPEST (Worthy News) – Taiwanese company Gold Apollo says that the pager model allegedly used by Hezbollah members that simultaneously exploded and killed numerous people, mainly in Lebanon, was made by its Hungarian partner.
Gold Apollo has a “long-term partnership” with Budapest-based BAC Consulting KFT to use its trademark, and the model mentioned in media reports “is produced and sold by BAC,” the company said in a statement after reports that Gold Apollo pagers were involved in the blasts.
The revelations are remarkable as Hungary’s government is pro-Israel. It has also used Israeli technology to spy on journalists and other perceived threats to the government, investigations revealed earlier.
Exploding Pagers -- What's Next in Israel's Counter-Attack?
- By Joseph Project International
MEDIA ADVISORY -- The world is buzzing after thousands of pagers and walkie-talkies used by Hezbollah terrorists exploded Tuesday across Lebanon, reportedly killing at least 14 people and leaving 2,750 more hospitalized.
According to reports, Israel's Mossad spy agency allegedly placed explosives in the pagers and detonated them in a James Bond-style secret operation.
It's the latest shock development in Israel's war on Iran-backed terror groups — a conflict that threatens to spill into more Middle East countries where terrorists are based.
Leaders Angry As France Detains Telegram CEO
- By Stefan J. Bos - Chief International Correspondent Worthy News
PARIS/BUDAPEST – There was outrage Sunday after French authorities confirmed they had detained Pavel Durov, the billionaire co-founder and chief executive of the social media platform and messaging application Telegram.
The 39-year-old was detained at the Bourget airport outside Paris, the capital, late Saturday after arriving from Azerbaijan on his private jet, several sources said.
“France just arrested Pavel Durov, founder & CEO of the encrypted, uncensored Telegram platform. The need to protect free speech has never been more urgent,” noted Robert F Kennedy Jr, who abandoned his U.S. presidential campaign Friday and endorsed Republican Donald J. Trump.
Study Warns US Army Not Ready For China’s Nuclear Strikes
- By Stefan J. Bos - Chief International Correspondent Worthy News
WASHINGTON/BEIJING – A U.S. government-requested study has concluded that the U.S. army is not ready to respond to tactical nuclear weapons strikes by Communist-ruled China if war breaks out.
The Center for a New American Security (CNAS) study, obtained by Worthy News on Wednesday, was sponsored by the Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
It said, “As the People’s Republic of China (PRC) dramatically expands and modernizes its nuclear arsenal, the risks of PRC nuclear coercion and escalation are evolving.”
Russia Backs Palestinian State In Warning To Israel
- By Stefan J. Bos - Chief International Correspondent Worthy News
MOSCOW/BUDAPEST – Russian President Vladimir Putin says Moscow backs the creation of a full-fledged Palestinian state, and he has publicly embraced visiting Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
In comments that were likely to upset Israel, Putin stressed that the plight of Palestinians pained Russia.
Putin clarified that Moscow closely followed events in the Middle East despite the war-torn Ukraine vying for attention.
He did not refer directly to Ukraine’s week-old incursion into western Russia, an operation that initially overwhelmed Russia’s military and forced more than 130,000 people to flee their homes so far.

On 3-year anniversary of Taliban seizing power, Aug. 15, new talk show to offer hope to women in despair
BOONE, Iowa -- A one-of-a-kind talk show aims to bring hope to desperate women in Afghanistan as the third anniversary of the Taliban regime's return to power looms on August 15.
"Many women and girls in Afghanistan ask, 'Is life worth living?'" said Rex Rogers, president of SAT-7 USA (www.sat7usa.org), a Christian media group that broadcasts across the Middle East and North Africa in local languages. "Their hopes and dreams have been shattered."
According to U.S. research group Wilson Center, four out of every five suicide attempts in Afghanistan are by women, bucking the global trend of most attempts by men.
Iran Poised to Launch Nuclear-Weapons Program
- By Emmitt Barry - Worthy News Correspondent
A new assessment by U.S. intelligence agencies reveals that Iran’s advancements in scientific and engineering research over the past year have put it in a stronger position to initiate a nuclear weapons program, the Wall Street Journal reported over the weekend.
This report comes after U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated on Friday, July 19, that Iran’s breakout time—the time required to produce enough weapons-grade material for a nuclear weapon—”is now probably one or two weeks,” as Tehran continues to advance its nuclear program.
Iran Rejects De-Escalation Efforts, Vows to Strike Israel
- By Emmitt Barry - Worthy News Correspondent
Israel is on high alert following the assassination of key terrorist leaders last week, facing escalating tensions with Iran and its proxies. Despite efforts by the US and Arab nations to de-escalate, Iran has threatened attacks on Israel, raising the possibility of a broader conflict. Amid these tensions, rumors from world leaders indicate that a retaliatory strike may take place over the next 24 hours.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken held a conference call with G7 nations on Sunday, warning that an attack on Israel by the Iranian regime and Hezbollah in Lebanon could start as early as Monday.
According to an Axios report, Blinken expressed concerns to the G7 leaders that both Hezbollah and Iran would retaliate for the recent deaths of Fuad Shukr, a senior Hezbollah official killed in Beirut, and Ismail Haniyeh, a Hamas political leader, both of whom were killed last Wednesday. Axios reported that three officials familiar with the G7 call indicated a possible retaliatory strike as early as Monday.
The WHO Power Grab Has Been Slowed, Not Stopped
- By Kristen A. Ullman, President, Eagle Forum
Who Won at the WHO?
The 77th World Health Assembly wrapped up its self-proclaimed “historic” meeting in Geneva on June 1, 2024. Despite their lofty goals of passing two complimentary pandemic “agreements”, the WHO failed to pass the Pandemic Treaty, instead kicking the can down the road, and was only able to strong-arm consensus for a modified version of the International Health Regulation amendments. Those of us who have spent years sounding the alarm against the WHO’s global governance scheme may want to take a short victory lap for at least delaying the Treaty and getting several of the worst elements of the IHR removed. But while their most nefarious plans have been slowed, they have not been stopped. We must take a hard look at who won (and how) and the next steps for sovereignty-loving people everywhere.
Iran Enhances Underground Nuclear ‘Bunker’, Heightening Fears of Accelerated Weapons Development
- By Emmitt Barry, Worthy News Correspondent
Confidential documents and analysis by weapons experts indicate that a significant expansion at Iran’s most fortified nuclear facility could soon triple its production of enriched uranium, the Washington Post reported.
Just days after Tehran formally notified the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of plans for a major upgrade, IAEA inspectors verified new construction activity at the Fordow enrichment plant, an underground facility constructed like a bunker inside a mountain in north-central Iran. This upgrade at Fordow raises particular concerns for the US and Israel due to its nearly impregnable subterranean location, making it almost invulnerable to airstrikes.
Russia Is Flashing Red, the West Better Pay Attention
- By Mike Scruggs
The above video is a serious 12-minute message from former CIA/State Department officer Larry Johnson regarding the danger of a head-on, possibly nuclear confrontation between Russia and the United States. This is due to an ill-advised statement of escalation by the Biden Administration, allowing Ukraine to use long-range missiles against targets deep in Russia, including key missile defense radar important to Russian nuclear defense. The Ukrainian Army has lost over half a million men and is near collapse. This makes them desperate and willing to drag the US into catastrophic war to save themselves. The Biden Administration is evidently willing to escalate the war and threaten Russia to save face for its appallingly disastrous policy of using Ukraine as cannon fodder to seriously injure or even break up the Russian Federation.
WHO Fails To Roll Out Pandemic Treaty
- By Stefan J. Bos - Chief International Correspondent Worthy News
GENEVA – The World Health Organization (WHO) has admitted that it has been unable to roll out its controversial pandemic-related treaty that critics say would increase the organization’s powers in case of another international health crisis.
Critics in the United States had long warned the pandemic treaty would undermine U.S. sovereignty on important health decisions.
Worthy News already reported ahead of a WHO gathering that there was outrage about the plan within the recently elected new parliament of the Netherlands, which played a vital role in the treaty.
Legislator Fleur Agema of the Dutch anti-Islam Party for Freedom (PVV), which won parliamentary elections in November, was among the most against a pandemic treaty. “It looks like this treaty is a directive. Richer countries, such as the Netherlands, will have to give money to poorer nations to ensure their pandemic preparedness is in order, while we do not even have it in order ourselves,” she stressed.

The World Health Organization (WHO), an arm of the United Nations vastly funded by US Taxpayers, is currently working on the “world’s first pandemic agreement”.
In a speech on March 25, 2024, WHO Chief Tedros Ghebreyesus aka “Dr. Tedros”, explained that the agreement would be “legally-binding”on every nation.
Anger Over ICC Arrest Warrants Against Israeli Leaders
- By Stefan J. Bos - Chief International Correspondent Worthy News
THE HAGUE/BUDAPEST – Leaders of several countries have expressed “unease” and outrage over the International Criminal Court (ICC) chief prosecutor’s decision to seek the arrest of Israeli leaders and “Islamist terrorist organization” Hamas for atrocities.
Austria’s chancellor Karl Nehammer said he “fully” respects ICC independence but signaled unease with Israel’s arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
“We fully respect the independence of the ICC. The fact, however, that the leader of the terrorist organization Hamas, whose declared goal is the extinction of the State of Israel, is being mentioned at the same time as the democratically elected representatives of that very State is incomprehensible,” he wrote on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
Footage Shows Gaza Terrorists Operating out of U.N. Compound
- By Joshua Arnold - The Washington Stand
Terrorists in Rafah have been operating out of the U.N. Relief and Works Agency’s (UNRWA) central compound, according to video footage the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) released Tuesday. The footage contained “Hamas terrorists firing at civilians from within a UNRWA facility next to UN vehicles in Rafah,” described Foreign Minister Israel Katz, leading him to conclude, “UNRWA is an arm of the terrorist organization Hamas.”
There’s plenty of evidence pointing in that direction. “UNRWA is a U.N. agency that’s supposed to deliver aid,” said Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on “Washington Watch” Thursday. But “they hire local folks to do it, and they’ve hired people that are really Hamas sympathizers. … We found tunnels under UNRWA’s headquarters. Now you’ve got video evidence of the compound being used for military purposes.”
