Public Advocate is with Freedom Riders -- Joe Biden is Today's Ku Klux Klan
- By Eugene Delgaudio - President of Public Advocate
![Public Advocate president Eugene Delgaudio](/images/18-08/Public-Advocate-president-Eugene-Delgaudio.jpg)
Joe Biden is claiming the Tennessee Republicans are racist and "undemocratic" for expelling two Black representatives from the House of Representatives for leading a takeover of the Tennessee House this week.
Public Advocate supports the proper removal and expulsion of radical leftists who illegally disrupted the legislative sessions in Tennessee.
However it is Joe Biden who has waged "undemocratic" war against Black candidates and there is a long list of Democratic Party candidates who are victims of Joe Biden's racism.
In fact, Joe Biden and the Democratic Party have an established pattern of expelling Black people from the ballot in Tennessee for a decade.
Nullify The WHO in South Carolina
- By The John Birch Society
ACT NOW: Legislation has been introduced in the South Carolina General Assembly to nullify the unconstitutional World Health Organization’s (WHO) proposed pandemic treaty and IHR amendments. It is imperative that legislators enact this bill and protect our God-given freedoms!
House Bill 4246 (H.4246) is sponsored by Representative Josiah Magnuson (R-Campobello) and 20 other representatives.
If enacted, H.4246 would prevent the WHO’s proposed pandemic treaty or IHR amendments from being enforced in South Carolina. The bill declares:
Female Athletes’ Rights Ignored

Americans no longer told to ‘Trust the Science’
Eagle Forum statement on Department of Education Proposed Rulemaking regarding Title IX Athletic Participation
Kristen A. Ullman, President of Eagle Forum, issued the following statement in response to the US Department of Education Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding Sex-Related Eligibility Criteria for Male and Female Athletic Teams:
Over the last three years, Americans have been told to ‘trust the science’ — especially when what they were observing didn’t match with reality. Now the Biden Administration is telling schools to ‘ignore the science’ that males and females are fundamentally and biologically different. The proposed rule prevents schools from acknowledging this scientific fact, and instead redefines the objective classification of sex to include the subjective concept of gender identity.
The Left Has Killed Our Great Cities
- By Stephen Moore
Mark down Tuesday, April 4, as the night Chicago died.
That's when we learned that Second City voters narrowly elected Brandon Johnson as their next mayor. This is a city that was flattened during the reign of Mayor Lori Lightfoot, who lost in the first round of voting for Chicago mayor because she didn't finish in one of the top two spots. Lightfoot, elected in 2019 after a career as a federal prosecutor who then held several appointed positions in Chicago, shut down the city for more than a year during COVID-19. She also bankrupted small businesses, allowed rioters to burn down whole neighborhoods, presided over the worst crime wave in 50 years and let the schools go to hell.

Freedom Caucus Forum Attracts Hundreds
- By Terry M. Thacker
More than 300 Republican activists turned out Monday night at the Veranda, located on Global Drive near Mauldin, to hear encouraging news from a panel of conservative leaders.
On the panel were statehouse representative Adam Morgan, the chairman of the Freedom Caucus, former US representative and US Senator Jim DeMint, and national State Freedom Caucus Network president Andy Roth.
The caucus is a group of about 20 Republicans, some newly elected, who are members of the South Carolina House of Representatives.
Not Just Nashville: Attacks Against Churches Nearly Tripled in 2023, Report Finds
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
Last week’s mass murder of six people at a church-run Christian school constitutes 2023’s deadliest act of violence against churches, which have increased nearly three times this year compared to last year, a new report from Family Research Council finds. The number of anti-church attacks in 2022 had already tripled over four years, a previous report found.
In all, assailants attacked churches 69 times in the first three months of 2023, compared with 24 such acts during the same period last year, a 288% increase. The rising tempo of anti-Christian assaults — which includes arsons, bomb threats, vandalism, and sacrilege — has affected places of worship in 29 states. The motives behind such desecration run the gamut from pro-abortion activism or controversies over transgender ideology to apparently senseless acts of destruction.
The School Choice Fraud Accountability Myth
- By Allan E. Parker, Jr.
One of the most disturbing arguments against school choice in Texas is that there would be no "accountability" if each child's share of funding followed the child to the school where the parents feel the child would learn best, including private schools. By the most basic and important metric of all - basic reading, the public school "accountability system" is a massive failure – a fraud. Why do we want to protect a "school system" that produces 50% failure rates?
The argument is that public schools are accountable to all of these regulations and therefore, private schools should be subject to them also, or there would be no accountability.
Biden Serves Dark, Cold Easter Dinner
- By Eagle Forum
Department of Energy Proposes Bans on Lightbulbs & Gas Stoves
Easter celebrations are approaching, but affording eggs to dye and an Easter ham is harder this year with inflation causing prices to rise. The Left’s misguided economic policies are largely to blame for the poor post-pandemic recovery. Instead of looking for ways to ease the burdens on American families, the Biden Administration is adding insult to injury. The Department of Energy (DOE) is now proposing an Easter dinner by candlelight by issuing a lightbulb ban.
Democrats’ war on energy has become a battle against household appliances. In the past, the left has implemented regulations on detergent, toilets, showers, and dishwashers under the guise of “energy efficiency.” Ironically, these measures made clothes and dishes less clean – causing families to use more water to wash them again. Low-flow toilets required more flushes and can wreak havoc on the sewer system.
County Council Appoints Conservative to Vacancy on Library Board
- By Terry M. Thacker
Greenville County Council on Tuesday night approved the appointment of Cecil Beckner to take the library seat vacated at the end of last year by Sid Cates.
Several speakers from the audience expressed consternation at this last-minute selection. Tiffany Santagati, a member of 864PRIDE, which is a gay advocacy organization in the Upstate, had been approved by the Public Works Committee and was expected to have been approved by the full council during the Committee of the Whole meeting, which occurred just before the regular council meeting.
More Entitlement Red Flags as Politicians Tout Inaction
- By Veronique de Rugy
Republicans and Democrats have been tripping over each other to tell voters how committed they are to making zero changes to Social Security and Medicare. Meanwhile, the Social Security and Medicare Trustees just confirmed yet again that within 10 years the programs' funds will be insolvent.
It's hard to forget the scene during the most recent State of the Union address, when President Joe Biden accused Republicans of wanting to cut Social Security and Medicare and Republicans -- including one who shouted from her seat -- called that a lie. The mutual refusal to take responsibility for the nasty fiscal condition of entitlement programs is decades old. Indeed, the findings of the Trustees' report are not surprising to anyone who follows these programs' finances.
The Point of No Return
- By Josh Hammer
The Roman historian Suetonius described Julius Caesar as timid and noncommittal as he initially approached the Rubicon River -- a shallow and narrow waterway that, at the time, demarcated the boundary between Cisalpine Gaul and Italy proper -- in January 49 B.C.E. In fact, the historian ultimately attributed Caesar's decision to cross the waterway, precipitating a four-year civil war and ultimate Caesarian dictatorship, to the supernatural. Prior to crossing, again according to Suetonius, Caesar uttered the now-infamous phrase: "The die has been cast."

I wish Dr. Lewis God’s best.”
The Case for NO Gun Control
- By Joseph M. Bianchi
With the uptick in gun violence across America, and the tragic shooting in Nashville that took the lives of adults and children, it seems out of place and almost unhinged to make an argument for no gun control.
However, if we are to remain a free people and retain our liberties, as well as protect ourselves and others, the discussion must be put on the table.
No discussion of gun control, or the lack thereof, can begin without an understanding of what the Second Amendment means; viz., what was its original intention, and how is it applied today.
First off, here is the text of the amendment itself:
A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
A Typical Day in the Life of a California Family
- By Robin M. Itzler's - American Thinker
The tax, housing, crime, and homeless situation in California have become extremely difficult for many people, which explains why thousands have left and continue to leave the Golden State. Consider that, from December and March, the state had several major rainstorms, but that, because of environmentalist pressure about new reservoirs, much of the water drained to the sea, so the drought remains in effect. Gas and electricity costs have skyrocketed since November. Violent crime surges in most Democrat-run cities. Homeless people (many with mental health issues) create filthy tent cities wherever they find a patch of grass or wide sidewalk. And all this exists along with Bidenflation on the side.
Eagle Forum Joins Sovereignty Coalition, Signs American Sovereignty Declaration

Families, Not the WHO, Have the Right to Make Decisions
On behalf of Eagle Forum, I am pleased to sign the American Sovereignty Declaration and join the Sovereignty Coalition. Eagle Forum was started in 1972 by Phyllis Schlafly, who in addition to being concerned about the traditional pro-family issues, understood the importance of American Sovereignty and independence from international ‘busybodies,’ as she called them.

The Source of Our Freedom Is Our Creator, Not Government
- By Star Parker
It is a unique and special time now because Christians, Jews and Muslims all are engaged in major holidays of religious contemplation and renewal. Christians with Holy Week and Easter, Jews with Passover, and Muslims with Ramadan.
We're talking billions around the world. So, although in our time there has been a retreat in various circles from religion, it still remains a major force and presence in our world.
In our own USA, as I have touched on in columns past, the number identifying with religion and attending religious services has dropped.

LOVES PARK, Ill. -- Courageous pastors, some wearing bulletproof vests, are risking everything to deliver life-saving aid to desperate people living near the frontline of the war in Ukraine.
"Jesus used to go where there was pain, where it was difficult, where people needed him," said armor-wearing Pastor Vlad, as he and church members distributed food and other vital supplies to residents of a heavily shelled town in eastern Ukraine, gunfire echoing around them. "Today, we're going where Jesus would go."

The Basis For the 4.5 billion Year Figure for the Age of the Earth
- By Charles Creager, Jr.
You have probably heard the claim that the earth has been scientifically demonstrated to be 4.5 billion years old. What is often not included in that reference is what that figure is based on. After all the earth does not come with a tag saying made by natural processes 4.5 billion BC. It turns out that the theory behind it is not only completely naturalistic, but it is based on a theory of geology that excludes the Genesis Flood and Biblical Creation. It is based on a very specific model of how the earth came into existence and if that model is wrong, which is the case if the Bible is true, then so is this date. in fact, the original paper sort of admits to it.

What are Soros and the Open Society Foundations up to now?
For the past fifty years, George Soros (1930- ) has been influencing politics, societal norms and has acted to change policy on the world stage. He one of the earliest supporters of the WEF and worked hard to establish the European Union. But who is George Soros and what is he up to now?
Rather than me writing a backgrounder on the man, below is his approved WEF bio together with links to the Open Society Foundation, which is the organization that he founded and has led for the past forty years. Which he has funded to the tune of 18 billion US dollars (so far).
WHO Declares War on Sovereignty: Time to Get Out!
- By Bill Hahn - The New American
As we reported last May, the World Health Organization is trying to amass authority to take control of our country during a “pandemic.”
The New Americanreported last week, “The Biden administration is in the active phase of drafting a legally binding pandemic agreement that would empower the UN’s World Health Organization (WHO) to shape national policies concerning pandemic ‘prevention, preparedness, and response.’”
Hey, Uncle Sam: Stop Paying People for Not Working
- By Stephen Moore
A policy question these days that has befuddled federal lawmakers is why so many millions of people have not returned to the workplace in the post-COVID-19 era. The labor force participation rate among employable adults is near a record low today. There are at least 2 million to 4 million employable adults who could and should be working but aren't.
Very few people with even minimal skills can credibly say they can't find a job. Employers report some 10 million job openings. Small business owners say their biggest problem is finding competent workers.
There are many explanations for why so many people aren't working -- fear of COVID-19, the skills mismatch, more people taking early retirement, and so on. But a major factor is that the federal government is back to doing what it did in the 1970s and 1980s. The welfare state today is paying people not to work -- even a single hour.
Trump Indictment: 'The Only Way You Can Explain This Is Politics'
- By Joy Stockbauer - The Washington Stand
This Thursday, following weeks of rumors swirling about a potential indictment by a New York grand jury, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg led the indictment of former U.S. President Donald Trump. The indictment centers on more than 30 counts related to business fraud over alleged hush money paid to a pornography actress known as Stormy Daniels with the intentions of hiding a prior affair while he campaigned president in 2016.
Conservative thinkers, regardless of their personal support for Trump’s 2024 presidential bid, have widely decried the indictment as being politically motivated, observing that the Manhattan district attorney has a spotty record of pursuing more serious criminals.

The United States and much of Western Civilization generally have been experiencing a perfect storm of economic, social, and political calamities and misery. Is it only a coincidence that this expanding misery and civilizational destruction followed the accumulating confusion of sharp declines in faith, spiritual discernment, respect for truth, and private and public standards of morality? Indeed. it brings to mind the words of Isaiah 5:20: [All verses ESV except as noted.]
