The Trojan Horse Called "Interfaith"
- By Catching Fire News
Shahram Hadian and host Ron Branstner take an in-depth look into the Muslim brotherhood, and the Trojan horse of deception called “interfaith” and “multi-faith.”
They examine the kaleidoscope of organizations intertwined through interfaith/multi-faith dialogue, who disguise themselves as humanitarian.
This deception by the progressive left and the Islamic movement unknowingly ensnares Christians and Jews into ushering in the globalist agenda and their tyrannical one-world government.
Olympic Committee Changes Transgender Guidelines, Still Promotes Transgenders
- By Christian Newswire
MADISON, Wis. -- The International Olympic Committee has revised guidelines presented 13 months ago that said transgender athletes have 'no presumption of advantage'.
After that decision, the IOC received criticism from many, including 4 WINDS USA - Steve McConkey, and the science community for overlooking the physical advantages of transgender athletes.
The new guidelines say testosterone levels alone should not be used, but the specific demands of each individual sport should be considered. They want science and activists to decide what is right for each sport.

What was the star of Bethlehem?
- By Charles Creager, Jr.
It's Christmas time, so in this article, we will look at the star Of Bethlehem. What are some of the theories as to what it was and how well do they fit what the Bible actually describes.
Matthew 2:1-12
1, Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,
2, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
3, When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.
Should Christians Celebrate Christmas
- By Christian Newswire
ORLANDO, Fla. -- The latest episode of the hit podcast, Daniel Kolenda: Off the Record, just dropped, and the subject matter is stirring up provocative conversations among audiences everywhere. In it, he asks, "Should Christians celebrate Christmas?" While the question strikes some as curious (after all, why wouldn't they?), others point to the holiday's pagan influences, borderline worship of commercialism, and historical inaccuracies as reasons enough for true Christ-followers to eschew the celebration. In his candid, casual, and no-holds-barred style, Evangelist Kolenda tackles the topic head-on.
How Do We Get Our Nation Back on Track?
- By Star Parker
Some thoughts about our country as Christmas and the new year approach.
In his Farewell Address to the nation in 1796, America's departing first president, George Washington, observed: "It is substantially true that virtue or morality is a necessary spring to popular government."
And what is the basis upon which we define morality?
Washington answers, "reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle."
The Troll Sagas
- By Mike Scruggs
Introduction
Long before the first waves of human settlers began to make their homes in the peaceful mountain valleys and magnificent fjords of western Norway, it was inhabited by seven tribes of trolls. These trolls were not mere beasts, but intelligent beings highly skilled in many arts and possessing an enviable fund of wisdom. Some of these tribes were extraordinarily advanced in their pursuit of truth, beauty, and virtue—but others were exceedingly wicked. The Norse sagas tell of their survival right through the Viking Age, but then they seem to disappear. But bits and pieces of troll history can be gleaned from many Norse sagas. In addition, new discoveries and work on previously untranslated sagas have greatly enriched our knowledge of trolls. Owing at least partly to these new discoveries, there has been a remarkable increase of public interest in trolls during the last ten years. Many more reports of trolls are now being seen in Norwegian newspapers, but these are usually attributed to too much alcohol. Having studied the matter for many years now, I am not so skeptical. Perhaps we are finally opening our eyes to what was there all along. But I will let the readers decide for themselves. Here is the story of Ketel Flatnose as seen through the eyes of several Norse skalds and the author.
Bluffing Their Way to an Art. V Convention
- By Judi Caler
Part 2: The Best PR Money Can Buy
In Part 1, we saw that ever since 1907, 2/3 or more of the States have had at least one active application on record asking Congress to call a convention under Art. V. And if Congress is hoodwinked into validating all non-rescinded applications by passing H.R.8419 or its 2023 counterpart,[1] Congress will likely trigger the first constitutional convention since 1787.
So why wasn’t Congress deceived into calling a convention 50 or 100 years ago? Perhaps it’s because the PR industry hadn’t come of age yet! To justify a “call,” Congress, whose priority is getting re-elected, would require considerable constituent pressure—or the appearance of such—before casting a vote that would risk our Constitution.
6 Republican Lies Behind the 'Respect for Marriage' Act
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
The recent, lamentable vote over the so-called Respect for Marriage Act revealed a new breed of Republican: The “personally pro-marriage, but” Republican. Like their spiritual forebears, the “personally pro-life, but” Democrats, they strenuously present themselves as people of deep moral conviction, who have equally compelling reasons to lay aside their views and act on other people’s convictions for political reasons. Here are six such explanations offered by Republican senators who supported the Disrespect for Marriage Act, and the reason their rationales fall short.
Has The “Spirit” of Christmas Left Us? Reflections On The America That Once Was
- By W.H. Lamb
Old Ebenezer Scrooge would have loved the ACLU (‘Anti-Christian Liberties Union’) in his really bad days when he was the “Grinch” who hated Christmas. At this time of year, especially, the communist-oriented ACLU is burning the midnight oil in its unceasing struggle to “protect” us from reminders of just Who is “the reason for the season”. Columnist Cal Thomas once quipped, “The ACLU and other groups are performing their annual ritual of keeping the public square (including the ‘public’ schools) clean of any mention of Jesus Christ, unless that mention is intended as a curse word. In such a case, the ACLU will leap to the defense.” It wasn’t always this way in America. Not by a long shot. But the curse of Marxist mischief and leftist gov-think has changed our nation slowly into one wherein the Word of God is only barely tolerated! For how much longer is anyone’s guess.
The Court v. Christianity, the Constitution, and the Culture
- By Eagle Forum
A Flagship Study from the Blackstonian Leadership and Moot Court Team
The ultimate mission of this study is to demonstrate the superiority of the Judeo-Christian (“Blackstonian”) worldview as opposed to the Humanistic worldview. We examine the complex interaction of judicial decisions, Christianity, the Constitution, and the culture. The module reflects the liberal arts, Trivium model; our approach is Biblically-based, culture-confronting, worldview-structured, and multi-disciplinary.
Christmas Is About Sacrifice
- By Oliver North
We look forward to Christmas because it means a break from the normal routine of life that can be stressful. It's a time for families, friends and fellowship. It's festive and, when in the right perspective, joyous.
However, tens of thousands of our soldiers, sailors, airmen, Guardsmen and Marines won't be home for Christmas celebrations. Instead, they will be doing the sacrificial duty of honor, protecting the rest of us and the freedom America offers.
This has been the case for our military from the beginning. After early defeats at the hands of British troops opening the Revolutionary War, Gen. George Washington chose Christmas Day 1776 to surreptitiously cross the frigid Delaware River in hopes of catching the mercenary Hessians off guard. The dangerous, frigid ploy was successful and started turning the tide of the war within the colonial ranks and against their adversaries.
DOJ Charges 2 More Pro-Life Women With FACE Act Violations
- By Mary Margaret Olohan - The Daily Signal
The Justice Department announced Friday it is charging two more pro-life women with violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
Bevelyn Beatty Williams, 31, and Edmee Chavannes, 41, are accused of trying to stop abortions from taking place, thereby violating the FACE Act in what the DOJ described as “a multi-year campaign to interfere with individuals seeking to obtain and provide lawful reproductive health services in New York and in several other states.”
In one instance, according to FBI Assistant Director in Charge of the New York FBI office Michael J. Driscoll, Williams reportedly injured an abortion clinic employee while attempting to block abortions from taking place in the building.
Study Shows NGU's Annual Economic Impact Exceeds $100 Million
- By Billy Cannada - NGU
A new economic study shows North Greenville University is making a total impact of $101,851,206 on the region’s economy in 2022. That impact includes funding of 888 jobs through the institution and its business partners.
The fiscal footprint of the private university, which started in 1892 as a school for children in the Blue Ridge foothills, will generate nearly $14.6 million in tax revenue for the year.
Those findings are part of a 2022 economic impact study completed by Lilly Consulting Group, LLC, in November. The analysis by the Sylva, North Carolina-based firm included multiplied economic impact of five factors: operations expenditures, labor expenditures, student spending, visitor spending, and capital expenditures.
The Southern Invasion
- By Theresa Hubbard, Eagle Forum National Security Issues Chairman
The Biden Administration’s border policy is completely broken, and it appears it has no interest in restoring any type of common-sense law and order. This is nothing short of a dereliction of duty. The Administration and many of our elected leaders, have ignored their constitutional responsibility to protect “We the People,” “ensure domestic tranquility,” and “promote the general welfare” of its citizens. These lawmakers completely disregard our nation’s immigration laws and our safety and security.
Documents Reveal Secret Twitter Portal US Government Used to Censor COVID-19 Content
- By Patricia Tolson - The Epoch Times
New documents reveal how the United States government used a secret Twitter portal to censor COVID-19 content that contradicted the government’s narrative.
In its ongoing probe into Twitter’s censorship practices, America First Legal has obtained a fourth set of documents (pdf) exposing a secret Twitter portal that the Biden administration used to censor social media posts regarding COVID-19 that did not agree with its approved narrative.
Ratio Christi Secures a First Amendment Victory Against University of Nebraska-Lincoln Administration
- By Ratio Christi
LINCOLN, Neb. -- Ratio Christi has once again secured a First Amendment victory against another anti-Christian decision from a university administration who discriminated against the Ratio Christi chapter on the campus of University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
In 2021, the university denied Ratio Christi's request for $1,500 in student activity funding to bring in a former, decades-long UNL philosophy professor, Robert Audi. Audi was to speak on "Is Belief in God Rational Given the Evils of This World? A Christian Philosopher Responds to the Most Popular Argument Against God." This funding request was denied by UNL on the basis that it could not promote "speakers of a political and ideological nature." The institution told Ratio Christi that the student chapter would have to "provide another spokesperson with a different ideological perspective" to counterbalance Dr. Robert Audi's Christian views if the group were to receive funding.
BJU Students Innovate to Improve Global Health Outcomes

Bob Jones University students enrolled in Global Challenges, a class comprised of students from multiple academic programs who identify an issue and create a real-world solution, have developed an inexpensive device to assess malnutrition in vulnerable children in Ghana, West Africa.
According to the United Nations Children’s Fund, Ghanaians experience high rates of malnutrition. This is an acute problem among children under the age of five and can lead to permanently stunted growth and, in some cases, death.

Take a HARD Look, “Politics” Now Equates to Survival
- By Kat Stansell - American Policy Center
This is written for all those Americans who still think that politics is a dirty word, and that it is something for somebody else to fix.
Whatever the reasons that politics turns you off – disgust, disinterest, religion, even just busy lives — I’m not listening, because none is valid. Politics is what runs AND RUINS our lives, like it or not. Get a hold of yourself and your neighbors and turn on the upstairs lights, while we still have the ability to do so, literally and figuratively.
Politics now means survival. You want to live? To enjoy the freedoms we once took for granted? Yeah, me, too.
Don't Be Fooled: Workers Still Share in Rising Productivity
- By Veronique de Rugy
For some time now, legislators have been eager to jack up subsidies for workers, whether it's by raising the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), hiking the minimum wage or simply giving out cash benefits. Indeed, Democrats are hoping to achieve one of those goals -- the EITC expansion -- during the lame-duck session. One argument commonly used to justify these policies is that the link connecting worker productivity to wages has been broken for years. Workers, the argument goes, aren't capturing the gains from their rising productivity.
But common sense tells us to be skeptical that this link is broken. In fact, there are plenty of encouraging facts to report.
Celebrate Elon Musk, but Don't Lose Sight of Big Tech's Structural Problems
- By Josh Hammer
The story of Elon Musk's acquisition, transformation and public rehabilitation of Twitter is nothing short of remarkable. Here is that rarest of confluences: A right-leaning (or at least right-sympathetic) mega-billionaire privately acquires a disproportionately influential public company out of genuine public-spiritedness, perhaps even a hint of noblesse oblige, and an earnest commitment to preserving open discourse in our modern digital public square; exposes grievous previous company wrongs for the whole world to see in a dramatic unveiling of the eponymous "Twitter Files"; and makes decisive personnel decisions to toss out core leaders of the wretched and corrupt old regime, and begins to chart a promising new path forward.

Biden Invites Drag Queen to White House and Dems Move Forward With Liberal Government Funding
- By Tabitha Walter - Eagle Forum
It’s the most wonderful time of the year, especially for Democrats. They are still working through their long wish list of liberal agenda items during the Lame Duck session. The legislation they couldn’t seem to pass before November’s elections are getting a second wind. Even though they present their legislation with a bow, once it’s unwrapped, it’s the gift worse than the proverbial lump of coal.
Despite conservative opposition to the (Dis)Respect for Marriage Act (H.R. 8404), both the House and Senate passed the bill. This measure codifies same-sex marriage with little religious liberty protections. H.R. 8404 passed the Senate by a vote of 61-36 with twelve Republicans voting in favor. The House’s vote of 258-169 included thirty-nine Republicans which was eight less than the House’s original vote on the bill. Eagle Forum scored against both votes and denounced the outcome.

House Bill Would Protect Short-term Rentals in SC
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
S.C. municipalities and counties that ban short-term rentals would face the loss of state aid and property taxes under a House bill filed for the second time since last year.
Contacted this week by The Nerve, Rep. Lee Hewitt, R-Georgetown, who is the bill’s main sponsor, said his proposal has “got the attention of a lot of local governments that have reached out to me.”
“Everybody now is trying to come up with some solutions on how we can make this work … in trying to protect people’s property rights and maybe give the cities and counties some teeth in enforcement,” said Hewitt, the broker-in-charge of sales at Garden City Realty.
Under the Radar, the Detransitioner Movement Is Surging
- By Dan Hart - The Washington Stand
With the explosive phenomenon of gender dysphoria continuing to ripple across America’s youth, a related but much less highlighted trend is simultaneously occurring — a movement almost completely ignored by the mainstream media. New studies are now emerging showing that the “detransitioner” movement is far larger than what is commonly acknowledged, with detransition rates nearing 30% in some instances.
The phenomenon of “gender dysphoria” (the condition of being mentally distressed due to a perceived mismatch between one’s gender identity and one’s biological sex) has seen a colossal increase among children in the United States over the last five years. A recent investigation by Reuters found that a minimum of 121,882 minors in the U.S. between the ages of 6-17 were diagnosed with gender dysphoria between 2017 and 2021, while admitting that this is probably an “undercount.” In 2021 alone, they tallied 42,167 diagnoses, an almost 70% increase from the previous year.
