Remember Pearl Harbor!
- By Bob Dill, Publisher
On December 7, 1941, I was 9-years old. It was Sunday. I was sitting in my father’s 1937 Ford in front of my grandfather’s house listening to the car radio when the Pearl Harbor attack was announced. My grandfather did not own a radio or a car. He was a country preacher, farmer and house painter. A horse, buggy, wagon or sled provided his transportation. At the time, he had 8 daughters and 5 sons living. Four of the sons bad served in the military. The oldest, Alonzo, served in France in World War I, Dan had served a tour in the Navy, Jim had served in the Army in the Pacific and Paul had joined the United States Marines and served in Panama, Nicaragua and Haiti. Joe, the youngest, was in his late teens and living at home.

Happy Thanksgiving!
- By Bob Dill, Publisher
Despite all the lies, deception and fraud taking place around us, most of us have much to be thankful for. It is my desire to use this space for something positive for a change. So here goes.
I have been blessed to live in this constitutional republic during what I believe have been its greatest years. My generation survived the great depression and came out stronger. We saw parents, uncles and neighbors leave for World War II, defeat the tyrants, and return to fuel the greatest economic engine and produce the highest standard of living the world has ever known.

The Cold, Hard Facts of Life
- By Bob Dill, Publisher
Now is the time for all good Americans to face the cold, hard facts of life. We must put aside our naïve idealism and accept the hard cruel truth that we are past the wonderful years when we could “tune out” problems that do not impact us personally. In the not too distant past, with a high degree of confidence, we could assume that all would end well because all always had ended well in our constitutional republic blessed by God and led by patriotic, freedom loving elected officials.
Five years ago Americans willingly voted for change without knowing what change they were voting for. They had been taught a revisionist History and many Americans sincerely believed that it was time for black Americans to have their own president as reparation for mistreatment of their ancestors.

Beware of Prophets Obsessed with Obama
- By Bob Dill, Publisher
In the midst of a war on terror, sometimes referred to as “workplace violence” suddenly we begin hearing stories of non-terrorists terrorizing people. The latest was Miriam Carey, who reportedly was designated the “Prophet of Stamford, Connecticut,” who was said to be obsessed with President Obama and believed he was electronically monitoring her home and communicating with her.
She may have been attempting to visit Obama when she drove 270 miles to the White House with her 18-month old child and crashed through a blockade at the White House. Her actions caused the Secret Service and Police to take suit and finally force her out of her car near the Nation’s Capitol where the unarmed woman was shot and killed. The shooting and death of an unarmed black woman is shrouded in controversy and secrecy. There were allegedly 15 bullet holes in her car. The child was unharmed and there was no report on how many bullets hit the woman. It was reported that she was shot and killed after departing the vehicle.
