Bully – a person who habitually seeks to harm or intimidate those whom they perceive as vulnerable.

Terrorist – a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.

Unlawful – not conforming to, permitted by, or recognized by law or rules.

Conforming – comply with rules, standards, or laws.

Violence – strength of emotion or an unpleasant or destructive natural force.

Intimidation – the action of intimidating someone, or the state of being intimidated.

Intimidating – having a frightening, overawing, or threatening effect.
