I’ve been hanging around this old world for a pretty good while and I’ve observed much and commented on a bit. People sometimes tell me that I need to be more patient about things, but I guess that’s just a part of who I am. I was even impatient about being born and got here two months early. I was pretty small when I arrived… they tell me I could have fit in a coffee pot… and our coffee pot was not very big. But I made it over the hump and there’s one thing I’m not impatient about – and that’s leaving.

When I was young I used to hear
Of John Paul Jones and Paul Revere,
And the sad and solemn tale
Of liberty and Nathan Hale.
Across Kentuck with Boone I went,
And with Crockett to Alamo's great event.
Back then the stories still were told
Of chivalrous knights, daring, bold,
Who, with Arthur at the helm,
From Camelot fashioned England's realm.

You may feel within your heart
That no one can against you stand.

I hope the above title will catch your interest sufficiently to have you read the opening paragraph at least. Doing a little research and checking an on-line textbook of U. S. History, I found very little about the Father of Our Country, George Washington. Using this textbook you might find out where he was and what he was doing at certain times but you would learn nothing about the man himself.
