US and China: Collision or Cooperation?
- By Pat Buchanan
In a surprise announcement at the Glasgow summit, U.S. climate czar John Kerry and his Chinese counterpart declared that their two countries have pledged to work together to slow global warming.
Yet, the arrival a day earlier in Taiwan of a U.S. Navy plane from Clark Air Base in the Philippines, carrying a U.S. congressional delegation, set off a different reaction from Beijing:
"The Chinese People's Liberation Army will ... take all necessary measures to resolutely smash any interference by external forces and 'Taiwan independence' separatist plots."
The incidents touch on one of the great questions of our time.
Public Education: Factories Producing Compliant Global Village Idiots
- By Tom DeWeese
As innocent children come into the world, their minds are a clean slate, ready to listen, absorb and learn. They trust and follow those that have been assigned the task of leading them to knowledge. For decades, that same innocent trust has been accepted by the parents to feel confident that the American education system is designed to teach basic academic knowledge to their children, while it’s up to the parents to provide love, family values, and moral integrity.
And so, every day, from early in the morning until supper time, these precious children head off to exciting days in the classroom, to learn how to read and write; to be inspired by historical events, and be prepared to make the independent choices they will face in their adult lives.
RNC: We've Got a Ticket to Pride
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
The Left must go to bed most nights thanking its lucky stars for the Republican Party. If it weren't for some misguided GOP leaders, the Democratic Party would probably be well on its way to irrelevance in 2022. But instead of watching the other side pack its bags for the minority after last Tuesday's drubbing, Republicans have decided to leave the door open a crack -- first by voting for another $1.2 trillion dollars in unnecessary spending, and now by throwing out the welcome mat to the one cause (apart from CRT) that's swung parents to the GOP's side: LGBT radicalism.
NGU to Prepare HR Leaders for SHRM Certification
- By LaVerne Howell - NGU
North Greenville University’s (NGU) T. Walter Brashier Graduate School in Greer will host a professional development seminar titled “The Process” on Thursday, Nov. 18, at its Greer Campus at 405 Lancaster Avenue. The seminar will share information about the process of earning the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
Earning the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a great way to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in human resources. It is an investment leading to better opportunities and earnings potential. The SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams are based on the SHRM Body of HR Competencies and Knowledge (BoCK) and its two major aspects of modern HR practice.
Truth & Liberty Coalition Livecast: Liberty Counsel's Staver Offers Update on Vaccine Mandate Lawsuits Nov. 22
- By Christian Newswire
WOODLAND PARK, Colo. -- Last week, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) issued an emergency rule related to Joe Biden's vaccine mandate that would affect every business in America with more than 100 employees.
Under the new rule, beginning Jan. 4, employers are required to ensure their workers are vaccinated against COVID or they could face fines of $14,000 for each infraction. Up to 84 million American workers may have to submit to the mandate or face termination despite moral, health or other objections.

56 Counties Admit Images Not Available Despite Federal, State Retention Laws
ATLANTA, Nov. 10, 2021 /Christian Newswire/ -- VoterGA announced at its press conference on Nov. 9 that 74 Georgia counties have been unable to produce all the original ballot images from the November 2020 election, according to the ballot image analysis team. The team obtained admissions from 56 counties that most or all of the images created automatically by the Dominion voting system for results tabulation have been destroyed. VoterGA volunteers made the determinations by submitting Open Records Requests (ORR) for the images to each county.

The foundation, which was given $100 million from Elon Musk’s Musk Foundation, received 195 university-affiliated proposals from around the globe. The BJU team secured the maximum $100,000 grant for their entry. The goal of the competition is to create scalable carbon extraction technologies.
“We are proud of how our students and faculty diligently collaborated for months to produce this innovative proposal,” said BJU President Steve Pettit. “Winning an XPRIZE award underscores the quality of our science education and will give our students a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on a truly innovative project with the potential to positively impact the world.”
Our Children Are Not Chattel
- By Michelle Malkin
COLORADO SPRINGS -- They admitted it. Now they think they can get away with it.
Three weeks ago, I reported to you on the appalling case of sixth grade student Rylee M., who was pressured by teachers at Chinook Trail Middle School to seal her mask to her face with thick blue painter's tape. Another schoolmate came forward to describe how those teachers would patrol their classrooms for violators while twirling the tape rolls around their wrists.
The Political Center Is Gone
- By Star Parker
In a new USA Today/Suffolk University poll, President Joe Biden's approval is down to 38%. Which looks pretty good compared to Vice President Kamala Harris, whose approval now stands at 28%.
Democrats have just been reprimanded by voters, with the upset victory of Republican candidate and political novice Glenn Youngkin in the governor's race in Virginia, an almost upset victory in New Jersey by Republican gubernatorial candidate Jack Ciattarelli, who came within 2% of the vote of winning, and revolts in school board elections nationwide, pushing back against critical race theory and COVID-19 government interventions.

Lacking Infrastructural Integrity
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
It was shaping up to be one of Joe Biden's worst weeks yet. Humiliated in Virginia and nearly so in New Jersey, Democrats woke up Wednesday morning reeling from rejection. Then came the news that the president's approval rating had collapsed (with a good share of his own voters saying he's done a "worse job" than expected and another two-thirds hoping he doesn't run again). By all rights, Biden's radical agenda was done -- kaput. Until late Friday night, when -- for reasons no one can fathom -- 13 Republicans decided to give the sinking party a life raft.
To most people watching the evening unfold, it was baffling. After finally putting the Left on the run, more than a dozen Republicans seemed determined to give the desperate president a victory by saving his radical agenda. Just when it seemed that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was on the verge of a stinging setback, the GOP came to her rescue -- voting in favor of another bill America can't afford: Biden's $1.2 trillion dollar infrastructure bill.

There They Go Again with the 'Tax the Rich' Ruse
- By Stephen Moore
Be honest. Does anyone really believe that any of these new schemes that President Joe Biden conjures up every few days to "tax the rich" will cause Bill Gates, Elon Musk or Warren Buffett to pay more taxes?
It's clear why the superrich are a tempting target to, as Biden puts it, "pay their fair share." We have billionaires with almost unfathomable riches. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a Massachusetts Democrat, calls their wealth "obscene."
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has attained a wealth that exceeds some countries. Amazon's stock is now worth close to $1 trillion. He owns perhaps 15% of the stock, which would mean his net worth is somewhere near $150 billion. But as he has correctly pointed out, it also means that he has collectively created some $850 billion of wealth for all of the millions of people who own Amazon stock -- which is probably close to one-third of all Americans.
Stop Biden's Confirmation of Radical Communist Saule Omarova for Currency Comptroller!
- By The John Birch Society
Joe Biden has nominated communist Saule Omarova to a key federal position. The Senate must reject this radical and dangerous nomination!
In September 2021, Biden nominated Saule Omarova to be Comptroller of the Currency, an important position in the Treasury Department that regulates and overseas U.S. banks. The White House formalized her nomination on November 2.
Omarova, who hails from the former USSR, is an unrepentant communist who continues to promote a Marxist-Leninist agenda. Her nomination reveals a lot about the Biden administration’s agenda and, if confirmed, that of the Senate Democrat majority.
Did Glasgow Deliver 'Blah, Blah, Blah'?
- By Pat Buchanan
At the end of the first week of the Glasgow climate summit, 100,000 protesters marched to denounce the attendees as phonies who will never honor their commitments to curb carbon emissions.
Despite pledges by 100 nations to reduce methane emissions by 30% by 2030, and by 20 nations, including the U.S., to end financing of new international fossil-fuel power plants, teenage climate superstar activist Greta Thunberg says the COP26 summit is a con:
"Two weeks of business as usual, blah, blah, blah!"
'Frontline' Pastors 'Risk Everything' to Aid Orphans, Widows, War-Torn Families

Slavic Gospel Association aims to rush urgent winter relief to 1,300 pastors in Russia, former Soviet Union
LOVES PARK, Ill. -- A U.S. organization is aiming to help 1,300 "frontline pastors" and ministry workers in Russia and the former Soviet Union this winter who, it says, are "risking everything" to aid orphans, widows, and suffering families.
During the pandemic, local pastors across Russia and the former Soviet Union have trekked hundreds of miles on foot -- often in remote areas and brutal weather -- to deliver food, medicines, and Bibles door-to-door, and "share God's love," says Slavic Gospel Association (SGA, www.sga.org).

Biden Inflation and Economic Chaos
- By Mike Scruggs
Grim Numbers in the Battle for American Freedom
The U.S GDP was $22.7 trillion at the end of September 2021, and the U.S. Federal Debt was $28.4 trillion. This gives an extremely dangerous ratio of debt over GDP of 125 percent. Godman Sachs estimates 2022 GDP to grow 4.0 percent to $23.6 trillion. The Biden Administration estimates a 2022 Budget deficit of $1.5 trillion. This is probably far below the actual figure given recent analysis by the University of Pennsylvania-Wharton Business School, but would increase U.S. debt to at least $29.9 trillion, a ratio of at least 127 percent. My own estimate justified by Wharton statistics is that the 2022 Budget deficit will be closer to $2.0 trillion and raise Federal Debt to $30.4 trillion or 129 percent of GDP, and considering an amnesty is included in the legislation, may be quite conservative. Amnesties are budget-busters and usually far larger and more expensive than anticipated.
Raises Continue to Flow to Well-paid House, Senate Staffers
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
Another year, another round of raises for higher-paid S.C. House and Senate staffers.
The Nerve’s review of chamber records provided under the state Freedom of Information Act show that over the past year, 76 House staffers making at least $50,000 received raises ranging from $1,602 to $34,857. The median increase, which represents the midway point on the salary list, was $4,713.
The pay hikes ranged from 3% to nearly 53%, with 34 employees getting raises of more than 7%.
How Much Longer Can America Survive A “Woke” Christian Church That Has Become A Modern “Tower Of Babel”?
- By W.H. Lamb
The "Tower of Babel" - A Ziggurat built during biblical times in what is now Iraq.
“(1) Now the whole world had one language (after the flood of Noah’s time—WHL) and a common speech. (2) As people moved eastward (from the Mountains--a mountain ‘range’, NOT one mountain--WHL) of Ararat they found a plain in Shinar (in Babylonia, present-day Iraq—WHL) and settled there. (3) They said to each other, ‘Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly’. They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. (4) Then they said, ‘Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves and not be scattered over the face of the whole earth’. (5) But the LORD came down to see the city and the tower (called The Tower of Babel-WHL) that the men were building. (6) The LORD said, ‘If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. (7) Come, let us (i.e. The Triune God-WHL) go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other’. (8) So the LORD scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city (for they had disobeyed God’s command to ‘be fruitful and multiply and replenish the whole earth to the extent they were able at that time—rather than all of them staying on the ‘Plain of Shinar’, which they had done-WHL). (9) That is why it was called Babel (in Hebrew the word means ‘confused’-WHL)—because there the LORD scattered them over the face of the whole earth.”
Cancel Culture: Reinventing Government
- By Kathleen Marquardt - American Policy Center
Most people who are awake and aware know about Agenda 21/Sustainable Development, what it is and how it became the law of the land without ever having been voted on by either the people or their “representative” governmental officials in Congress. And many even know that Agenda 21 has made its way into even the smallest government offices of America, through using the President’s Council on Sustainable Development to “buy” local and state politicians with grant moneys that have titanium strings.
Tailoring Suits to Stop Biden
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
It's a good thing the White House doesn't handle 911 calls -- it might take two months to get a response! That's the irony behind the administration's vaccine mandate. The president used his "emergency" powers to write the rules and then was in absolutely no hurry to release them -- or, as we've learned by his January 4th deadline -- put them into effect! If COVID is that urgent, Joe Biden has sure taken his sweet time showing it. But then, that's one of the most outrageous part of this whole process. The virus is no longer the emergency -- the attacks it enables on our freedoms are.

Support H.R. 3860 to End Tyrannical Military Vaccine Mandate
- By The John Birch Society
URGENT: The Air Force is the first branch to implement President Biden’s tyrannical vaccine mandate. Active duty members must have their first shot by TODAY, November 2, 2021! About 12,000 servicemembers have declined to be injected by the shot, and many thousands more got it against their will. Meanwhile, 40 Air Force recruits have already been ejected for declining the shot. The Navy and Marines implement their mandates on November 28, while the Army does it on December 15. Tell your U.S. representative and senators to reject these tyrannical decrees!
2021 Elections: Americans Wake Up to Scary Realities of Progressive Agenda
- By Richard Harris, Executive Director of the Truth & Liberty Coalition
Recent election results from across the nation shocked leftists and the liberal media, as Americans rejected the radical progressive agenda of modern Democrats.
Since Joe Biden's controversial win in 2020, the country has witnessed an onslaught of leftist, ideologically driven policies. Biden threatened to pack the Supreme Court with liberal justices. He surrendered to (and left behind $85 billion in military equipment for) the murderous Taliban in Afghanistan. He opened our borders and welcomed a million unvetted migrants with no regard to the rule of law, safety, violent crime, or COVID. He has attempted to purge the U.S. military of service members with conservative views and is forcing businesses to fire employees who refuse to be vaccinated or submit to weekly COVID tests.
Lawmakers Trying to Shift Focus Away from Gas-tax-hike Woes?
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
As a special legislative panel considers a yet-to-be-revealed road funding proposal, the state Department of Transportation continues to plod along in fixing South Carolina’s bad roads and bridges while sitting on a massive reserve created with the 2017 gas-tax-hike law.
Recently released DOT records show that through September, a special fund created with the law had a cash balance of $895.1 million, which represented more than 42% of the $2.1 billion in revenues collected since the law took effect on July 1, 2017.
Ways without Means: House Moves to Spend Big
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
Most politicians would have seen Tuesday's election drubbing as a reason to step back and reevaluate. Not these Democrats. After the shellacking her party took, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) doesn't seem a bit admonished about her agenda. On the contrary, she seems downright adamant about it. While her strategists panic, Democratic leaders are moving full steam ahead on a multi-trillion dollar plan that voters in even blue states just rejected. Maybe Pelosi wants to end her career "shoveling as much money out the door as possible," NRO speculates, but it's baffling why "scores of House Democrats... would elect to follow her off the cliff."
