Joe Biden won't talk to the press -- and he won't let his administration either! In news that ought to incense the American public, the president has ordered a media blackout on anything having to do with the immigration crisis. Everyone from border patrol to sector chiefs have been told to "deny all access" to the press, no matter how friendly they may be. That means no interviews, no photos, no facilities tours or ride-alongs without the White House's express permission. Just how desperate is the situation on the border? Enough to risk an administration-wide cover-up, it seems.

Washington’s Attempt to Take the Woman out of Women!
- By Eagle Forum
Legislative Session Out of Touch with Reality
This week would be better labeled, “Washington’s Dump on Women.” From the passage of a resolution removing the Equal Rights Amendment’s ratification deadline to the passage of the Violence Against Women Act, and a hearing on the Equality Act, it’s clear the Democrats are out of touch with women. What all four of these measures have in common are sexual orientation and gender identity.
The Truth Nobody Tells About Our Voting Rules
- By Neil Patel
There aren't a lot of people who tell the truth about voting rules. As the Senate takes up the bill the House just passed to drastically amend the rules that govern our elections, it seems like a good time to step back and examine what's really going on. For some reason, the truth is missing from almost all the reporting, both in the liberal press and in conservative media.
Both Republicans and Democrats approach debates over the rules and systems for our elections with the same fundamental belief: Making voting easy helps Democrats, and making voting harder helps Republicans.
Do We Not Have Enough Enemies?
- By Pat Buchanan
Asked bluntly by ABC's George Stephanopoulos if he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin is "a killer," Joe Biden answered, "Uh, I do."
Biden added that he once told Putin to his face that he had "no soul."
Biden also indicated that new sanctions would be imposed on Russia for the poisoning of dissident Alexei Navalny and for meddling in the 2020 U.S. election to allegedly help Donald Trump. Russia also faces U.S. sanctions for building the Nord Stream 2 pipeline under the Baltic to deliver natural gas to Germany.
The Border Crisis May Be Coming to Your Kids' School
- By Betsy McCaughey
The Biden administration is scrambling to shelter thousands of unaccompanied minors crossing the southern border from Central America. The media are declaring the crush at the border a "crisis."
Truth is, this crisis could be heading to your school district. If your kids are in public school or you pay school taxes, you need to know the facts.
The media show photos of young migrant children. Don't fall for that. Three-quarters of these unaccompanied minors are young men ages 15 to 17. Think tattoos, not teddy bears.
Catholic Bishops' Agency Admits to Deceptive Funding Scheme, Breaking Own Grant Rules
- By Christian Newswire
PARTLOW, Va. -- The Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD), the official domestic anti-poverty agency of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) admitted that the $50,000 grant listed as going to the Workers Defense Project (WDP) actually went to an entirely different coalition not listed on the CCHD grants recipient list according to a new report published by the Lepanto Institute: www.lepantoin.org/catholic-bishops-agency-admits-to-deceptive-funding-scheme-breaking-own-grant-rules/
The 'Anti-Semitism' Smear
- By Michelle Malkin
Everything you need to know about the fair-weather "friends" of the First Amendment can be found by examining the phonies on the left and right who hurl reckless charges of "anti-Semitism" to stigmatize and silence their political foes.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, viciously employed this odious tactic last week against the free speech platform, Gab.com, and its 4 million users. Flanked by two GOP state legislators sponsoring a bill to support a state-supported Holocaust and genocide commission, he declared, "Anti-Semitic platforms like Gab have no place in Texas and certainly do not represent Texas values."
Taxpayer Tab for Leatherman Terminal Projects Could Grow Much Bigger
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
A new Port of Charleston terminal – named after powerful S.C. Sen. Hugh Leatherman – already comes with a related, massive state taxpayer bill that could skyrocket under a new proposal pushed by the longtime lawmaker.
The “Hugh K. Leatherman Terminal,” a state Ports Authority facility in North Charleston that is scheduled to open next month, is linked to:
- The deepening of the Charleston Harbor from 45 feet to 52 feet to accommodate expected larger ships with the completed expansion of the Panama Canal;
- A newly open road designed to provide truck drivers a direct connection between the terminal and Interstate 26; and
- A proposed rail yard that will allow cargo to be transported to and from the terminal by CSX and Norfolk Southern trains.
Hyde Amendment, Yes. Shalanda Young, No
- By Star Parker
The Office of Management and Budget is the largest office in the executive branch of the federal government.
First and foremost, the OMB prepares the federal budget proposal that the president sends up to Congress. Given we're talking about the allocation of spending for almost $5 trillion of taxpayer funds, this is no small task.
President Biden accepted the withdrawal of his initial nominee for director of this substantial enterprise, Neera Tanden, when the numerous members of Congress she has personally attacked and disparaged over the years via her Twitter account expressed their displeasure.
Guest Artist Stephen Eager to Bring Story of John Newton to NGU stage
- By LaVerne Howell - NGU
Stephen Eager, actor, and singer, will present Out of the Depths: The Story and Hymns of John Newton on Friday, March 19, at 7 p.m. in Turner Chapel on the North Greenville University (NGU) Tigerville Campus.
The program is based on John Newton's best-selling autobiography, "Out of the Depths" written in 1764. For Newton, one of Christendom's greatest hymn writers and writer of "Amazing Grace," God's matchless grace was intensely personal. Saved from a life of slave trading, John Newton was fully aware of the "depths from which he was pulled."

Biden Pentagon Deploys Weaponized PR
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
America's biggest threat isn't China or North Korea. It isn't even Iran. According to this commander-in-chief, it's a 51-year-old talk show host who isn't afraid to call out this administration's absurd military priorities. Tucker Carlson probably had no idea how powerful he was until last week, when the Defense Department dropped everything it was doing to train its rhetorical guns on the Fox News commentator. When Tucker questioned this Pentagon's push for identity politics, he didn't just hit a nerve. He started a war -- the only kind, it seems, that this White House cares about.
Defender of Our Constitution: Rep. Lauren Boebert
- By Eagle Forum
This week, the House is continuing their attack on women by attempting passage of a resolution on the Equal Rights Amendment and a reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act. If ratified or enacted, these bills would be used to further sexual orientation and gender identity—an ideology that severely harms women.

Who and What Killed George Floyd?
- By Pat Buchanan
Friday, as the jury was being empaneled for the trial of fired police officer Derek Chauvin, the Minneapolis City Council voted 13-0 to approve a record $27 million civil settlement with the family of George Floyd over his death in police custody.
The jury will not likely miss this message sent by the city fathers:
I.e., an atrocity was perpetrated by our police, and we are admitting our responsibility and doing our duty by offering these reparations for Floyd's cruel and unjustified death and the suffering visited on his family.

Wade Hampton: Tyger River Roots – Part 2
- By Bob Dill - Publisher of The Times Examiner
General Wade Hampton III led the Second American Revolution in South Carolina in 1876, one hundred years after the first American Revolution in which his grandfather participated. The first Wade Hampton grew up on the Tyger River in what is now Spartanburg County, just east of Greer, across the river from the current Tab’s Flea Market.
A unique stone monument with engraved granite marker stands beside Wade Hampton Boulevard near where the Hampton family carved out a farm in the wilderness and began to make their mark on South Carolina and American History. The monument was erected by the Stonewall Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy in 1933.
The Biden Regime’s War against Texas
- By Mike Scruggs
Texas Governor’s Operation Lone Star Strikes Back
Texas is the second largest U.S. state in both area and population and has long been a bulwark of conservative and constitutional resistance against growing socialist and cultural Marxist ideology and power in Washington. The Biden Regime’s deliberate and massive open border crisis is aimed at destroying Texas and rebuilding it on the socialist, cultural Marxist model. The Federal Government is constitutionally responsible for immigration policy but under the new regime, it is fueling chaos rather than securing the border and assuring the economic welfare and public safety of the people of Texas. The Biden regime’s immigration policies are blatantly unethical and seriously violate the U.S. Constitution. Biden’s actions do not fit any model of common sense. In fact, they violate every principle of honor and threaten the survival of Texas and other states. They cannot be tolerated by Texas or any other state. On March 6, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) launched Operation Lone Star, integrating the DPS and Texas National Guard to combat smuggling people and drugs into Texas.
When A Deed Is Done For Freedom
- By W.H. Lamb
James Lowell (1819-1891) opened his epic 1844 poem, “The Present Crisis,” with lines #1 and #2:
“When a deed is done for Freedom, through the broad earth’s aching
breast, Runs a thrill of joy prophetic, trembling on from east to west.”
People throughout the world may have a different perception of “freedom” -- i.e. what it means to them – how they define it. The Oxford Dictionary includes what I consider to be several pertinent definitions:
- The power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants;
- The absence of subjection to foreign domination or despotic government;
- The power of self-determination attributed to the will; the quality of being independent of fate or necessity.
Lawmakers Seek to Regain Control Over Who Heads County VA Offices
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
Two years ago, lawmakers created the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, a stand-alone state agency aimed at helping to provide services to the thousands of veterans in South Carolina.
With the creation of the new agency, county legislative delegations lost their sole power to fire the county veterans’ affairs officer (CVAO) in their respective counties. That decision now has to be made jointly by a majority of that county’s Senate delegation members, a majority of the House delegation members, and the director – called the secretary – of the S.C. Department of Veterans’ Affairs (SCDVA).
Stop Spending Our Tax Dollars on Lazy Bums, Illegals and Killers!
- By Frank Raddish - Founder/Director Capitol Hill Independent Baptist Ministries
America needs to see red, white, and blue pro-American rallies across our great land to combat the surge of Communism in this country. If they do not like this, then we will gladly buy them a one-way ticket to a Communist paradise in Russia, China, North Korea, or Iran. This way they can bask in the sun while working in Communist slave labor camps, and enjoy being brainwashed in reeducation centers. The American people are being chained with the threat of the fear of reprisals if they dare speak out publicly in protest against the politically correct Marxist agenda.

Former Navy Chaplin Shares His Horrific and Abusive Experience on the hands of FBI
- By Patty McMurray - Gateway Pundit
100 Percent Fed Up – Pressley Stutts proudly served in the United States Navy as a chaplain for 30 years. He’s retired from the military now and is a small business owner in South Carolina. When he’s not working, Pressley, who is a true patriot, is busy volunteering in some capacity to save our Republic. On January 6, 2021, an estimated one million Americans made their way to Washington DC for a peaceful protest against what a majority of Americans believe was a stolen election. Pressley was one of those amazing patriots who braved the cold and hostile conditions put in place by DC’s mayor, including shuttered restaurants, stores, bars and even closed public restrooms in our nation’s Capitol building, as they stood up for election integrity in America.
Biden's Fireside Splat
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
Joe Biden avoided talking to the American people longer than any president in the last 100 years. And when he finally did, it wasn't exactly worth waiting for. If you didn't watch the 23 minutes of this White House's revisionist history on the virus, count yourself lucky. It was an exercise in the dismal, partisan, hopeless rhetoric this administration was supposed to rise above. After more than 50 days of silence, all Joe Biden proved by coming out of the White House basement is that he's a sore and ungracious winner, who isn't above taking credit for the vaccine successes he inherited.

SALTY Sez – Scary Times
- By Ray Simmons
If things are going like I think they are going life for Christians is going to get pretty rough on this old globe. They will end up bad for non-Christians who think they can handle God’s universe better than He does. I would like to ask a question: you don’t think that watch on your wrist just collected all its parts and made itself do you? Then why think the universe collected its elements and built itself, putting the earth in exactly the place it has to be for life to survive? There had to be outside intelligence employed for the watch to be made and for the universe to form. Man has the intelligence and the ability to make the watch.
House Defying Rights of Women in favor of SOGI
- By Eagle Forum
The House Democrats’ aggressive legislative and political agenda is rearing its ugly head again. Last year the House passed a resolution removing the seven-year ratification deadline from the Equal Rights Amendment, instead of the proper process of ratification from the beginning. With their new majorities in the House and Senate, they are doubling down on their efforts to “ratify” the ERA by jamming the resolution through the Lower Chamber yet again.
