The Annual Veterans Day Program was held in the Wade Hampton High School Auditorium, Wednesday, Nov. 11th.

The program was conducted by the Air Force JROTC Cadets.

Cadet/Lt. Col. Isaac Beam was Master of Ceremonies.

The Colors were presented by the AFJROTC Color Guard.

A solemn flag-folding ceremony was presented by the AFJROTC Cadets as the US Flag was folded in the shape of a triangle, the reason behind each fold was read to the audience. This is the same ceremony that is conducted with the Flag that is draped over the casket of a deceased veteran.

Two veterans were recognized by the AFJROTC Cadets, on this Veterans Day.

WWII Veteran S/Sgt. William Sperry, USMC, and Capt. Lorraine Holeman, Wade Hampton High School Faculty member and West Point graduate.
