Complaint Seeks Emergency Suspension of Texas Abortionist's Medical License After He Confessed to Breaking the Texas Heartbeat Act
- By Operation Rescue
Texas abortionist Alan Braid has confessed to the illegal killing of a baby protected by the Texas Heartbeat Act.
WICHITA, Kans. -- Texas abortionist Alan Braid penned a public opinion article that was published in the Washington Post over the weekend in which he admitted to having committed an illegal first trimester abortion on a woman who was "beyond" the limits in the new Texas Heartbeat Act, which prohibits abortions after the heartbeat of the baby in the womb can be detected, which is usually around six weeks gestation.
"Because Braid publicly admitted guilt in violating Texas law by killing a baby whose life was protected by that duly enacted law, Operation Rescue has filed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board seeking an immediate emergency suspension of Braid's Texas medical license," said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. "The emergency suspension is necessary to prevent him from further illegal conduct and to ensure the protection of innocent lives."

President's Prison Rule Cells out Women
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
Joe Biden may be headed for the beach, but don't expect it to be a vacation from his problems. When the president got on the plane this afternoon, the White House was frantically trying to clean up another mess of Biden's making -- this time on the southern border. In Del Rio, Texas, where more than 10,000 migrants are wading in the water on the U.S.-Mexico border, the president's team can't stop the flood of shocking images. It's just one more snapshot in his photo album of failures.

America Celebrated 234th Constitution Day
- By Liberty Counsel
WASHINGTON -- Today Americans celebrate the day the Founding Fathers signed the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787.
Constitution Day, once known as Citizenship Day, commemorates the U.S. Constitution. On September 17th in 1787, the delegates to the Constitutional Convention met for the last time to sign the document they had created. The original states, except Rhode Island, collectively appointed 70 individuals to the Constitutional Convention. In all, 55 delegates attended the Constitutional Convention sessions, but only 39 actually signed or were able to sign the Constitution. The delegates ranged in age from Jonathan Dayton, 26, to Benjamin Franklin, 81, who had to be carried to sessions in a sedan chair.
