Lunar Recession and the Age of the Earth Part 4
- By Charles Creager, Jr.
Evolutionists, being ever desperate to save their old earth models from this problem caused by the laws of physics, have posed some solutions. In this part, we will look at a particular solution that has been proposed illustrating why it really does not fix the problem.
This proposed solution claims that continental location affects tidal drag. While this is true since the closer the Moon the stronger its pull on the Earth the rate of change tends to get very large. The result is that to save the old Earth model it becomes necessary to virtually eliminate the effect of the continents.

Hutchinson the Latest Presidential Hopeful to Visit Greenville
- By Terry M. Thacker
Every year South Carolina has a deer season, turkey season, duck season, rabbit season and even a bear season. However, every four years the Palmetto State finds itself in the middle of a different kind of season – presidential candidate season.
Republican presidential candidates make a beeline to this state at this time of year because of South Carolina's important early presidential preference primary, which will take place next February.
Presidential campaigns can either gain momentum after February, depending upon their showing in that primary, or they can start to fizzle. No serious presidential candidate can afford to bypass visiting fellow Republicans here.
Looming Civil War in France
- By Mike Scruggs
The Fruits of Liberal Immigration Policy
France has frequently been the scene of burning cars, burning buildings, violent riots, and murderous attacks on individuals and crowds in the last two decades. Many suburbs of Paris have become lawless “no-go” zones even for police. Many are subject to the “alternative laws” of drug kingpins and Muslim imams. As in many other European countries, this has been closely associated with excessive and uncontrolled immigration. In many Western European countries and the United States and Canada, insane unvetted immigration has become a sacred cow, which cannot be challenged without the wrath of deranged social justice proctors in academia, the media, and government. Moreover, the politics of the countries afflicted with such social mayhem begin to change with the influence of the new largely unassimilated immigrant voters, making corrective immigration reform more and more difficult until reform is impossible and utter chaos or revolutionary government destroys freedom, security, and any traditional and rational sense of right and wrong.

VoterGA Tells Secretary of State Raffensperger: Unseal All Ballots or Unplug System
- By VoterGA
ATLANTA -- VoterGA announced today that it is calling on Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to unplug the Dominion voting system found by expert witness, Dr. Alex Halderman, to have grossly inadequate security controls. VoterGA co-founder, Garland Favorito, released a detailed statement to explain the problem and solutions:
"The recently unsealed Halderman Security Analysis explains that the Dominion voting system was not designed, engineered or tested with the necessary security provisions and cannot be retrofitted to satisfactorily include them. We, at VoterGA, have whole-heartedly promoted similar viewpoints for years.
"Secretary Raffensperger has misled legislators and county election officials by touting an unsigned Mitre report that was funded by Dominion and produced without access to the voting system. It has been discredited by 29 cyber security experts and computer science professors on grounds that the entire report is based on a 'ridiculous' false assumption that all current physical access controls cannot be compromised.
Supreme Court Ends the Last Vestige of 'Systemic Racism' in America
- By Josh Hammer
The U.S. Supreme Court issued the greatest majority opinion ever written by Chief Justice John G. Roberts. That one-time Obamacare savior, who in 2012 rewrote the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate as a "tax" in order to salvage President Barack Obama's signature domestic policy, this time penned a landmark ruling abolishing something the Left has been clamoring to abolish ever since the 2020 death of George Floyd and the subsequent "Great Awokening" that rocked the republic: "systemic racism" in America.
Lunar Recession and the Age of the Earth Part 6
- By Charles Creager, Jr.
The Giant Collision Hypothesis of the origin of the Moon proposes that the Moon formed as a result of a collision between the Earth and a Mars-size body referred to as Theia. This is the latest in a long line of theories and it will probably be taught in schools as fact only to be replaced in a few decades by a new theory that will be taught as fact. One evolutionist illustrated the difficulty they have in explaining the Moon by purely natural means by jokingly saying that the best explanation for the Moon is “observational error.”
HHS Takes LGBT Agenda on 'Offense'
- By S.A. McCarthy - The Washington Stand
Biden’s Health Department is being weaponized to promote homosexuality and the transgender agenda. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra launched the department’s “Pride Summit” on Monday, stressing the importance of normalizing the LGBT agenda. He quipped, “Supporting the LGBTQI+ community is a top priority for me and HHS. Equity runs at the heart of every initiative we take on here.”
Numerous Biden administration officials participated in the event, including White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who identifies as a lesbian, and HHS Assistant Secretary Rachel Levine, a biological man who identifies as a woman. Several other non-governmental LGBT activists were present too, including American Civil Liberties Union “Trans Justice Strategist” Arli Christian and Casey Pick, director of Law and Policy for the Trevor Project, which has hosted sexually explicit online chatrooms for children and teens.
Report: 7 Reasons to Boycott Indiana Jones #5
- By Christian Newswire
BEAVERTON, Ore., -- Researcher, Jason Williams, produced a report detailing 7 reasons to Boycott Disney's latest film, "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" that can be found at Oregon Faith Report.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny has been singled out for containing many of the things people hate most about modern Hollywood wrapped up into a single film.
Since the film cost nearly $400 million to produce, among the most expensive films ever produced, audience response will be even more important.

Civilizations Clash -- in Ukraine and at Home
- By Daniel McCarthy
Samuel Huntington got Ukraine wrong.
That's what a casual reader of "The Clash of Civilizations?" -- published in Foreign Affairs 30 years ago this summer -- might think.
Huntington was at the peak of his career as a political science professor and director of the John M. Olin Institute for Strategic Studies at Harvard University when he wrote "the fault lines between civilizations will be the battle lines of the future."
A Russian Coup is Neocon Fantasy
- By Winston McCuen - South Carolina
Media reactions to the recent "Wagner coup" highlights how all of us tend to believe what we want to believe, regardless of objective reality and actual conditions. Fallen humanity tends, in its thinking, toward the emotive fallacy, which says: "I want X to be true, therefore X is true."

Supreme Court Issues Landmark Religious Liberty Ruling
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
The government cannot force Christians to create websites or engage in other speech-related business activities that violate their faith, the Supreme Court ruled in a landmark decision extending constitutional protections to believers in the workplace.
The case pits the government of the state of Colorado against Lorie Smith, a Christian graphic artist and web designer who felt called by God to begin providing “customized, dedicated” websites for weddings through her business — 303 Creative based in Littleton, Colorado. But she dared not advertise this service, because she feared being charged with violating the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (CADA), which state officials have used to compel Christians to participate in same-sex ceremonies.
Recent European Elections Indicate Strong Conservative Shift
- By Mike Scruggs
Finland, Greece, Germany, Spain
At least four recent elections in Europe evidence a strong trend to the conservative right.
The first big shift came on April 2 and got little public attention in the leftist media that dominates the US, the UK, and most of Western Europe. Finland elected its most conservative government in its history. Nine Finnish political parties qualified for the final parliamentary election. A majority coalition of 101 of 200 seats is necessary to govern the nation. Finnish leader of the conservative National Coalition Party, Petteri Orpo, became Prime Minister with 21 percent, winning 48 seats and gaining the alliance of three coalition partners totaling 60 seats for a 108 seat majority. Second place in the parliamentary elections, finishing close behind with 20 percent was the Finns Party (formerly the True Finns Party), winning 46 seats. The Finns Party, led by Rikka Purra, is even more conservative than the National Coalition Party, especially on immigration and national sovereignty issues. The Swedish People’s Party of Finland, an ethnic minority party with 9 seats, and the Christian Democrats with 5 seats made up the balance. I find it somewhat of a reversal of rampant Scandinavian feminism that Orpo was one of only two men of the nine party leaders vying for the office of prime minister.
Don't Let Hunter's Plea Deal Distract From the Real Biden Problem: Ukraine
- By Josh Hammer
In today's America, it sure is nice to be a Biden.
Presidential prodigal son Hunter Biden's transparently sweetheart plea deal consummated this week with his daddy's Justice Department encapsulates, in many ways, the two-tiered system of justice that conservatives have been decrying at least since then-FBI Director James Comey let then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton off scot-free for her infamous email server because, in his words, "no reasonable prosecutor" would have brought the case. After a five-year Department of Justice criminal probe, which was rocked in recent months by an IRS whistleblower coming forward to sound the alarm on the feds' all-too-predictable kid-gloves treatment of Hunter, the ex-crack addict and foreign influence-peddler will escape jail time and avoid any punishment at all (other than a two-year probation period) for having brazenly lied on a federal firearms background check form.

Will Patriots Continue Making Small Sacrifices?
- By Robin Itzler - Editor of Patriot Neighbors
One reason Marxist Democrats could eventually take over the United States of America (and they are on their way with centralized state voting) is because many conservative and Republican Patriots won’t make long-term small “sacrifices.”
Yes, Patriots attend protest rallies, sign petitions, applaud speakers at meetings, and write checks, but will we continue avoiding companies that promote woke?
In February, Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred told teams that players should NOT wear pride rainbow-themed caps or uniform patches. Even with suggested restrictions, 29 of 30 Major League Baseball clubs held pride-related events in 2023.
Hayley’s Happenings #2

Observations by Hayley Lamb
(Translated From “Dog” by W. H. Lamb)
Hello again to everyone. My name is Hayley Lamb, and you can see my picture at the top of this article, where I’m sitting in front of MY house. This is my second article for this newspaper that I’ve written. My Uncle Boomer used to write a lot for The Times Examiner before he decided to cross over the “Rainbow Bridge” back in 2015. He was into unimportant stuff like politics, but he also wrote about really relevant and important things like chasing cats and squirrels, riding in his Grampa’s car, keeping big birds out of our yard, and making sure that the mailman didn’t come onto our property. He even ran for the office of “Dog-In-Chief” way back in the dark time of 2012, before I was born (but he lost). He did belong to The National Anti-Cat Society, just like I do. He was a real cat hater/cat chaser, so I know from whom I got my “anti-cat” propensities.
Congress is Catching Up to the Power of Artificial Intelligence
- By Eagle Forum
AI is the New Arms Race
The excitement and fear of bots have existed for decades. From vacuum cleaners and washing machines in the 1950s to self-driving cars and automated surgeries in today’s world, robotics have, in many ways, made our lives easier. At the same time, movies and books have introduced themes of robots becoming self-aware and eradicating the human race. The reality lies somewhere in between ultimate convenience and total domination. Artificial intelligence (AI) is truly the Wild West right now and Congress is struggling to move fast enough to legislate important boundaries.
'Bidenomics' Is a Marketing Term
- By Veronique de Rugy
Politics is sometimes little more than marketing. As evidence, behold the sudden use of the term "Bidenomics" by Democrats to describe administration policies of the past few years. Indeed, what's being branded as "new" is nothing but the same old program of big spending, big regulations and big cronyism. The only difference is that it's on a much bigger scale.
The administration will need all the marketing it can get to sell these ideas, especially to a public that's been giving it approval ratings in the thirties. But no marketing effort should distract us from the economic realities of the past two years.

200,000 Babies Saved Since Pro-Life Dobbs Decision: Senator
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
As the nation approaches the first anniversary of the Supreme Court decision returning abortion to democratic control, national leaders celebrated the birth of tens, or hundreds, of thousands of unborn children saved by pro-life laws.
Although precise estimates vary, “the best guess that we have is about 200,000 children were born this year that would not have been born” apart from the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, said Senator James Lankford (R-Okla.) at a news conference Tuesday. “That’s 200,000 kids. That’s 200,000 smiling faces on playgrounds. That’s 200,000 silly songs, starting in kindergarten. That’s 200,000 families that will be blessed with looking in the eyes of a child.”
Lunar Recession and the Age of the Earth Part 5
- By Charles Creager, Jr.
There have been several efforts by Old Earth proponents to try to defend a 4.5-billion-year-old earth from laws of physics. Most responses to the lunar recession issue found on anti-creationist websites are little more than copy and paste jobs from other anti-creationist web sites. There is a common argument based on a paper written by Kirk S Hansen in 1982.
Governor's Vetoes Don't Touch Hundreds of Millions in Earmark Spending
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
When it came to reining in lawmakers’ spending on their favored local projects for the upcoming fiscal year, Gov. Henry McMaster used a veto butter knife on earmarks totaling more than $709 million.
In his annual written veto message released Tuesday, McMaster vetoed just six out of 515 state budget earmarks approved by lawmakers for the fiscal 2023-24 fiscal year that starts July 1. The six projects totaled $1.5 million – a fraction of 1 percent of the overall $709.4 million in earmarks, The Nerve found in a review of House and Senate earmark lists overwhelmingly approved last week by the Legislature.
