Joe Biden won't talk to the press -- and he won't let his administration either! In news that ought to incense the American public, the president has ordered a media blackout on anything having to do with the immigration crisis. Everyone from border patrol to sector chiefs have been told to "deny all access" to the press, no matter how friendly they may be. That means no interviews, no photos, no facilities tours or ride-alongs without the White House's express permission. Just how desperate is the situation on the border? Enough to risk an administration-wide cover-up, it seems.

China Must Come Clean on COVID
- By Betsy McCaughey
If a plane goes down, there has to be an investigation. Otherwise, no one would feel safe flying again. But a virus from China has killed 540,000 people in our country so far -- equal to two thousand jumbo jet crashes -- and the Biden administration is doing nothing to get to the bottom of it.
Scientists worldwide are divided over whether the virus jumped naturally from the animal world to humans, or whether the virus accidentally leaked from a lab such as the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where biowarfare research is conducted.
The (In)Equality Act
- By Eagle Forum
A few weeks ago, the House passed the Equality Act by a slim margin of 224-206. This past week, the Senate Committee on the Judiciary held a hearing on the Equality Act. If and when the bill is considered by the Senate, it will need 60 votes to pass.
Lately, sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) has seen increasing push back by not only conservative groups like Eagle Forum, but also feminist groups like the Women’s Liberation Front. This is because, SOGI, like that seen in the Equality Act, poses a grave threat to women and children by allowing males identifying as female access to women’s only spaces and institutions. As Abigail Shrier pointed out in her testimony in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee:
H.R. 1177, S. 348, H.R. 1603, & H.R. 6 Would Fundamentally Undermine the U.S. Immigration System, Threaten American Sovereignty
- By The John Birch Society
Members of Congress are seeking to pass multiple bills that would fundamentally undermine the integrity of the U.S. immigration system, threaten American sovereignty, and grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens. These bills include: H.R. 1177, S. 348, H.R. 1603, and H.R. 6.
Although the Biden administration knew the current border crisis would occur, and likely planned the surge to implement its agenda, Congress continues to push for policies that will worsen mass migration and destroy our nation’s cohesion. On March 21, Senator Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) stated that he was “close” to getting the votes to pass a DACA amnesty in the Senate.
Legislative Delegations Attempting Heavy Hand – Again – In Local Matters
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
Like spring flowers, bills showcasing the powers of county legislative delegations are blooming at the State House these days.
The Legislature last week passed a bill, sponsored by Sen. Kevin Johnson, D-Clarendon, and introduced just eight days earlier, that would consolidate Clarendon County School District 2 and the recently created District 4 – with the three-member legislative delegation, which Johnson chairs, in charge of appointing an interim school board.
Senate Advancing Equal Rights Amendment
- By Eagle Forum
Just over a week after House Democrats passed their resolution to remove the deadline of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), Senate Majority Leader Schumer has decided to place it on the Senate calendar.
It’s important to remember that Congress passed the ERA over 50 years ago. Thanks to the efforts of Phyllis Schlafly and a group of dedicated moms, the ERA failed to reach the 38-state threshold needed to ratify it into the Constitution within the legislated 7-year deadline. Lawmakers and the American people became more educated on the issue attributing to its decline in popularity and even causing 5 states to withdraw their ratifications.
Biden, Not Trump, Driving Border Crisis
- By Star Parker
Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas summed up our border crisis in a statement he released March 16: "We are on pace to encounter more individuals on the southwest border than we have in the last 20 years."
According to The Wall Street Journal, Border Patrol agents made about 75,000 arrests of migrants crossing illegally in January.
And, the Journal reports, "the government is seeing more children arriving each day than ever before, with an average of 523 children taken into custody by Border Patrol agents each day over the last three weeks ..."
MSNBC's Serial Smear Merchant
- By Michelle Malkin
"Screw up, move up" is standard operating procedure in corporate and government bureaucracies. But in American journalism, the system goes far beyond rewarding incompetence. It sanctifies bias. It promotes dishonesty. It incentivizes malice.
Want to get ahead in the liberal media? Just follow this credo: "Spew lies, climb high."
Under God
- By Mike LaPierre
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – UNDER GOD
Why was “under God” added to our pledge in 1954? Do we not have the same anti-God societal conditions in 2021? Do we not have a system that is attacking us from within? Do we not have a pervasive government and secular presence (anti-God) on our shores?
Here is what the Congressional Committee said on this issue…
YouTube Removes Personhood Alliance / John Paul II Medical Research Institute Vaccine Ethics Presentation
- By Christian Newswire
WASHINGTON -- Citing "medical misinformation," YouTube removed a video presentation on the science and ethics of Operation Warp Speed vaccines for SARS-CoV-2, given by Dr. Alan Moy of the John Paul II Medical Research Institute and Cellular Engineering Technologies and Sarah Quale of Personhood Alliance Education. The co-presentation was part of the Bringing America Back to Life Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, March 12th-13th. The Personhood Alliance asserts that blatant censorship of scientific data and ethical considerations surrounding these vaccines is not acceptable in a free society and must not stand.

Why Is Biden Creating His Own Crises?
- By Pat Buchanan
Our mainstream media largely ignored it, the world media did not.
Ascending the stairs of Air Force One on Friday, to fly to Georgia, President Joe Biden slipped and stumbled. Getting up, he slipped again and then fell. The scene was jolting and disquieting.
Adversaries abroad will use it as a metaphor for the decline of the last superpower to emerge from the Cold War.
If H.R. 1 Becomes Law Use Nullification
- By Frank Raddish - Founder/Director Capitol Hill Independent Baptist Ministries
H.R. 1 is an unconstitutional bill that has passed the U.S. House, and is now in the Senate, that is designed to legitimize voter fraud in elections across this country. The illegals are already lining up at the southwest border wearing tee shirts that say, "Democrats let us in so that we can vote for you!" This bill eliminates all voter ID requirements, and it takes away constitutional authority from the state legislatures to set the requirements for elections. Also, it establishes universal mail-in ballots as a national standard.

Replacing Military Realism with Social Engineering
A recent news release claimed that China now has more naval ships than the United States. While this is true, the United States still has an advantage over China in global sea power. China is now the world’s leading naval ship builder, but most of the People’s Liberation Navy’s new ships are smaller coastal defense ships. Although smaller and shorter range, they are equipped with the latest technology in radar and cruise missiles. In terms of firepower as reflected in naval tonnage, the Chinese Navy has 2.0 million tons, whereas the U.S. Navy has 4.8 million tons and still has technological superiority.
I Pledge Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Democracy for Which It Stands!
- By W.H. Lamb
Wait just a moment. Something sounds “off” in the title to this article. “I pledge allegiance to the flag of the U.S.”…O.K. that’s right. “…and to the democracy for which it stands”. That sounds---hold on, that sounds wrong. Doesn’t the Pledge say, “…To the REPUBLIC for which it stands”? Come to think of it, it does! Was Rev. Francis Bellamy (a ‘Christian socialist and the author of our P.O.A.) wrong when he used the word “republic” rather than “democracy”? If the word ‘democracy’ means the same as ‘republic’ what’s the big deal? Au contraire, mon ami ou m’amie, the two words-- ‘Democracy and Republic’ have OPPOSITE meanings in the realm of governmental forms, and to assume equal meanings can lead a person—or a nation—into major troubles! Let’s delve into this confusion in more detail.
SALTY Sez – As The Saying Goes
- By Ray Simmons
It’s getting a bit harder to figure out what to talk about. Seems everybody just wants to lie to everybody else so nobody knows what’s really going on. And if somebody happens to tell the truth he’s called a racist or a no-good so-and-so who just can’t be trusted. Anybody who talks true enough and loud enough is apt to find himself cancelled. Which is about the next-best thing to being disposed. That thing called freedom of speech is being cancelled if you ask me. Along with it they are trying to cancel the Constitution, but they’ve been doing that, little by little, over the last hundred years. It’s just nobody pays much attention until it starts hurting the pocketbook. A lot of pocketbooks are starting to hurt and many Americans are waking up – perhaps a day late and a dollar short, as the saying goes.
Hart Failure Doesn't Stop Dems from House Dispute
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
So it's a "tragedy," "mockery," or "coup" if Republicans challenge an election result, but completely acceptable -- four months later -- if you're a Democrat? That's the incredible double standard on display this week in the U.S. House, where Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is throwing optics to the wind to pad her Democratic totals. In one of the grandest displays of hypocrisy this country has ever seen, the Left is actually trying to boot a sitting member of Congress, Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-Iowa) after her election was certified -- without any evidence of fraud. And the GOP is the party of subversion?

Alabama Passes Day of Tears Resolution
- By Christian Newswire
MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The Alabama Senate passed House Joint Resolution 24, recognizing January 22 as the Day of Tears. Sponsored by Representative Tommy Hanes (R-Bryant), this resolution calls for private citizens in Alabama to lower their flags on January 22, in honor and remembrance of the over 61 million innocents who have lost their lives to abortion.
The Senate joins the House, who passed the resolution on February 11th.
China, Trade, COVID and the Lack of Consequences
- By Joseph M. Bianchi
It has been over a year since COVID-19 was declared a pandemic. It has had a devastating effect on the world at large, and dealt a profound blow to the population right here in the US. Well over 500,000 Americans have succumbed to the disease, and although cases and hospitalizations seem to be slowing, its deadly hand is still on many Americans.
In the midst of all this has been the controversy as to how said virus escaped from a Wuhan, China laboratory. Was it purely incompetence? Was it a lack of safety precautions? Or, worst case, was it released intentionally to devastate world populations and economies so that China could move its chess pieces closer to world domination?
State Spending Continues to Swell Amid Pandemic
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
When the full S.C. House meets next week to debate the fiscal 2022 state budget, it will consider a plan that’s at least $1 billion bigger than the budget in effect when the COVID-19 pandemic hit South Carolina.
And that doesn’t include billions more in recently awarded federal Covid-relief funding for the Palmetto State, much it for K-12 schools.
Approved last week, the House Ways and Means Committee’s state budget version for the fiscal year that begins July 1 totals $31.1 billion, including state, federal and “other” funds, according to a budget record known as the summary control document (SCD).

Washington’s Attempt to Take the Woman out of Women!
- By Eagle Forum
Legislative Session Out of Touch with Reality
This week would be better labeled, “Washington’s Dump on Women.” From the passage of a resolution removing the Equal Rights Amendment’s ratification deadline to the passage of the Violence Against Women Act, and a hearing on the Equality Act, it’s clear the Democrats are out of touch with women. What all four of these measures have in common are sexual orientation and gender identity.
The Truth Nobody Tells About Our Voting Rules
- By Neil Patel
There aren't a lot of people who tell the truth about voting rules. As the Senate takes up the bill the House just passed to drastically amend the rules that govern our elections, it seems like a good time to step back and examine what's really going on. For some reason, the truth is missing from almost all the reporting, both in the liberal press and in conservative media.
Both Republicans and Democrats approach debates over the rules and systems for our elections with the same fundamental belief: Making voting easy helps Democrats, and making voting harder helps Republicans.
Do We Not Have Enough Enemies?
- By Pat Buchanan
Asked bluntly by ABC's George Stephanopoulos if he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin is "a killer," Joe Biden answered, "Uh, I do."
Biden added that he once told Putin to his face that he had "no soul."
Biden also indicated that new sanctions would be imposed on Russia for the poisoning of dissident Alexei Navalny and for meddling in the 2020 U.S. election to allegedly help Donald Trump. Russia also faces U.S. sanctions for building the Nord Stream 2 pipeline under the Baltic to deliver natural gas to Germany.
