Your Theory Does Not Work Under My Theory, So Your Theory Is Wrong

While this is not listed among the formal logical fallacies, it definitely qualifies as a logical fallacy. I have seen this fallacy used repeatedly by some who insist that a perspective that they disagree with is wrong because it does not work under their way of looking at the data.
The essence of this fallacy is let's say you have two different views on a given set of data. Model 1 interprets the data as A, while model 2 interprets the data as B. A person holding model 1 then insists that the data means A therefore model 2 must be wrong.

In the first two parts of this series we delved into the historical insights and proofs discussed in Sam Kastensmidt’s very detailed small book, Ten Truths About America’s Christian Heritage, published by D.JAMES KENNEDY Ministries in 2008. I’ve learned a lot about our early American history from this author, and about the depth of commitment to their Christian faith that so many of our American ancestors exhibited, a commitment that seems to be fading away in this day and age. These first two articles in this series covered, in some detail, the first six of this author’s “Ten Truths About America’s ChristianHeritage”. This final article will deal, in lesser detail, with the final four historical “truths” that, I trust, will totally validate his contention that, indeed, our nation was founded on Christian principles that can be seen in so many places and in so many historical documents.

Sorry about this News and fallout from the resignation and exit of President Joe Biden from the 2024 election for President against Former President Donald Trump. His departure from the next election came from his old age and shaky debate performance against former President Donald Trump; who would probably win this election because this mess right here. He messed up on his words in the debate with President Trump in Atlanta, and called Kamala "Vice President Donald Trump." So the 81-year-old President said he would bow out of the 2024 Presidential race because of being tired in his old age and the battle of the mind memory lapses that he recently had.

A Failing Grade on Truth
Most of the media and political commentary, especially since the June 27 Biden-Trump debate, has focused on President Biden’s mental competence. This is indeed extremely important. Moreover, there is a vast record of previous television and video material over the last several years that raises many serious questions about an apparent decline in Biden’s mental agility. It appears to many that he is suffering from some disease or injury that is causing a significant degeneration of capacities critical to any position in leadership, especially the American presidency.

Last time we began with a statement by the late Rev. D. James Kennedy, wherein he claimed that: “If we know our history, we know that America was a nation founded upon Christ and His Word.” But was it truly founded upon God’s Word, or have we all been deceived over the centuries into believing what the anti-God scoffers claim to be fact—that men who were “mostly Deists” originally founded America as a “secular nation”? It is my personal contention that these “secularism uber alles” people are totally incorrect. I’ve been offering, as a strong rebuttal, a small book I got from D. James Kennedy Ministries years ago, titled: Ten Truths About America’s Christian Heritage, written by Sam Kastensmidt (published in 2008 by DJK Ministries).

I am very concerned that the socialist-leaning Liberals within our Federal Government and news outlets are leading us down the path to the complete loss of all Individual Liberty in the United States of America. I literally cry real tears in my observance of the death of our Constitution and the Liberty it provides. I sit alone in the quiet of my study, as I am now, and do my utmost to understand why, why are the American people seemingly so willing just to watch, and in many cases, actually embrace the death of their own Individual Liberty, their God given right to make their own decisions and be responsible for themselves.
