MAJOR VICTORY: America First Legal Prevails in Lawsuit to Protect the South Carolina Freedom Caucus’ Right to Free Speech
- By America First Legal
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) and co-counsel Christopher Mills won our lawsuit to stop establishment politicians from silencing the South Carolina Freedom Caucus. In a forty-page opinion, United States District Court Judge Cameron Currie permanently blocked the enforcement of state statutes that sought to limit the expressive and associational activities of the Freedom Caucus and other “legislative special interest caucuses,” finding them to be “a ban on speech.” The court held that these laws, written to favor the House Democratic Caucus, House Republican Caucus, the Black Caucus, and the Women’s Caucus, violated the Freedom Caucus’s First Amendment and Equal Protection rights.
FRC Releases New Report Analyzing Biden Administration's Misplaced LGBT Foreign Policy Priorities

Biden redirects foreign policy to advance LGBT causes; 132 U.S. embassies celebrate Pride Month
WASHINGTON -- Family Research Council today released a new report, titled "Exporting LGBT Ideology: The Biden Administration's Foreign Policy Priority." The report was authored by Arielle Del Turco, FRC's Director of the Center for Religious Liberty and Dr. Chris Gacek, JD, FRC's Senior Fellow for Regulatory Affairs. The authors argue: "Since President Joe Biden took office in 2021, his administration has systematically elevated the importance of LGBT ideology in American foreign policy, utilizing the resources and platform of the U.S. government to promote LGBT policies abroad...The Biden administration's ideological colonialism sometimes strains our relationships with other countries and diverts U.S. attention from focusing on human rights issues. LGBT-identifying persons are already (rightly) protected by international human rights treaties by virtue of their personhood, not their sexual orientation or gender identity. Pushing LGBT-specific policies around the world is a coercive attempt to change foreign cultures and laws from afar and displaces human rights like religious freedom."

'Pursuing His Twisted Agenda,' Biden Puts Progress Flags on Par with Old Glory
- By Suzanne Bowdey - The Washington Stand
People visiting Washington, D.C. this weekend probably expected to see a white house on Pennsylvania Avenue. Instead, the president’s residence was plastered in rainbow and transgender colors, an over-the-top display of the current resident’s LGBT fixation. It was a stark contrast to the mood in the rest of America, where the fury over Pride displays has reached a deafening roar.
That all seems lost on Joe Biden, who hosted the largest Pride event in White House history on Saturday. The South Lawn event came just two days after the president savaged the Americans opposed to his wildly irresponsible agenda of transgenderism. In a scripted response to a PBS reporter, the president unloaded on parents who are up in arms about the indoctrination of their sons and daughters, calling the opposition to child mutilation “hysterical” and “cruel.”

California Voters Support Parental Rights by Overwhelming Margins
- By Capitol Resource Institute (CRI)
CHINO HILLS, Calif. -- In May 2023, Real Impact completed a Rasmussen Poll targeting California voters to uncover the true perspective of parents regarding public school districts' secretive habits. Educators keeping information regarding children's gender transitions from parents have exposed the reality of deception in public schools across California. Parents are beginning to realize that public schools will assume the role as parent, especially in districts where parents have been trusting or uninvolved.

To Reduce Airline Ticket Prices, Expand Washington's Reagan Airport
- By Stephen Moore
Those who live in or near the nation's capital, or routinely travel there, know that the Washington, D.C., region is home to the best airport in the country, Reagan National. It's also home to one of the worst airports, Dulles International.
Reagan is a gem for air travelers. It's beautifully remodeled, usually easy to get through the TSA lines, and contains good restaurants and gates within a few minutes of the main terminal. Most importantly, there is no other major airport in the country that I know of where you can leave downtown and arrive at the airport in less than 20 minutes when traffic isn't heavy. Dulles is almost an hour from D.C., is crowded, and has a crazy train system that doesn't even get you close to the planes but can add another 30 minutes to the travel time.
Union and Confederate POW Camps in the Civil War
- By Mike Scruggs
Uncovering the Reality of American History

Some Morgan Cavalry POWs at Camp Douglas - Probably 1863
During the American Civil War from 1861 to 1865, 270,000 Union soldiers were held in Confederate POW camps. Of these, 22,576 died, about 8.4 percent of the total. More than half of these, 12,919 died in just one of three major Confederate POW camps, Andersonville, about 59 miles east of Columbus, Georgia. This was portrayed as a war crime by the Northern press and many Northern politicians, but the causes of these deaths were neither mistreatment nor deliberate negligence. However, its commandant, Swiss immigrant, Captain Henry Wirz, was hanged after the war on November 10, 1865. According to a University of Missouri Law School study, he was convicted on the basis of bribed false testimony and rules of evidence, testimony, and fairness that were blatantly and shamefully biased and distorted. His trial was probably one of the greatest miscarriages of justice in American history.

Once Upon A Time, Tigers DID Fly!
- By W.H. Lamb
One Of Them Was Named Robert L. Scott, Jr.

“In the summer of 1941, months before America was drawn into WW11…, a small group of American military pilots was secretly being recruited to augment China’s Air Force. At the head of this effort was a crusty, retired WW1 Army Air Corps fighter pilot (the partially deaf Claire Chennault) who had been hired by China to strengthen the Chinese Air Force. Because America was not at war with Japan, great care was taken to avoid bringing into question this nation’s neutrality. As a result, these volunteer pilots were required to resign their commissions with the U.S. military, travel to China as civilians and enlist in the Chinese Air Force.

Scaring The Myth Right Out Of You
- By Kathleen Marquardt - American Policy Center
People are excited thinking about being able to live in alternative universes. Unbeknownst to them, they already do – and have been for most of their lives. Especially those born after the era when we wore our Texas Instrument calculators on our belts (our slide rules were put on the shelf to be oddities to show our children how we calculated in school) and built computers we bought in parts. Now, people who would have trouble putting a slot-car together can go to the Himalayas, try on clothes from their favorite store, play video games – all the while lying on a recliner in their basement.

Was Mel Gibson the fall guy for wanting to child trafficking rings in Hollywood? He is involved in a new documentary about the underbelly of child trafficking in the U.S. and other countries. Repent Over Pride
- By Sam Manley
My 13-year-old daughter and I walked into a dollar tree this afternoon to find a “pride” display at the end of an aisle. We talked about the display and what it meant. How it went against GOD’s standards. The standards he has set for us.
I’m so happy my daughter is choosing to follow GOD’s standards by getting baptized this Sunday. There are many that will accuse Christians of judging the ”pride” campaign and not accepting their lifestyle. Well, that’s not the case.
'We Will Not Be Silenced': Mom Strikes Back at SPLC 'Hate Group' Report
- By Ben Johnson - The Washington Stand
Just hours after the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) targeted parental rights organizations as “extremists,” a U.S. senator renewed his call to strip the SPLC of its tax-exempt status, concerned parents refused to back down, and evidence emerged that the organization may have coordinated its results with the Biden administration.
The latest actions came as the SPLC’s annual “Year in Hate and Extremism” designated small bands of parents who object to public schools promoting pornographic books, critical race theory, and transgender ideology to their children as “antigovernment extremist groups.” The report targets anywhere from one to several hundred chapters of Parents Defending Education, Parental Rights in Education, Parents Involved in Education, Moms for Liberty, and No Left Turn in Education. The number of groups lumped into the newly minted category of publicly threatening extremists now far outnumber the SPLC’s list of so-called “hate groups,” with 702 compared to 523.
The Biden Justice Department Tried to Stop Us From Getting Records On Government Censorship Efforts
- By The Daily Caller News Foundation Editorial Board
Earlier this week, The Washington Post let the American people know whose side they're on when it comes to free speech versus government-backed censorship; they're on the side of the censors.
To summarize, the Post's lengthy piece frames efforts by Republican lawmakers, conservatives and media organizations, like the Daily Caller News Foundation, to hold a well-heeled and growing industry dedicated to fighting so-called mis- and disinformation accountable as "harassment." We're not making this up.

FBI's Misuse of Surveillance Tool Underscores Need for Conservative Oversight
- By Armstrong Williams
Recent disclosures have plunged the FBI back into a storm of controversy due to its abuse of the robust surveillance tool Section 702, with almost 300,000 incidents recorded in 2020 and early 2021. The unsettling instances of misuse encompass searches connected to the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the U.S. Capitol, and the Black Lives Matter protests. As conservatives, it is incumbent upon us to critically examine these activities and push for the changes needed to safeguard the rights and privacy of Americans.

Lunar Recession and the Age of the Earth Part 3
- By Charles Creager, Jr.
This third part on lunar recession deals with paleontological data claimed as evidence of four lunar recession over deep time. This is not correct data, about the fossil evidence that is interpreted within the old earth model as producing such data. While this is not a problem from the perspective of Biblical creation you know because Calculations are not valid from a creationist perspective, and it is too scattered to represent real data. However, it provides a set of data to compare old earth models for lunar recession that they must obey.
It’s Time to REIN In Out-of-Control Bureaucrats!
- By Eagle Forum
Congress Introduces Legislation to Keep the Bureaucracy in Check
Because they cannot accomplish their radical goals through legislation, the Biden administration continues to weaken our individual liberties by using bureaucratic actions. From banning gas stoves to allowing men in women’s sports, there is no area of daily life they are not seeking to control. Congress has slowly handed over its powers to the bureaucratic state but thankfully, the Republican-controlled House of Representatives has a plan to reverse course.
In the first two years of the Biden presidency, the administration’s regulations cost the US economy $309 billion. This far surpassed the costs from rules implemented by Barack Obama — a mere $204 billion. Based on these numbers, the Biden administration alone will add $5 trillion to the national debt by 2030.
Christian Metaphysics, Jordan Peterson, and the Homo-Trans Pandemic
- By Winston McCuen - South Carolina
America and the West are now experiencing what seems a massive outbreak of homo-trans sexualism. Suddenly, it seems, sodomites of all different stripes are crawling out of the woodwork.
Canadian clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson aptly calls this ostensibly spontaneous emergent phenomenon a psychological epidemic. By calling it "psychological", he rightly stresses the non-genetic, non-biological, non-physical, un-natural, non-rational, purely subjective, exclusively mental, and highly emotional nature of homo-trans sexuality.
