Senate Republicans Defend Life
- By Eagle Forum
The Senate Judiciary held a hearing this week on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (S. 160) further highlighting our need to continue encouraging our Senators to uphold the sanctity of our most vulnerable, the unborn.
The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act bans abortion after 20 weeks gestational age due to overwhelming scientific evidence that babies at this age can feel pain. The U.S. is only one of seven countries where it is legal to get an elective abortion after 20 weeks. That list includes North Korea and China, two countries that repeatedly violate basic human rights.
Cory Booker Is A Day Late and a Dollar Short: Redeeming MLK’s Check Must Include Reparations, Jubilee, and Redemption
- By Alveda King
“…America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked “insufficient funds… we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.” MLK 1963 “I HAVE A DREAM.”
Democrat presidential hopeful Cory Booker is touting a new reparations bill for African Americans while secretly supporting an agenda of genocide and infanticide by abortion of millions of Black babies. Even now, in New York, Cory’s camp is broadening abortion access and simultaneously working to legalize marijuana; kill the babies and anesthetize the conscience of the victims. What an oxymoron; offer freedom and death at the same time.
Virginia Laws Against 'Brandishing' a Gun Unconstitutional Federal Lawsuit Declares
- By Christian Newswire
WOODBRIDGE, Va. -- A new lawsuit says some of Virginia's gun-related laws are unconstitutional. The federal complaint is being filed April 11, 2019 in the the Eastern District of Virginia.
A military veteran in Fredericksburg, Virginia, was prosecuted for merely holding a B.B. gun down by his leg, upside down with the trigger hanging down near the ground. He then leaned the gun up against his own fence.
The veteran was arrested for "assault by intimidation" and "brandishing" for merely holding a gun with other people around down next to his leg. He asked trespassers from his own backyard what they were doing there across his own fence in a private parking lot next door.

Ecodevo Groups Get Lots of Tax Dollars, Show Few Landed Projects for the Money
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
In recent years, state lawmakers annually have earmarked a total of nearly $5 million to eight regional economic development organizations, presumably to help attract new companies to South Carolina.
But whether taxpayers are getting significant, verifiable returns on their investment is questionable, The Nerve found in a review of required annual reports from four of the groups to the S.C. Department of Commerce.
Most of the reports list international or out-of-state trips, and other “lead generation” or marketing expenses, but don’t specifically link those efforts to identified companies that located or expanded in the organization’s respective areas.
While the Media is Diverting Your Attention to The Southern Border, Your States (13 of them so far) Have Been Handed Over to Illegals! This is Treason!
- By Bradlee Dean
Article 3, Section 3, US Constitution: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
The media continuously attempts to divert your attention to the southern border through the circus of politics. You know, where the left blames the right, and then the right blames the left, and in the end, the American people are stripped of their God-given rights.

Information collected by USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) directly from farmers and ranchers tells us both farm numbers and land in farms have ongoing small percentage declines since the last Census in 2012. At the same time, there continue to be more of the largest and smallest operations and fewer middle-sized farms. The average age of all farmers and ranchers continues to rise.

Failure to Think Big Thoughts
- By Ben Graydon
If you fail to lead in the area where God has made you to be a leader, you are like a seeing person who refuses to open his eyes … or a hearing person with his fingers in his ears shouting, “Njah-njah-njah-njah-njah-njah!”
You are, then, truly like a fish out of water … or a bird with no feathers.
Sent to the game, you fail to check in and you miss your at-bat.

Duncan Statement on Democrats’ Internet Takeover
- By US Rep. Jeff Duncan's Office
Washington, D.C. – Congressman Jeff Duncan (SC-03) opposed the Democrats’ legislation to put Washington in charge of the internet:
“The Democrats are continuing their quest to have the government control anything and everything, including the internet. I am a strong believer in an open internet, free of excessive government regulation and control, which has been the driver of its innovation and success over the years. That’s exactly why I oppose the Democrats’ efforts to implement 1930-styled regulations on the internet. The internet is one of the best free-market success stories of our day, and if we want it to continue to flourish, we can’t accept stringent and outdated regulations that put Washington in charge.”

Senate Dems Continue Scorched Birth Campaign
- By Tony Perkins
Senate Democrats didn't look Melissa Ohden in the eye and say they wish she'd never been born. But at today's Judiciary Committee hearing on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, they might as well have. For the first time since they voted to make the killing of newborns legal, Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) decided it was time to force the liberals who openly lobbied to destroy lives like Melissa's to sit and hear her story.

Who Will See the Full Mueller Report?
- By Judge Andrew Napolitano
When Attorney General William Barr released his four-page assessment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's 400-page report, I was disappointed at many of my colleagues who immediately jumped on board the "no collusion" and "no obstruction" and "presidential exoneration" bandwagons.
As I write, Barr and his team are scrutinizing the Mueller report for legally required redactions. These include grand jury testimony about people not indicted -- referred to by lawyers as 6(e) materials -- as well as evidence that is classified, pertains to ongoing investigations or the revelation of which might harm national security.
