On November 12, Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) held a joint press conference calling for the passage of the Heroes Act. The Senate, House, and White House have been dealing with this far-left bill for months, but Schumer claims that the results from the 2020 election prove the necessity of passing the Heroes Act as a "starting point" on a new round of coronavirus relief legislation. Yesterday on "Washington Watch," FRC President Tony Perkins spoke with House minority whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) to discuss the Heroes Act and the Democrats' latest attempt to push it through Congress.
Attorneys General Hit Pennsylvania's State of Confusion
By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
"The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has violated the U.S. Constitution," said Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry. General Landry, my state attorney general, joined me on "Washington Watch" yesterday. He was part of ten state attorneys general who filed a brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the Pennsylvania court's ruling.
As the nation finalizes vote counts across the country, two races were determined too close to call. Georgia’s ballot listed two U.S. Senate races this year due to Senator Johnny Isakson’s resignation in December of 2019. Republican Georgia businesswoman Kelly Loeffler was appointed to fill his seat, but only through the end of the year. The state held a special election for that seat as well as an election for the remaining Senate seat currently filled by Republican Sen. David Perdue. Neither race produced the 50% threshold of votes needed to determine a winner which, according to state law, triggered a run-off election set for January 5, 2021. This gives Republicans another chance to maintain a majority in the Senate, however, Democrats will do anything to win.
We are hearing from so many throughout the country that they want to take action to prevent the election from being stolen, and to ensure that conservatives retain control of the Senate.
You can take action right now to defend our nation by contributing to Eagle Forum PAC.
South Carolina's US Republican Representatives held a press conference on November 10th, 2020 at the SC Statehouse. They expressed their support for President Trump and the recount of all LEGAL votes. They want a fair election regardless of the candidates, for the good of America and to preserve our democracy and elections. Left to right are: Tom Rice, Jeff Duncan, Joe Wilson, Nancy Mace, and Ralph Norman.

The Presidential Election: A Work in Process
By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
The media must be awfully forgiving. After four years of hammering home how suspect our election process is -- how vulnerable it is to meddling and interference -- they're suddenly comfortable with it. What happened to the talking heads who insisted that tech glitches had impacted the Midwest votes in 2016? Or that our online systems had been hacked? Like magic, their suspicions have vanished. Now, despite six states' worth of questions and a mail-in system that's ripe for more abuse, Americans realize: the only ones trying to influence the election are the ones who aren't interested in counting the legal votes.
