Arizona Recognizes Day of Tears
- By Christian Newswire
PHOENIX -- The Arizona House of Representatives has issued a legislative proclamation, sponsored by Shawnna Bolick (R-Phoenix), designating January 22 as the Day of Tears in Arizona.
"Over 62 million souls have perished due to abortion. One third of Generations X and Alpha, are gone because Roe v. Wade legalized 'choice.' The State of Arizona has continued to be recognized for valuing life and a champion for the preborn. The Day of Tears seeks to take that fateful date and turn into one which causes our nation to reflect. The Day of Tears is not about shame. It is about remembering that abortion hurts. Loss is real, and life has value. I will continue to fight for the unborn and for a culture of life. We can change hearts and minds, one heartbeat at a time," said Bolick.

Lindsey Graham Says Biden Nominating a Black Woman to SCOTUS Would Not Be a Case of Affirmative Action
- By Landon Mion - TownHall.com
GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina on Sunday pushed back against some of his Republican colleagues' claims that President Joe Biden's pledge to nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court is an example of affirmative action, saying instead that he favors making the bench "look like America."
Biden said Thursday he would nominate a black woman to the bench after Associate Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer announced his plans to retire, reiterating comments he made as a presidential candidate during a Democratic primary debate in early 2020.

Breyer Beware: Biden Looks to Out-Woke Justices
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
When Chief Justice John Roberts was asked what he'll miss most about his retiring colleague, he didn't hesitate. Justice Stephen Breyer, he said, was a dear friend with a "surprisingly comprehensive collection of riddles and knock-knock jokes." Now, the real riddle is his replacement. When Breyer finishes out his term in June, plenty of people will be knocking on the door. Who's there? If the president's track record is any indication, we already know one thing for certain. Whoever it is will treat the Constitution the same way this administration has: with contempt.

A Nebraska-based voting machine company is refusing to cooperate with a forensic audit of the 2020 general election in Wisconsin.
Attorneys for Election Systems and Software (ES&S) signaled their intention not to comply with the Wisconsin audit in a letter in which they referred to the subpoena issued by former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman as a “quintessential fishing expedition casting their nets as wide as possible in the hopes that something which might actually be sought is caught within the net but amidst the thousands upon thousands of other documents and pages that have no relevancy to the matter.”
In the letter, signed by attorneys Michael Cox, Daniel Fischer, and Michael Maistelman, the company claimed that it “is under no obligation to respond to any of the subpoenas.”
