Bad Bridges Still Not Fixed With Gas-Tax-Hike Money
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
Despite lawmakers’ promises more than three years ago that part of the state gas tax hike would be used to fix South Carolina’s bad bridges, only one bridge project has been completed with that money, newly released records show.
The Nerve’s review of S.C. Department of Transportation records found that through Oct. 31, the department had identified 16 bridge projects in nine counties totaling $18 million, though only one of those projects – located in Charleston County – was listed as finished.
Christian Conservatives Shatter Turnout Records for Trump
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
No one could have predicted the twists and turns of this election, but Donald Trump was certainly right about one thing: his deeply religious base was going to rewrite the record books. Back in January, talking to a group of evangelicals, he predicted that as high as their turnout was in 2016, Christian conservatives would "blow those numbers away in 2020." And boy, did they.
Terror in the Fields, Indifference at the Helm
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
They should have been in the fields working. Instead, the village men, shoulders sagging, were plowing the ground for something else: graves. Stretchers, filled with the bodies of their Nigerian sons and brothers, lay spread out in quiet rows -- the gruesome proof of a war that won't go away.
MORE Marijuana means: MORE addiction, MORE drug overdoses, MORE criminals, MORE money laundering.
- By Eagle Forum
This week the House is back in session for the legislative session before Christmas recess and the start of the 117th Congress. While we await details on the deal funding the government before the December 11th shutdown, House leadership plans to bring a marijuana decriminalization bill to the Floor for a vote.
No Election Justice, No Election Peace
- By Michelle Malkin
PHOENIX -- A motley throng of patriots amassed Monday at the Hyatt Regency for a raucously peaceful "Stop the Steal" rally. There were Zoomers and Boomers, "America First" leaders and Proud Boys, tea party veterans and indie Donald Trump loyalists. I flew down from Colorado to lend my support to all these anti-establishment activists brave and vigilant enough to take to the streets. Praise for "Christ the King" rang out amid demands that a special legislative session be convened.

Has Bibi Boxed Biden in on Iran?
- By Pat Buchanan
If Israel, as is universally believed and has not been denied, was behind the assassination of Iran's leading nuclear scientist, questions arise:
Why would the Israelis kill him? And why would they do it now?
The scientist, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, it is conceded, was a leader in Iran's nuclear bomb program, but that program was disbanded in 2003.
Supremes Take a Bite out of Big Apple Restrictions
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
While most Americans were at home prepping for the big day, nine Supreme Court justices were still at the office Wednesday night, cooking up something else: a rebuke of New York City's COVID restrictions. In her coming out party, new Justice Amy Coney Barrett made her presence felt -- casting the tie-breaking vote that only solidified the working mom's standing as a rock-solid defender of religious freedom.

Black Education Tragedy Is New
- By Walter Williams
Several years ago, Project Baltimore began an investigation of Baltimore's school system. What they found was an utter disgrace. In 19 of Baltimore's 39 high schools, out of 3,804 students, only 14 of them, or less than 1%, were proficient in math. In 13 of Baltimore's high schools, not a single student scored proficient in math. In five Baltimore City high schools, not a single student scored proficient in math or reading. Despite these academic deficiencies, about 70% of the students graduate and are conferred a high school diploma -- a fraudulent high school diploma.

Media Cover-up of Corruption and 2020 Election Fraud
“We’ve got a lot of evidence…and we’re facing major censorship” -- Rudy Giuliani, Nov. 27, 2020
The Media Research Center (MRC) conducted an online poll November 9-18 of 1,750 Biden voters in seven swing states—Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin—regarding voter knowledge of presidential candidates and eight key issues in the 2020 Election. The results indicated that 45 percent of Biden voters were not aware of Hunter Biden’s financial dealings in foreign countries. Probably even fewer were aware of evidence presented by the U.S Senate Homeland Security and Finance committees and sworn evidence by Hunter Biden business partners, especially Tony Bobulinski, that Joe Biden was actually the top decision maker in the Biden family scheme of corruption that made millions of dollars by selling influence over U.S. policies for personal financial gain. My Times Examiner article of October 26, “The Bobulinski Transcript’s Shadow over Joe Biden” contains the entire transcript of Bobulinski’s October 23 remarks on Fox News: The Bobulinski Transcript's Shadow over Joe Biden - The Times Examiner
Lawyer's Proclamation in Support of a Fair and Equal Election
- By Christian Newswire
FORT WORTH, Texas -- On November 30, 2020 is released a Lawyer's Proclamation in Support of a Fair and Equal Election. The Proclamation asserts that Joseph Biden did not receive more legal votes in the six dispositive swing states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia. Further, while the U.S.A. as we know it now hangs in the balance, the state legislatures in those six swing states must intervene for the President, and in doing so they will have fulfilled their constitutional duty. Attorneys can sign the Proclamation at www.lawyersproclamation.website.
The Political Storm Clouds Are on the Horizon
- By Frank Raddish - Founder/Director Capitol Hill Independent Baptist Ministries
Joe Biden, who has not been officially elected, is prematurely picking people for his cabinet positions. Those who he has already selected have the stench of a backed-up, political sewer smell. If Biden is successful in occupying the White House, he will have some of the same sleazy leftists surrounding him as Obama did. This will be the return of the "Little Marxist Rascals" in the White House with Biden being pushed by Harris and other Marxists to support far-left policies.
What Do We Really Know About Freedom? - Part 1
- By W.H. Lamb
God’s Word tells us, in Joel 1:3: “Tell it to your children, and let your children tell it to their children, and their children to the next generation.” This is still excellent advice for Americans today in regards to the topic of ‘freedom’, because if any group of people is in danger of losing the liberties bequeathed to them by their Fore Parents, it is the people of the U.S. It is US! The Founders of the United States were a pretty wise collection of men (aided and encouraged by a wise collection of their wives and mothers, I’m certain). By declaring “Independence” from Mother England they knew they would be considered as traitors to the King and would suffer the consequences should they be caught by the King’s men. Benjamin Franklin reminded his countrymen (and especially US) that, “Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.” Franklin’s words are doubly true today.
Judicial Department Reverses Course, Releases Staff Salaries After Nerve story
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
Less than three hours after The Nerve revealed Friday that the S.C. Judicial Department was keeping secret the salaries of department employees making at least $50,000 annually, the agency released a list of 300 staffers in that group, including judges.
Department public information director Ginny Jones provided the list without explanation to The Nerve late Friday afternoon. In a follow-up written reply, The Nerve requested who in the department made the final decision to provide the records, and the department’s reasoning in reversing its prior refusal to publicly release the salaries.
SALTY SEZ – Maybe Now
- By Ray Simmons
What happened to the Durham Probe? What happened to Bill Barr and the FBI cronies? What happened to Justice!? Where are the Statesmen? Are all and everything mired, immobile in the political Swamp? Is this the way America dies? Is this the way that Shining City on the Hill goes dark? I know millions of Americans are asking these and other questions, feeling helpless to pick up the pieces and restore sanity to an insane nation controlled by a wealthy few. When a State with 300,000 people casts 500,000 votes should we not question where the extra 200,000 came from? When a precinct presents a stash of 100,000 votes all for the same individual do you not have questions? Anyone with a grain of common sense knows that the November 3, 2020 presidential election was rigged to elect an unelectable candidate who will do whatever he is told to do. The days of We-The-People will become history. We are already seeing this in States under Democratic rule, and some RINOs (Republicans-in-name-only) are pushing for the same. But we did not get here overnight! You and I and the American public (and most of our churches) closed our eyes and shut our ears when they took Christ out of our schools, we failed to act when they ruled it was legal to kill babies, and we just shrugged our shoulders when they promoted same-sex marriages. God told us in His Word that all these behaviors are anathema to Him and we did not listen! Maybe now we will hear Him.
Democrats Want Unity Only on Their Terms
- By David Limbaugh
Many Trump haters have been lying all along about President Donald Trump, what he stands for, what his record has been and who his supporters are. Now they tell us they want unity.
What Trump wants -- and want his supporters want -- is for America to reclaim its greatness, its robust liberty tradition, its prosperity, the integrity of its borders, fair trade deals with foreign nations and its military strength. He has made great strides in achieving these goals.
A Historic Presidency
- By Pat Buchanan
In the first two decades of the century, President-elect Joe Biden's choice for secretary of state supported U.S. wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen. He was an ever-reliable liberal interventionist.
This same Antony Blinken could spend the first years of a Biden presidency helping extricate our country from the misbegotten wars he championed. What establishment Democrats like Biden and Blinken helped to do in previous administrations, they will likely now have to undo.

And on ... and on ...
... And, yes! One fine day, as with the Noah family's detention on the ark, the damndemic will cease, desist, vanish, take a powder. Masks will disappear in the trash can. Americans will pass days and weeks without a virus-inspired reflection on medical experts or D. J. Trump.
Human Rights Activists Have Serious Concerns About Antony Blinken's Record on Human Rights and Business Dealings in China
- By Christian Newswire
WASHINGTON -- Mr. Blinken is Vice-President Biden's nominee for Secretary of State who serves as the President's chief foreign affairs adviser and conducts negotiations relating to U.S. foreign policy.
In the past, Mr. Blinken supported Congress permanently normalizing with China and paving the way for the country's entry into the World Trade Organization in spite of serious human rights abuses.
Abortion Gravy Train Hits Turkey Week Snag
- By Family Research Council
When pro-lifers are counting their blessings this Thanksgiving, they can add something else to the list: the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In another win for President Trump's legacy on judges, the full Fifth Circuit gave the green light to three states to defund Planned Parenthood in Medicaid. Texas and Louisiana had been fighting to cut ties with the abortion giant for years -- only to be slapped down by the courts. Now, thanks to four new Trump judges, the bench had just enough common sense to give state leaders that right.
COVIDGATE (Part Two): Clinical Trials and Crusader Bias
- By Michelle Malkin
Participants in Pfizer and Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials can't stop blabbing. The media is overflowing with testimonials explaining "Why I Volunteered" or "What It Was Like To Participate In The Clinical Trial For Moderna's COVID-19 Vaccine." Loudmouth liberal writer Molly Jong-Fast publicly begged for beatification:
"Call Me the Joan of Arc of Coronavirus Vaccine Trials," Jong-Fast's ode to herself in The New York Times implored.
Former North Greenville President Paul Talmadge Passes Away
- By LaVerne Howell - NGU
Dr. Paul A. Talmadge, the sixth president of the then North Greenville College (NGC), died November 20. He served as president from 1988 to 1991.
"President Talmadge was a gentleman and a scholar, which is among the highest praise a university can offer someone of his generation. He loved this community deeply and served sacrificially," said NGU President Dr. Gene C. Fant, Jr. "His entire career was spent investing in Christ-first education, primarily in faculty roles at NGU and our sister institution Anderson University. In retirement, he joined the Billy Graham Training Center staff in Asheville before retiring with his wife, Billie. We pray for his entire family as they mourn his loss."
