Democrats Want Unity Only on Their Terms
- By David Limbaugh
Many Trump haters have been lying all along about President Donald Trump, what he stands for, what his record has been and who his supporters are. Now they tell us they want unity.
What Trump wants -- and want his supporters want -- is for America to reclaim its greatness, its robust liberty tradition, its prosperity, the integrity of its borders, fair trade deals with foreign nations and its military strength. He has made great strides in achieving these goals.
A Historic Presidency
- By Pat Buchanan
In the first two decades of the century, President-elect Joe Biden's choice for secretary of state supported U.S. wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen. He was an ever-reliable liberal interventionist.
This same Antony Blinken could spend the first years of a Biden presidency helping extricate our country from the misbegotten wars he championed. What establishment Democrats like Biden and Blinken helped to do in previous administrations, they will likely now have to undo.
The Bad and the Good
- By William Murchison
Attention readers: Neil Patel is off this week. Please enjoy the following column by William Murchison.
And on ... and on ...
... And, yes! One fine day, as with the Noah family's detention on the ark, the damndemic will cease, desist, vanish, take a powder. Masks will disappear in the trash can. Americans will pass days and weeks without a virus-inspired reflection on medical experts or D. J. Trump.
Human Rights Activists Have Serious Concerns About Antony Blinken's Record on Human Rights and Business Dealings in China
- By Christian Newswire
WASHINGTON -- Mr. Blinken is Vice-President Biden's nominee for Secretary of State who serves as the President's chief foreign affairs adviser and conducts negotiations relating to U.S. foreign policy.
In the past, Mr. Blinken supported Congress permanently normalizing with China and paving the way for the country's entry into the World Trade Organization in spite of serious human rights abuses.
Abortion Gravy Train Hits Turkey Week Snag
- By Family Research Council
When pro-lifers are counting their blessings this Thanksgiving, they can add something else to the list: the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In another win for President Trump's legacy on judges, the full Fifth Circuit gave the green light to three states to defund Planned Parenthood in Medicaid. Texas and Louisiana had been fighting to cut ties with the abortion giant for years -- only to be slapped down by the courts. Now, thanks to four new Trump judges, the bench had just enough common sense to give state leaders that right.
COVIDGATE (Part Two): Clinical Trials and Crusader Bias
- By Michelle Malkin
Participants in Pfizer and Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials can't stop blabbing. The media is overflowing with testimonials explaining "Why I Volunteered" or "What It Was Like To Participate In The Clinical Trial For Moderna's COVID-19 Vaccine." Loudmouth liberal writer Molly Jong-Fast publicly begged for beatification:
"Call Me the Joan of Arc of Coronavirus Vaccine Trials," Jong-Fast's ode to herself in The New York Times implored.
Former North Greenville President Paul Talmadge Passes Away
- By LaVerne Howell - NGU
Dr. Paul A. Talmadge, the sixth president of the then North Greenville College (NGC), died November 20. He served as president from 1988 to 1991.
"President Talmadge was a gentleman and a scholar, which is among the highest praise a university can offer someone of his generation. He loved this community deeply and served sacrificially," said NGU President Dr. Gene C. Fant, Jr. "His entire career was spent investing in Christ-first education, primarily in faculty roles at NGU and our sister institution Anderson University. In retirement, he joined the Billy Graham Training Center staff in Asheville before retiring with his wife, Billie. We pray for his entire family as they mourn his loss."

What Trump Will Leave in Biden's Inbox
- By Pat Buchanan
Dismissing President Donald Trump's claim that the 2020 election remains undecided, Joe Biden has begun to name his national security team.
Right now, it looks Democratic establishment all the way.
Antony Blinken, a longtime foreign policy aide, is Biden's choice for secretary of state. Jake Sullivan, one of Hillary Clinton's closest aides, is said to be his choice for national security adviser.
Discrimination and Prejudice
- By Walter Williams
Some of the confusion in thinking about matters of race stems from the ambiguity in the terms that we use. I am going to take a stab at suggesting operational definitions for a couple terms in our discussion of race. Good analytical thinking requires that we do not confuse one behavioral phenomenon with another.
Vote Fraud and the Death of Democracy
- By Mike Scruggs
The Dark Shadow of Election 2020
“It is not the people who vote that count; it is the people who count the votes.” --attributed to Joseph Stalin
This may be a paraphrase from The Memoirs of Stalin’s former Secretary by Boris Bazhanov published in 2002. It actually referred to a vote of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in 1923, of which Stalin said,
“Í consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how, but what is extraordinarily important is this: who will count the votes and how.”
The idea of dishonest vote counting to win elections did not originate with the Soviet Union or Joseph Stalin, although voter fraud, dishonest vote counts, and the dark shadow of voter intimidation are consistent characteristics of Marxist philosophy and practice.
Don't Give Up, It's Time To Fight!
- By Frank Raddish - Founder/Director Capitol Hill Independent Baptist Ministries
Recently, the MAGA March took place in Washington DC in support of President Trump. The devils of BLM and the cowards of Antifa came out to disrupt the march, but the Trump supporters put them to flight, and you could see the yellow streaks running down their backs. The Trump supporters were very peaceful and orderly in their protest. Then when darkness came most of the Trump supporters had left, leaving only a handful of them to remain on the streets. The BLM and Antifa cockroaches reappeared to assault the elderly, small children, and women supporters of Trump. These demons of the night need to have their back-ends stomped into the pavement.
Remembering the Pilgrims
- By W.H. Lamb
(ORIGINALLY PUBLISHED BY THE TIMES EXAMINER WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2001)
“…And as one small candle may light a thousand, so the light here kindled hath shone forth unto many, yea in some sort to our whole Nation. Let the glorious name of Jehovah have all the praise.”
So wrote William Bradford, longtime Governor of the Pilgrims’ colony at Plymouth, Massachusetts, in 1630, and one of the true giants of early American history. Unfortunately, most Americans, especially our youth, have never heard of William Bradford and know virtually nothing TRUTHFUL about our Pilgrim Forefathers and Mothers. Today, the Pilgrim story is lost amidst the typical American celebration of Thanksgiving—turkey, dressing, gravy, football, parades, and naps. Almost forgotten is the spiritual bravery, the courage, the sacrifices, the terror, the joys and sorrows that this brave little band experienced on their way to establishing not only a Christian colony in the frozen forests of Massachusetts, but ultimately the Country that most of us say we love—America.
State Court System Keeps Staff Salaries Secret from the Public
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
The S.C. Judicial Department – the third branch of state government – is refusing to publicly reveal salaries of its own employees, contending it isn’t legally required to do so.
The Nerve on Oct. 18 submitted a request to the department under the state Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) asking for the name, title and salary of every department employee making at least $50,000 annually. The law says that the exact compensation of a public employee receiving $50,000 or more a year is not exempt from disclosure to the public.
Biden Goes against the Gains on Policy
- By Family Research Council
Even if Donald Trump isn't in the White House for the next four years, he's leaving the next president with a whole lot to remember him by. As the days tick on, more liberals are starting to realize that even if Joe Biden wins, upending all that Trump did will be a much harder climb than many people thought. The roots of this administration's policy run deep, and pulling them up will be a long, difficult slog--if the Democrat can manage it at all.
Is Trump Exiting Afghanistan -- to Attack Iran?
- By Pat Buchanan
With the Pentagon's announcement that U.S. forces in Afghanistan will be cut in half -- to 2,500 -- by inauguration day, after 19 years, it appears the end to America's longest war may be in sight.
The Pentagon also announced a reduction of U.S. troop levels in Iraq to 2,500 by mid-January. In 2003, we invaded and occupied Iraq to remove a perceived threat from Saddam Hussein and to disarm that nation of weapons of mass destruction we discovered it did not have.
What Happens When a Broken Country Tries to Fight a Pandemic
- By Neil Patel
One of the most memorable scenes in the "Hunger Games" books and movies is when the poor kids from the outer districts take the train into the glimmering capital. There they see affluence and decadence completely foreign to them in their poor, hyperregulated homelands. It's all fiction, of course, but it's not too far from what we are actually seeing in coronavirus-ridden America 2020.
In case after case, we are seeing public officials completely flout the rules they are imposing on their own constituents. It's never been clearer that we are devolving into some sort of tiered society with different laws and regulations depending on your station in life. Politicians and top business executives can fly around on private planes, book private dinners and continue with their lives, while regular Americans see stricter and stricter lockdowns and mandates.

- By Christian Newswire

The Censorious Left Is Obliterating Free Speech
- By David Limbaugh
A lot of things worry me about a Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration, but nothing troubles me more than that it will accommodate the left's disturbing march toward selective suppression of free speech.
Much of the war against this sacred liberty occurs at the level of our culture, but when a leftist-friendly administration is in power, our efforts to combat this culturally will be more difficult.
Potheads Back in Washington
- By Eagle Forum
House Hoping to Legalize Marijuana
This week, Washington welcomed back the House and Senate after a recess to campaign. The few weeks in between the end of the 116th and start of the 117th Congress are sure to be busy. The agenda includes funding the government before the December 11th deadline and decriminalizing marijuana.
The House follows the lead of the four states that decriminalized marijuana on November 3rd. We’ve advocated tirelessly against marijuana legalization and our lawmakers, both federally and at the state level, continue to forget the consequences of the drug’s legalization. Just last September the House passed the SAFE Banking Act. As you may recall, this legislation prevents federal banking regulators from punishing financial institutions that finance marijuana businesses that are legal under state or local laws. The bill undermines federal law and allows for legal money laundering in which banks receive illegally obtained funds.
SALTY SEZ – Still Waiting
- By Ray Simmons
The voting’s over, at least it’s supposed to be. Now we are waiting for the check-up. I’m finding it hard to figure out what’s going on with the American people these days. I guess they’ve grown too accustomed to the easy life and most of them don’t seem to know or respect how they got that easy life anyway. A lot of men and women died so they could have the privilege of voting. Veterans Day came and went and I wasn’t overcome by the honor given them by the politicians. There are many things that happen that I don’t like but most of them I can live with. The hardest to accept is the life-long politicians who have grown rich at the taxpayers’ expense while doing nothing to profit the taxpayers and much to belittle them. But the American political swampees are too busy and unconcerned. Their actions reflect the fact that their knowledge of our history lacks a lot of truth. The dying of our soldiers began in the American Revolution and has been continued in many wars following: for what? To protect the Constitution and the freedoms it provides for the greatest nation ever conceived by man – with God’s help.

How PSC Squelched Public Comment on Dominion Rate-Hike Request
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
Update: 11/18/20 – The S.C. Public Service Commission today voted to hold two additional public hearings in the first week of January on Dominion Energy’s proposed electric rate hike. The hearings will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 5, and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 7. Participants can either phone in their testimony or attend in person at either hearing. In-person testimony will be held in the PSC hearing room at 101 Executive Center Drive, Columbia; one person at a time will be allowed in the room to testify, and the room will be cleaned between witnesses to comply with public health guidelines in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Witnesses must register by no later than 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6, by either emailing the PSC at
“No.”
That was the collective response by the small number of Dominion Energy electric customers who testified at last week’s virtual hearings about whether they supported the utility giant’s proposed nearly 8% rate hike.
It’s unknown whether the seven-member state Public Service Commission, which hosted the hearings, will allow more public comment before it issues its final order by Feb. 15.
Dr. James Dobson's Election Reflections
- By James Dobson
There is a heaviness within my spirit today on behalf of our beloved nation. I’m sure I share that sentiment with many of you. In a sense, Shirley and I are also grieving over the potential passing of an era, during which I believe God gave America a spiritual reprieve. President Donald Trump was partially responsible for this crucial change of trajectory.
Prayer Outcry for U.S. Election Breaks 2 Million
- By The Presidential Prayer Team
SCOTTSDALE, Az. -- An unbreakable chain of prayer has been surrounding the nation's election for the last several weeks as part of IPrayRadio.org. In that time, The Presidential Prayer Team captured and shared member prayers allowing anyone to listen and pray along. These prayers have surpassed two million listens as the people of America, and, indeed around the globe, have poured out their hearts to God on behalf of the nation and its leaders.
COVIDGATE: The Corruption of Clinical Trials (Part One)
- By Michelle Malkin
"Truly striking." "Tremendous." "Extraordinary." "Miraculous." "A great day for science and humanity." Those are just a few of the hyperbolic responses from government health officials and Big Pharma cheerleaders to preliminary COVID vaccine trial data released by Pfizer and Moderna this past week.
If it all sounds too good to be true, then congratulations: Your B.S. detector is fully charged and operational.
