Christian Advertisements Ordered Removed From High School Football End Zones
- By Christian Newswire
MADISON, Wis. -- Before a Louisiana high school football game, two Benton High School students were told they had to remove Christian logos from the end zones. The two students left the field and did not help those who removed the logos.
The "Christ Fit Gym" logos included a cross and Bible verse. A business, Christ Fit Gym, paid the football booster club $3,500 for the 2018-19 season to display the logos.
In February, Americans United for Separation of Church and State filed a federal lawsuit against the school district. They complained the district promoted Christianity and was trying to convert students.

Contact Your Representatives to Tell Them Not to Allow Planned Parenthood Funding in Appropriations Bill
- By Eagle Forum
The House and Senate announced that they will meet together this week to discuss funding of the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Labor, Health and Human Services (Labor-HHS) appropriations packages. The House never passed a Labor-HHS bill, so they are planning to accept the Senate’s version, even though it has funding for Planned Parenthood. In addition, they plan to keep it attached to the DOD appropriations bill which will force Republicans to take a vote that funds the military in exchange for continuing the evil practices of abortion clinics.
9/11 Attacks Sprang From Words of Muhammad, the Founder of Islam -- See His Words, and the Commands That Muslim Terrorists Obey
- By Christian Newswire
WASHINGTON, Sept. 11, 2018 /Christian Newswire/ -- In the wake of over 3,000 innocent people being murdered on 9/11/2001, media, politicians, and every day Americans asked the question: "Why did they do this?"
The answer lies in the narrative of Muhammad's life; his call to jihad, and the belief that acts of terror will result in mass conversion to Islam. Muslim terrorists read these words, believe them, and obey them.
Here are a few of the examples of Muhammad's words that terrorists believe and obey. Multiple references are provided for those who wish to confirm their validity.

What is the world coming to?
Political Correctness, just one tool in the arsenal of Sustainability
- By Kathleen Marquardt, American Policy Council
“At its worst, political correctness is nothing different from Orwell's Newspeak - an attempt to change the way people think by forcibly changing the way they speak.” Urban Dictionary
"Every child in America entering school at the age of five is mentally ill because he comes to school with certain allegiances to our founding fathers, toward our elected officials, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being, and toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate entity. It's up to you as teachers to make all these sick children well by creating the international child of the future.” Chester M. Pierce, Harvard psychiatrist, speaking as an expert in public education at the 1973 International Education Seminar.

UK Tops Sweden as Sexual Assault Capital of Europe
- By Mike Scruggs
The UK is the Most Dangerous Country for Women in EU
It is difficult to compare crime statistics from country to country, but it at least gives us a 40,000-foot altitude overview of the dangers of foolish immigration policies. Just plot the highest concentrations of recent Muslim migrants in Europe and with just a few exceptions you have the countries where women are most exposed to sexual assault and rape. According to a September 6th Daniel Greenfield article in Front Page Magazine and European Union sex crime statistics collected by Emma Beswick and published in World News on November 24, 2017—Which EU Countries have the Highest Rate of Sex Crimes—the UK has edged out Sweden in sexual assaults.
Hyphenated Americans Are Not Americans At All! Right? Right??
- By W.H. Lamb
“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” Luke 16:13.
Back in the “ancient times,” in February of 2001, I wrote an article for the print version of The Times Examiner titled: “The Growing Curse of Hyphenated Americans.” I felt strongly about this problem of “divided loyalty” among Americans then, and I haven’t changed my opinion one bit since. If anything, I’m more disturbed over the “curse” of hyphenated Americans today than I was then, when it was an irritating problem, rather than the impending catastrophe it has become.
Something Deeper
- By Ben Graydon
Shallow is sometimes defined as a mile wide and an inch deep. Most of life, quite frankly, is shallow that way. But there’s no place for shallow in the Kingdom of God – in its earthly manifestation, the ecclesia. So we’re drilling down on church.
What is the church and how does it differ from what Jesus set up in scripture (the ecclesia)? Yes, there is a difference. Go back and read the articles that preceded this one. But we’re not stopping there. This is not a mission to destroy but to resuscitate. Some call for revival, others for reformation, but let’s go for a revolution – a complete turning around, 360 degrees, back go what Jesus set up 2000 years ago. And when we encounter conflict with what currently exists, let’s let scripture rule. That’s Ground Rule # 1.
It's Our Constitution -- Not Kavanaugh
- By Walter Williams
One of the best statements of how the Framers saw the role of the federal government is found in Federalist Paper 45, written by James Madison, who is known as the "Father of the Constitution": "The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce. ... The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people." Today's reality is the polar opposite of that vision. The powers of the federal government are numerous and indefinite, and those of state governments are few and defined.
Clemson / An Open Letter & Open Reply / Poppycock
- By H.K. Edgerton
Approximately 16 years ago, on the Historic March Across Dixie, alongside many of our Southern family, my brothers and I don in the uniform of the Southern soldier with the Southern Cross in hand, we would make our way thru the Clemson University community; only to be stopped by a member of the Clemson City police and told that we needed a $300,000 insurance policy before we could continue the March to Austin, Texas.
Several hours later after the finagling of the Honorable Attorney Kirk D. Lyons, alongside a very nice policeman, two of us were allowed to cross the bridge into Seneca, South Carolina to begin the journey anew with the others who waited. I would return 5 years later and make the journey again with no problem.
S.C. Agencies Sitting on Nearly $500M in Taxpayer Funds
- By Rick Brundrett - The Nerve
As S.C. lawmakers plan to push a massive borrowing bill next year, they likely won’t publicly talk about the fat reserves that some state agencies have accumulated – including their own chambers.
State agencies collectively carried over about $484.5 million in general funds into the fiscal year that started July 1, according to S.C. Comptroller General Richard Eckstrom’s year-end report on the 2017-18 fiscal year.
That is roughly the amount of a taxpayer-backed bond bill that died in the Legislature last year, about half of which was designated for higher education projects. Lawmakers reportedly next year plan to introduce another bill to borrow hundreds of millions of dollars – which would fall on taxpayers to repay – for repairs at colleges and universities and other state-owned buildings.
