PTA Pushing Transgender Ideology: The Parent Teacher Association Turns on Parents
- By Capitol Resource Institute (CRI)
SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The California State PTA is co-sponsoring a bill that is swiftly making its way through the legislature in California. AB 957 seeks to establish a framework for parenting in the state by enshrining into law that failing to affirm a child's self-identified gender will be considered detrimental to their well-being.
Under this proposed legislation, parents who do not affirm their child's chosen gender identity may be deemed to be engaging in actions that can be equated with child abuse.
If AB 957 is signed into law by the Governor, parents will be compelled to adopt the state-approved stance on gender identity or risk losing custody of their child.

South Dakota Farmers Face Carbon-capture Land Theft
- By Rebecca Terrell - The New American
Farmers in South Dakota are facing egregious intimidation tactics by a private company that wants to use eminent domain to confiscate valuable farmland for carbon-capture pipelines.
Summit Carbon Solutions requested a restraining order against Brown County farmer Jerad Bossly.
The company claims he threatened the lives of its representatives who showed up unannounced to survey his property, a farm that has been in his family for four generations.
He told The New American that when they arrived, he was about 12 miles away, working in a field. His wife was home, recovering from gallbladder surgery, and was taking a shower when the Summit surveyors knocked at her door. They entered the house, but finding no one there, they proceeded to an outbuilding where one of them walked in. In the tweet below you can see footage from one of Bossly’s security cameras, which captured all of this movement.

Farmland Lost is Farmland Lost Forever
- By Tom DeWeese - American Policy Center
“Farmland lost is farmland lost forever.” That catchy phrase is a popular slogan distributed by the Virginia-based land trust called the Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC). While it’s an accurate statement, apparently, the PEC and its like-minded Green brethren are only concerned about losing vital farmland to housing developers. Meanwhile, thousands of farmers and ranchers are losing their industries to radical environmental policies supported and promoted by such groups. Obviously, hypocrisy runs deep in the leftist Green movement.
However, farmland is under attack across the nation, mainly under the guise of climate change and environmental protection. Let’s review some of the main threats America’s farmers are facing.

The Border is Still on Fire
- By Congressman Chip Roy, R-TX - Eagle Forum
We are two and a half years into the worst border crisis in our nation’s history. The Biden Administration’s reckless policies have single-handedly brought record-breaking numbers of illegal migrants, bad actors, and deadly narcotics to our shores. All of it was avoidable. After decades of failed attempts, Republicans in the House have finally passed a plan — the Secure the Border Act — to address this crisis, but Republicans must be willing to use all leverage points available to make passing this bill matter.
As soon as he took office, President Joe Biden and his handlers plunged our southern border into chaos by scrapping one border security policy after another.

Hutchinson the Latest Presidential Hopeful to Visit Greenville
- By Terry M. Thacker
Every year South Carolina has a deer season, turkey season, duck season, rabbit season and even a bear season. However, every four years the Palmetto State finds itself in the middle of a different kind of season – presidential candidate season.
Republican presidential candidates make a beeline to this state at this time of year because of South Carolina's important early presidential preference primary, which will take place next February.
Presidential campaigns can either gain momentum after February, depending upon their showing in that primary, or they can start to fizzle. No serious presidential candidate can afford to bypass visiting fellow Republicans here.

VoterGA Tells Secretary of State Raffensperger: Unseal All Ballots or Unplug System
- By VoterGA
ATLANTA -- VoterGA announced today that it is calling on Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to unplug the Dominion voting system found by expert witness, Dr. Alex Halderman, to have grossly inadequate security controls. VoterGA co-founder, Garland Favorito, released a detailed statement to explain the problem and solutions:
"The recently unsealed Halderman Security Analysis explains that the Dominion voting system was not designed, engineered or tested with the necessary security provisions and cannot be retrofitted to satisfactorily include them. We, at VoterGA, have whole-heartedly promoted similar viewpoints for years.
"Secretary Raffensperger has misled legislators and county election officials by touting an unsigned Mitre report that was funded by Dominion and produced without access to the voting system. It has been discredited by 29 cyber security experts and computer science professors on grounds that the entire report is based on a 'ridiculous' false assumption that all current physical access controls cannot be compromised.
