Legends of the Fault in Kentucky
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
Heading into Tuesday night, not even the pundits knew what would happen in the Kentucky governor's race. But there was one thing the president was sure of: if Governor Matt Bevin lost, "they're going to say, 'Trump suffered the greatest defeat in the history of the world. The greatest.'" He was right. This morning, the mainstream media was downright giddy at the chance to pin any of the blame on Trump for a race so close that even the AP didn't call it. But how much of voters' ire is really directed at the president? Based on the big picture in Kentucky, not much.

The following are my opinions on this meeting.
Au revoir Paris Climate Agreement
- By Eagle Forum
On June 1, 2017, President Trump acted on a campaign promise to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement. And, on Monday, November 4th, exactly three years from the date in which the agreement was entered, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo took the formal steps to begin the withdrawal process. This action, according to article 28 of the Paris Agreement, could only begin three years from the date on which the agreement was signed.
Three Cheers for Refugee Reduction
- By Michelle Malkin
Over the weekend, President Donald Trump approved a new annual refugee cap of 18,000, the lowest since the U.S. program began in 1980. The reduction follows news that America took a pause last month and refused to admit any new refugees. On economic, public safety and national security grounds, this is a very good thing for the 325 million people already in our country. But you wouldn't know it from the grim headlines and hysterical condemnations by globalist zealots and media sympathizers.

WASHINGTON -- A new petition at WhiteHouse.gov would call on President Trump to urge Congress to take up a Parental Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
According to the website program first launched by President Obama, any petition that amasses 100,000 signatures in its first 30 days will receive a response from the Administration. This parental rights petition, which launched on October 24, is up to about 21,000 names at press time.
H.R.4179 - No Federal Funding for Confederate Symbols Act
- By SCV
The liberal leadership of the U.S. House of Representatives is in the process of initiating an Islamic terrorist genocidal style attack upon all things Confederate. At this time there has been an Anti-Confederate bill proposed in the U.S. House to prohibit any federal funds from being used for anything related to the Confederacy and requiring the Defense Department to change the name of military bases and ships which honor any Confederate military person, place, or thing. I feel certain that if this measure passes, the next phase is the designation of the SCV as a hate group.

Where Are the 'High Crimes'?
- By Pat Buchanan
"Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
These are the offenses designated in the Constitution for which presidents may be impeached and removed from office.
Which of these did Trump commit?

At 144 Lombard Street in Clayton, North Carolina, less than a minute walk to Main Street, is a fascinating reminder of North Carolina’s agricultural heritage. On the front of the warehouse-like building, completed in 1914, are painted two images of mule heads. The name on the building is “BM Robertson Mule Co.” The business front also advertises “Farm Equipment.” The owner, operator, and son of the founder of that business is Sam Robertson, who celebrated his 102nd birthday on September 25.
Anne Livingston—An Ambassador For Christ—A Doctor For People’s Souls And Bodies! (Part 2)
- By W.H. Lamb
![Dr. Anne Livingston, Missionary to Haiti since 1987. Dr. Anne Livingston, Missionary to Haiti since 1987.](/images/Dr-Anne-Livingston.jpg)
Last time I reviewed how I first met Dr. Anne, and how she prepared for her call from God to be a Christian missionary. We also reported on some of her “challenges” and victories centered around her work in Haiti, which many, if not most, Americans would consider as being too dangerous and too frustrating. But as Dr. Anne has amply demonstrated, “with God NOTHING is impossible”, and overcoming problems is a result of strong and fervent prayer, even overcoming a fractured hip on the day before she was to return to the U.S. Recall that Dr. Anne first went to Haiti in 1987. I’ll pick up her story at that point:
Disproportionalities: Whose Fault?
- By Walter Williams
Jews have been awarded 40% of the Nobel Prizes in economics, 30% of those in medicine, 25% in physics, 20% in chemistry, 15% in literature and 10% of the Nobel Peace Prizes. Since the beginning of the 20th century, there have been just over 900 Nobel Prizes awarded. Since Jews are only 2% of the world's population, instead having 22% of Nobel Prizes, 206, they should have won only two, according to the proportionality vision of justice. There's an even greater domestic violation of the proportionality vision. Jews are less than 3% of the U.S. population but 35% of American Nobel Prize winners. Several questions come to mind. Does the disproportionately high number of Jewish winners explain why there are so few black or Hispanic Nobel Prize winners? Who's to blame for ethnic disproportionality among Nobel Prize winners, and what can be done to promote social justice?

"Quid pro quo," Misunderstandings and Hypocrisy
- By John Utz - Greenville, SC
The 'misunderstandings' and hypocrisies surrounding the Trump/Ukraine/phone call is incredulous. The involvement of the MSM/Democrats/liberals/FoxNews is understandable: they are all part of the sympathetic Deep State and continue to engage in their lieing, conniving, et al, and anything anti-Trump.

Seeking a Scapegoat for Biden’s Crimes
- By C. Mitchell Shaw - The New American
Democrats have shown great concern about even the possibility that there are connections between foreign powers and those in seats of power within our federal government. That “concern” has been demonstrated by Democrats going so far as to conduct a thus-far endless stream of investigations, probes, and inquiries that have hung like a shadow over every day of Donald Trump’s presidency. But that concern is pretend, rather than genuine. In this case, the estrangement between “Democrats” and “genuine” is illustrated by the simple fact that their alleged concern does not extend to one of their own, despite his clear connections to a foreign power.
The Impeachment Sideshow
- By Tony Perkins - Family Research Council
When moving boxes started showing up in about 20 Democrats' offices yesterday, it was supposed to be a joke. But after Thursday’s impeachment resolution, some House members might want to hang on to the supplies. "Get packing!" the label told vulnerable Democrats, who voted to make the sham probe official. "Since day one, Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Washington Democrats have sought to remove this president from office," Rep. Mike Bost (R-Ill.) argued. But based on the latest battleground polling, the real question isn’t whether Donald Trump will lose his job - but how many Pelosi "moderates" will lose theirs.

50 Years Ago: The Day Nixon Routed the Establishment
- By Pat Buchanan
What are the roots of our present disorder, of the hostilities and hatreds that so divide us? When did we become this us vs. them nation?
Who started the fire?
Many trace the roots of our uncivil social conflict to the 1960s and the Johnson years when LBJ, victorious in a 61% landslide in 1964, could not, by 1968, visit a college campus without triggering a violent protest.
The morning after his narrow presidential victory in 1968, Richard Nixon said his goal would be to "bring us together." And in early 1969, he seemed to be succeeding.
Exposing the Fraud of Socialism
- By David Limbaugh
People seem shocked that recent polls show millennials are enamored of socialism -- an economic system that reasonable and educated Americans have long known is disastrous. They shouldn't be; this has been a long time coming.
The latest survey by Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation shows that 70% of millennials are likely to vote socialist. Adding insult to injury, only 57% believe the Declaration of Independence "better guarantees freedom and equality" over "The Communist Manifesto." The worst part of this is that it is real, not a parody piece in "The Onion."
Why Kids Are Socialists and How to Start Fixing It
- By Tucker Carlson & Neil Patel
You may be happy with the state of the U.S. economy, but many young people aren't. And as a result, a lot of them are embracing political extremism.
A recent poll by YouGov finds that half of all millennials -- and even more of the generation that follows them -- distrust capitalism. Seventy percent of millennials say they'd be willing to vote for a socialist. If you're not shocked by this, it's only because you've seen it before. But it ought to scare you.
Open Doors Releases Statement About Tennessee Pastor Detained by Authorities in India: 'Authorities Targeted This American Pastor Because of His Faith'
- By Christian Newswire
SANTA ANA, Calif.-- Open Doors has learned that authorities in India have arrested and detained American pastor, Bryan Nerren. Nerren, who is from Tennessee, apparently drew attention from security agents because he was carrying money intended to cover the expenses of two conferences and the travel expenses of a few pastors. A customs agent called to the scene questioned Nerron about his faith for an hour straight, demanding to know whether the money would be used for Christian activities. Although Nerren was allowed to fly on to Bagdogra, the customs agent reportedly notified authorities at Nerren's destination who then arrested him upon landing.
Senators Remove Anti-Life Provisions from Appropriations
- By Eagle Forum
This week, the Senate is working on appropriations before the looming November 22nd deadline to avoid a government shutdown.
When the Chamber passed the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019 raising the debt limit, lawmakers agreed to not include any poison pills, new riders, or changes that would create higher spending levels. Unfortunately, Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) introduced an amendment, S. Amdt. 948, that has been adopted in the bill reported out of the Senate Appropriations Committee.
